I would like to say thank you to the young gal name Gina at the painesville store she was a big help to me yesterday. I bought a cellphone holder and she even put it together for me and came out to my car and put it where it belonged very very helpful did a great job .

Autozone in Painesville is always an excellent place to go when you are working on your car and specially when you run into a problem. Some of the crew are very knowledgeable and always willing to help. I like the idea of tool renting, its free.

Extremely poor customer service. Asked where to find something and his response was you passed it, wouldn’t even point or take me to the product. Don’t get me wrong it’s an auto parts store and I can usually find what I want, but learn how to treat customers better maybe?

Was there yesterday with a battery that needed tested. Battery was still under warranty and was told by two employees that if it was bad we would be refunded balance of warranty and core charge as we no longer needed the battery. So, it was bad and now they say no refund just credit towards the purchase of a new battery which we do not need. Maybe they should get their stories straight or train their employees better.

The lady at the counter was very polite and very well educated. She helped me locate everything I needed in the store. We are a landscape company with a lot of trucks and had a long list of items to purchase. She helped me find all of them and made educated suggestions on which products were the best. We have Hispanic workers on our crews, and it turns out that Heidi is bi-lingual and fluent in both English and Spanish. She helped one of our Hispanic crew workers locate parts he needed for one of his vehicles while we were there as well. Filegonio and I could not have been more satisfied with her customer service skills, and overall knowledge of parts. Very impressive. I would recommend seeing her first if you visit this store.

I always go to painesville auto zone...The Manager Bob is very helpful courteous and will address any issue you have without question...never had a problem.

Best store around. Great staff, and you have one employee (JOHN) that stands out above the rest. Guy actually took the time to get to know me and my needs. Great sense of humor and generally seems to care about others. You now have a customer for life!

I was able to get my headlight in that I had been putting off for weeks only because I dont drive at night, now that the days are getting shorter it was inevitable to ignore

Went to get my winter wipers on salesman was nice and didnt wait long to have it done. Good price too.

Went to get a car battery and the cheapest battery they showed me was $170, I asked if there was a more reasonably priced one and he said not for my car (I have a 2015 Honda CRV - not a luxury car) it was about to rain so he told me numerous times that he wouldnt be able to install it because he didnt want to get wet. When we walked outside 3 drops of rain fell and again he said that if he started installing it he would immediately stop if it started to rain. So I left and went to Sams Club and the battery was installed in 5 minutes and was half the price. It started to rain about 3 hours later.

Got my part......what more can I say....Im happy

Employees were rude and pretty much laughed at me when I asked for help. Also they didnt even acknowledge me when I thanked them just walked away... No manners or good customer service I will not be returning.
