Southeastern Honda and particularly Allison/Service Coordinator are simply the best service representatives I have ever seen. They always do what they say for what they say it will cost, are helpful and as a woman I never leave feeling like I did not know what I just serviced on my vehicle and why. I have exclusively owned and serviced all my vehicles at Southeastern Honda since 2013 and never see that changing.

An oil sensor failed while I was driving north along I-95. Rather than risking damaging the vehicle I drove into the service center, rented a car, and let them diagnose what was going on. It was a Saturday and luckily I made it in to describe what was happening before service closed.They were a life saver. Very pleased.Also their appointment system is superior to the ones used by the two Honda dealers in my area. Great IT integration.

Great dealership to deal with on many levels. Easy to schedule appointment, dealership confirmed appointment and representative was easy to deal with and offered options when I appeared. Offered free Lyft ride to work and notified me when the work was done (faster than I thought it would be completed). I had dealt with this dealership a few years ago and they were great. They had definitely kept things humming and I will return for service in the future.

In all my years, and different dealerships in different states, I have never had anything close to the high quality experience I get at Southeastern Honda. Check-in is seamless. They have great service representatives to follow you through the process. They will text you with updates. The service is quick, too. Management is going something right. This should be the industry standard!

My experience was excellent at this dealership; Ive always gone to independent car repair shops in the past given the horror stories about dealerships in general. This was NOT the case with this dealership. From the first minute to the last they were knowledgeable, informative, thorough, and available (i.e., a new texting program where one can text the dealership at any time while your vehicle is with them). In addition, the most important aspect of car repair is the price point under the assumption that bringing your car to a dealership you have to sacrifice price for quality. This is NOT the case. Their prices are the same as independent car repair shops and in some cases even cheaper. I highly recommend this dealership.

I just want to share my WONDERFUL experience with everyone!!! John in Sales and the finance guy were both AMAZING!!! I drove up and they had my brand new 2021 Honda Civic waiting for me in the front. Very happy with this dealership!!!After searching for many months for just the right used car (we are VERY particular!) we found a 2 year old Honda Pilot Elite that has everything we wanted and has been a perfect vehicle!The sales people were not high pressure, cordial and accommodating. They installed the trailer hitch we wanted as part of our negotiated purchase price.We have had two service opportunities since then for oil changes, They have been friendly, prompt and even have great coffee (cappuccino and mocha latte...yum!) while we wait.If our experiences are the norm...this is a dealership to do business with! Have owned my Honda from here for over 7 years. Always take it to them for maintenance. The only trouble I find is appointments can be booked for several days, then I have to wait. But once I get in there, they are quick and keep me informed of whats going on.

Worse customer service ever, the sales guys name Gus didnt even look us in the eyes when he talked, 🤔🤔🤔 manager named John should take some managing skill classes, very rude, unwilling to work a deal and smells horrible but thanks to them we drove to Classic Honda in Orlando and found the SAME car and worked a MUCH better deal (btw they a lot full of cars). Southeastern Honda didnt take our business serious. Stay clear from here if you are looking to buy a car!!!!!!

I called the dealership on a Sunday and was greeted by a gentleman named Matt Mcquire. He was super professional and a pleasure to speak with. I let him know that I lived in Palm Beach and did not want to come up north without asking some detailed questions about the vehicle. I live over 3 hours away and drove up on a Sunday to the dealership looking at one of the used car I found online. I went there and meet with Ricky Musick and he is a no pressure salesman that is very straightforward and easy to work with. He doesnt show any pressure or makes you feel pushy. He give you all the time to look at the car and make sure it is what you like. We talk about the number and he were able to work with his manager to sign the deal. Great experience!

Saturday service is very convenient. I called the morning of and Allison in the service department was very professional and courteous. Sensing my urgency to have service on my CR-V done, Allison was able to schedule me in the same day. I had an unexpected road trip to attend a service for a death of a friend and my service light came on. Needless to say my road trip was completed with out any roadside worries. The restrooms are very clean and they have a nice waiting area and complimentary coffee.

Paid for a multi-point inspection (items on the B1 maintenance minder for Honda Civic). I knew it had a torn CV axle boot as it was slinging grease all over the engine and the boot and the tear can be seen from above and below. What was the report I got back? Recommended fluid changes based on mileage and oh yeah, CV boots passed inspection with a green box meaning they look good and no action needed. Translation, they probably didn’t even look it over. I wonder if they even changed the brake fluid like I paid for. I’m never going back. I suggest you find an honest mechanic elsewhere.

We have bought several cars from Southeastern Honda, and we are never disappointed. Actually we bought one last night. It took us three days to decide on a HR-V that fit our budget. Gregory, our salesman was courteous, patient and very helpful in helping us decide on a car. There was absolutely no pressure on his part. Matthew, the manager was very personable and able to work with us on the financing and the price. We also had a trade in. We would also like to compliment Mack, who took care of our financing and explained all the warranties. Again there was no pressure. We are so happy with our car purchase, it was such a pleasant experience.

