This is the best auto parts store I’ve been too. And I don’t mean AutoZone. I mean this specific AutoZone. Every single Manager and staff member is amazing, courteous, and understanding. I’ve been restoring my late fathers car. Each time I go in, they remember me, they remember my car, and they offer any advice and assistance they can. This store is full of REAL people, and they are always willing to go the extra mile. You really feel like your project is just as important to them as it is to you. Hopefully some high up in AutoZone reads this. Because I’ve been to your other stores, and this one should be you prime example. AutoZone customer for life now. If I had to single out any employee for making me feel like family, it’s Miguel. That guy is amazing and I look forward to shopping there, buying parts and showing him my progress. Every step of the way he was there, I’d call to make sure he’s working at times because of his sense of humor and pure knowledge and enjoyment of cars.

They couldnt look up a part. I was told it was on isle 1. No follow up. Service was lacking. I wont go back. Across the street was another auto parts store who had great service but alas did not have the part. I had checked online and it did say that the malabar AutoZone had the part. You got me in the store but lost me with lack of service.

Went to get my battery changed and my mothers battery checked. Stephen K. and Wallace did such an excellent job and Im so grateful. They didnt mind that we watched and asked questions the entire time. They were very informative, friendly, and professional. Definitely ask for one of them if you go there.

These guys are great. Wanted an AGM battery and saved $30 bucks by going with their brand thanks to cashier. Went home to install it and OMG getting the tie down to line up and tighten was impossible. So I went back to buy another tie down and another fellow, Mike came out to investigate to make sure I bought the correct tie down. Next thing I know Mike has the battery tied down and torqued in place! THANK YOU Mike and AutoZone!

I ALWAYS GET GOOD SERVICE AT AUTOZONE

My car battery died and I was a bit anxious about getting it replaced. I was concerned AutoZone wouldnt be providing their usual services due to the pandemic. I called and Miguel the manager answered. I expressed my concern and he reassured me that all services were being provided. The only change to their routine was that they would not be allowed to enter the cabin of the vehicle.I arrived about 30 minutes later. Miguel immediately remembered me and went to work testing my battery. He discerned that the battery was dead and meticulously took his time replacing it despite the store looking quite busy. I expressed concern that maybe the alternator was an issue. After he installed my new battery, he tested the alternator. I was relieved to find out my alternator was working just fine.With all the stress going on right now, Miguels calm demeanor and positive attitude were a breath of fresh air. I left that parking lot with confidence that my vehicle was in perfect condition. THANK YOU MIGUEL!

Fernando and Wallace saved the day letting me get my emergency parts last minute. Last time I pulled in to the other guys down the street there were old ladies barking about being about to close. This single experience has changed my mind about Autozone in general amd I will buy parts here again because of them.

I cam into Autozone and met the most helpful employee I couldve ever hoped for. Antonio is an outstanding worker and person and I will only be using him for my parts moving forward.

Covid 19 strikes again. Now Auto Zone wont allow employees to perform diagnostics, yep now they give you the device with instructions and let you do the testing. If everything works right you find out what is wrong, if not you get to play with the equipment, what guy wont love that. Turns out I need to replace my gas cap. Cool enough.

Needed a diagnostic tester and AutoZone had one. Used a credit card for a deposit and it was refunded that same night when I returned the tool. Five stars for AutoZone.

My car battery decided to die while I was visiting this store. James went above and beyond to help troubleshoot and assist me fix the issue. Thanks to James I discovered the battery I had was still under warranty and could be replaced for free. Thanks James your kindness was appreciated.

My husband took my Jeep to this location for a quick battery replacement. And the kid trying to replace it was trying to squeeze a battery 6” longer than mine. When he put the old one back in he offered a “jump” when nothing without work! On top of all this, the kid dropped ALL the parts on the sidewalk! And lost the bolt that holds the battery in place. This shouldn’t even be one star.

These dudes are friendly and helpful, and I like that they have free diagnostic checks on batteries, alternator, check engine lights etc. They even conduct basic installs when needed (battery, etc.). AutoZone has a pretty good selection of all sorts of stuff for vehicle enthusiasts to include tools, parts, paints, and a even the little smell good thingys.If you hate this location, you can go across the street to OReillys.

The selection is good prices are fair staff needs a lift nothing worse then being told the have the part driving down there and the part isnt there due to a typo

Was working and car had trouble starting. Drove to autozone #2411 in Palm Bay. Miguel the manager was very helpful replaced my battery quickly and determined the problem was also the starter. He assisted me with restarting my car and recommended a new location to replace the starter. Thank again Miguel.

Great service. I took a 4 1/4 year old battery in due to it not working. It had been sitting in a truck that hadnt been started in some time. I had a receipt that called out a pro-rated warranty. I got $20.00 off a new 5 year warranty battery.

Weve used this location for years. Yesterday I stopped in for a new cabin filter and wiper blades. The nice gentleman put them on. This staff is very knowledgeable and goes out of their way to help.

I went in Tuesday evening and to get a couple relays. The manager insisted on arguing with me about the relays and continued to undermine my decision on the parts I needed. His attitude was horrible. I asked if I needed to go across the street for the parts and his response was very rude. So, I asked him if he was having a bad and he said he was going through some stuff and continued to be rude. I then told him that I would be taking my business elsewhere that because he was having a bad day does not make it OK for him to take it out on his customers. He was also very rude to the 2 employees that were working at the time. I will never shop at this Auto Zone again. Had it not been for a different Auto Zone 4 miles way I would never shop with Auto Zone again. Horrible! Unfortunately I cannot leave this review without putting at least 1 star. In my book they do not get one at all.

This is Linda Skinner. Michael and Richard at this store replaced the battery in my LaCrosse in a thunderstorm. Way above premier customer service. I highly recommend this store and cant say enough about the employees.

Needed a battery. Went into AutoZone, Im using a walker, counter person came out and tested my battery, dead, totally dead, needs to be replaced. Go back in, says they have several options. . . Oh wait, no, they dont have a single unit to fit my car. No, I dont want to drive to an AutoZone in the next town. As I turned to leave I wondered, out loud, if the car would start. Did the employee offer to help? No. He let a disabled customer walk out the door not knowing if he was stranded or not. Maybe if Id been a woman or agreed to drive to another town?

A friend needed a battery this evening while visiting palm bay. Less than 40 minutes before closing it was tested and replaced. He was able to make the 90 minute drive home safely thanks to auto zone! Job well done!

Terrible customer service. They were out of stock of what I needed so I asked them if maybe oreillys would have them and I was answered by I dont know I dont work there I dont know their system. It was very condescending and very rude. The comment was made by manuel or Miguel or something like thatSpanish guy. Ill tell you right now everyone I know and all of my family members will never go to your store again.

John Rose likes the Spanish older guy that works there. I keep telling him, I dont think hes into men but he doesnt want to believe that so to make him happy I just say, you know what babe, he was def. Checking your out. And the rest of the day thats all he talks about. You should see the sparkle in his eyes when he talks about it.

Ill start with I know this place gets busy and workers are nice and all that but the service is junk.Order a part and they say they call when it comes in.Great Im busy also. No one calls. You call back no one has a clue what your talking about.Thats just one time but I have lots of them from this place.They offer a vet discount and that is why I gave them three stars.Also some of the staff is super nice but not good at your job.