My office purchased a car over 90 days ago,and have yet to receive title. When I called for update on title, title clerk yelled at me an hung up. If you can not produce titles for cars that you are being paid for you should not sell them. GM will not return my calls and title clerk refuses to answer my questions. This is not ok.

I got sick, called Dealership,they told me I had to pay for and then they could fix my alarm. I waited all day they did the diagnostics and told me they had to order the parts and I had to come back the next day its my moms car and I dont leave my moms car anywhere because it was the only thing I got from her when she died, 3 days later I ended up in the hospital at the VA and a whole bunch of stuff happened. A week later I came back and asked them to reprogram the car they did that for free and they were nice about it. Nobody has driven the car since then cuz I was at the hospital, I called them today about a week later they fixed the side door and the alarm! Call the service department today 12:05 p.m., they said they would have to tear the side panel off again, I would have to pay for a diagnostics again, its the same door they worked on first the alarm switch was bad now the window doesnt go down. Why cant people take responsibility for their own actions everybody else has to? I would recommend you buy a new car every 3 years dont get personally attached, and never get your car serviced at the dealership unless you have full coverage, and they cant charge you for anything extra, note to the wise! Just because people are not buying new cars Because,they cant afford it even wirh stimulus! 😂! I would second guess doing business with any company like this! I was going to buy a new car for the family and and keep my moms car for memories, now Im starting with second thing everything! Memories only count for the people that care big business is killing, Memories! Now nobody cares about old school values!

Purchased a Honda Certified pre-owned 2018 Honda Accord from Southeastern Honda. Ken took very good care of me. Very patient, not pushy at all. Gave me space to think and talk it over with my husband.UPDATE: I bought my 2018 CERTIFIED USED HONDA on April 28th. 3 weeks later when the car wouldnt start I brought it in for service. They replaced the battery. One month later the battery died again. I called in, same service advisor I dealt with said to bring it in and theyd REPLACE the battery. I found out the vehicle is on its 5th battery already, this would #6. I asked at what point do you stop and think maybe it isnt the battery? Long, long frustrating and sad story made short: they replaced a hood latch after keeping the car for a week (no loaners given at this dealer ship) 2 months later, battery died again. Same service advisor (totally knows who I am by now) says, well replace the battery if test load fails, if not cant help you. Im speechless. (This would be battery #7) I said uh...Its NOT THE BATTERY?! His response: I am more knowledgeable than you in how these vehicles function, but feel free to get a 2nd opinion. I have spoken to 2 managers that basically have the same canned response. The car started fine when we had it They have all the service records on this car. They sold it new in 2018. They refuse to help me or even pretend they care. Not even a fake apology. Of course now Im over 36k, I did buy an extended warranty though. Zero Fs given. Never. Never going back. Not for service and certainly not for sales.

I found the car I wanted at Southeastern Honda 35 miles away and emailed them an offer at about 1AM Thursday. I got a message Thursday afternoon that they would honor my price and to please give them a call. When I called we discussed the price, my trade, taxes, dealer fees, and financing right on the phone. I knew exactly how much this car was going to cost me before I left home. Angel Ortiz the internet manager set everything up so that if I liked the car it would be a nice, easy, and smooth transition for me. He informed a salesman about my offer and Brian Radcliff was waiting outside for me when I arrived with the car ready to inspect and drive. I ended up getting the car I wanted at a great price and in a better color than Cocoa Hyundai had to offer. I saved just under $1800 on the deal! Thank you Angel, Brian, Howard, and I forgot the sales managers name but he was awesome too!I am now the proud owner of a beautiful dark blue 2016 Hyundai GT, with a nice little 4 cylinder 173 HP engine that is ready to haul Michelle and me wherever the next concert is. Its kinda like a sports car with the storage of a van, bring on the road trips LOL

Ive been going to Southeastern Honda for my maintenance since I moved down to FL in 2015. Not only did the oil change prices go up a crazy amount but because my husband forgot to show a coupon before he paid, they would not honor it less than 30 minutes later. This even was coupon from their own site. I have been debating trading in my car for a few months. Unfortunately, I went with another dealership because if they wont work with you on such a small thing why would they would with you on a purchase for thousands of dollars?

We made our appointment and discovered a service part needed to be ordered. The part was delivered the very next day. Gabby was our service representative and she could not have been more delightful to work with. She was awesome. I bought my car from southeastern Honda a 2016 Civic brand new. 4 years later the air has gone out. There is complaints all over the internet about this and when I took it in to have it fixed by southeastern they want over 2k to fix it. I have been faithful to southern and have brought my car in for every single maintenance since I got it. I was upset that my car is already having these Major issues but to hear the cost for repair was over the top. I was ready to trade it in for the new 2020 but now this has changed my mind after doing more research. I would highly suggest looking into what you buy and what is common issues and cost to fix these items. I have always believed in Honda but I will not recommend newer civics. I want to only having the car for 3 months after I bought it the steering wheel started to peel and the door seals started coming off on the drivers side And it leaks. I have brought it up many times when having service done and they snap it back in and it comes apart again.

In ref Honda southeastern. I worked with Doug Zadlo the sales rep. Howard Gorman the Finance rep and the Manager Chris Schlachter. My situation, I already was approved for a Honda sport 1.5 and saw a 2.0T sport at a much higher price. I called Doug to see if there were any discounts or anyway to get closer to my budget on the 2.0T which is a better vehicle with more options. Doug worked with me and though Chris and got me an offer that I could not refuse. A great discount and better price just about the same price I would pay for the 1.5T Accord. I have been searching for a short while and contacted several other locations here in Florida and Georgia but there was no one with a deal or would offer such a great incentive. Sometimes dealers give you BS just to get you in their door my initial thought but these guys were straight to the point and honest. I think my wife and I walked around the parking lot one time and they came out and had finance, car detailed, my plate and all ready before we completed our walk. We were in and out of there with a new car the quickest turnaround I have ever seen. The guys there we joked around, talking about several other things which make it a great place to buy a vehicle with no pressure at all. I have 2 Honda accords now, I test drove and search through at least 25 vehicles (Audi A7, BMW, Mercedes, Dodge Charger, Porsche Panamera, as well as several others but always compared them to the Accord. Hands down all of them could not beat the price, many options that are standard or the warranty, they all failed to come close. I even check consumer reports on the all vehicles and Honda blew them out the water. This dealership is on my speed dial and pretty sure I will visit here first when I am ready for a new vehicle. Highly recommended place to visit if you are thinking of buying.

They had the only *NEW* 2019 Sport Hatch Touring in the month of July anywhere in Brevard! Very happy. They gave me a great out the door price well below MSRP. Greg was my salesman. Am waiting for my car to be serviced and no employee is wearing a mask. When I asked why I was told Its not required and many of us dont feel comfortable wearing a mask. When you are in a service business and dealing with the public, you have an obligation to protect your customers. I probably wont come back here for service again. There are plenty of other businesses who are more conscientious when it comes to protecting customers. Shame on you Southeastern Honda.

I went to look at a newer Honda CR-V. I told the salesman( that I had a set budget and was not willing to go over this number. After all of the haggling, the salesman seemed annoyed because he was 600$ over budget and I told him I would think about it and call him back. He then told me what is there to think about its just a little extra money. This came off as very unprofessional and I left immediately. I dont know what sales tactics they are trained to use at Southeastern Honda, but making light of a customers financial situation is not a good one.

We called and confirmed availability of a used vehicle was assured by Angel he would lock the keys up so it would be available for us only to get a call 2 hours into our 3 hour drive that he never grabbed the keys and the car had a deposit placed on it.so absolutely unprofessional, a simple call the day before would have been courteous but I suppose that was too much to ask.

Car stuff. 5!Great virus protection equipment and steps in place but mask use discipline was spotty 7/10/20 with workers from other offices departments walking through the lobby near customers unmasked. (Most workers were masked) You can probably guess that If customers are wearing a mask to protect you they are expecting a reciprocal demonstration of respect for their health. I dropped my car off in the morning, they provided me a ride to and from work, sent me a message to ask my permission to do an additional service that was needed ( I was given the price of service and the option to approve or decline) and charged me what I was quoted. 5 STARS! If I could give less than one star I would. Chris the sales manager has the worst customer service skills ever. We purchased a car two weeks ago a top of the line Honda Pilot black edition. This vehicle was actually the demo that the GM was driving. It quickly developed an electrical problem where the speakers would pop loudly like gravel hitting the window. When I called to speak to the manager Chris he was very unsympathetic. I was simply requesting service support and a loaner because I know the issue would not be resolved quickly and we live 45 minutes away. Chris very rudely explained to me that they don’t give loaners and I would have to just make an appointment and deal with the service team. I pushed back a little pretty sure they could do a loaner but he said it was their dealership policy and it would not be provided and to call and schedule a service appointment. I reminded him that we purchase a $50k car two weeks ago and I would expect better customer service. I asked to speak with his manager and he told me that it was his decision and he would not be providing a car. I contacted Bob my sales person and within minutes he had me in contact with Cheryl the service manager AND provided a loaner. I cannot say enough good things about Bob and Cheryl as they quickly add red my problem. Because of the hostile nature of conversation with Chris I look at all other options available if you are in the market for a vehicle.

Every time I go to Southeastern Honda, I am met with professionalism and fast service! I called in for a battery service and they got me into the shop within the hour then out in about 45 minutes with a free battery (covered under warranty). Then they called the next day to ensure my happiness! NOT THE REGULAR DEALER EXPERIENCE they go over & above every time! THANK YOU!

I took my 2017 Honda Civic last week to Service Department for my car AC issue. Thanks to Kristen who helped me check if everything was taking care of. Even I didnt ask them, they took extra steps to check other parts and found out that there were other things that also need to get fixed. Im grateful that the staffs are all diligent and responsible in doing their jobs. Five stars to Southeastern Honda!!
