This shop is amazing and the most honest shop you can find around. They have helped me in so many ways and I will continue using them always. If you want a good expert shop I advise you go here!! Signed a totally satisfied customer always!!
Mr Vail and his crew do a wonderful job every time. I always seem to have an emergency with my truck and they are able to get it in and get me back on the road without breaking the bank. When they recommend another service be done I am confident they have my best interest in mind not just looking to increase their bottom line.
I am so happy with the service that I experienced here. The price and the communication was exceptional. I will recommend them to anyone! Thanks Guys,Bonnie
Brian, Shawn, Tom, Joe & all the guys are great. They were able to restore my vehicles brakes even after the dealer failed. Highly recommend them & Ive lived here over 30 yrs. Thanks again.
Very good mechanics. They will fix every repair the first time. My main place for auto repairs. Prices are reasonable
First time using these guys and was very satisfied with the way they handled the repairs I needed done. They made sure it was right and definitely will be using them again in the future. Thanks Joe and Brian for your commitment to quality and making sure your customers are satisfied
Its self explained tbere Awesome and whrn waiting they are very polite
Had my evap error diagnosed within minutes and offered a very affordable fix. Business is honest and....as the name says... reasonable with costs.
I caused some issues with my car while trying to install an automatic RV braking assist system into it. Knowing that the repair might become complex, I thought it best to leave it to the experts to fix. Im glad I did. Brian and his team not only worked with me on getting replacement parts, they fixed the issue, AND they went the extra mile in remounting my bracket used for the braking system. This was a step above for them to do that for me. My car wasnt spotless after they worked on it, but that isnt their job! I was grateful that it was operational as it should be. The only issue I had with the shop was the amount of time it took them to get to the repair. They were swamped with work, so it is understandable. It was great work at the right price!
Highly recommended! Very knowledgeable, helpful staff. Works with you to figure out what is best for your car.
Miss the Drag Strip.Owned it before Dyno Dom
My husband and I have used these guys a few times and theyre fantastic!! They do great work and they stand behind it! The owner is very polite and knowledgeable and will tell you whats wrong and how to fix it even if it means hes not doing the work! Honest and inexpensive they live up to their name!
Ive used them about 5 times over 6 years. I try to do as much as I can myself, but when I dont have the time or tools I go to Reasonable and Ive always been satisfied with the work.Dont expect a red carpet and sweet talking sales staff - instead expect a job done well and honestly. It can be hard to find a trustworthy mechanic shop, but this is one of them.
Honesty is their policy! A rare find these days!I moved to FL from MA 2 years ago and my search for a trustworthy hometown mechanic landed me at Reasonables doorstep.I have been very pleased with the service and quality of care both my truck and I have received from Reasonable Auto. Both Scott, the service writer and Brian, the owner, are great guys who explain everything in a way you can understand. As a woman I am overly cautious after having mechanics try to rip me off. That would NEVER happen here!Your vehicle is in the best of hands, from simple oil changes to major repairs, with Reasonable Auto!
Very honest mechanic, which is rare these days. Wont sell you anything you dont need. Been going here for years. I even brought my car to this mechanic when I lived in Orlando because theyre so honest and reasonably priced! Very highly recommend!
Great experience fair prices, good honest work and Bubba is one great worker who goes above and beyond.
Fixed my car AWESOME
My windows wouldnt roll down they were stuck, another garage wanted $200.00 to repair. This place fixed it for me & didnt charged me a dime!
Took my 2002 rav4 in to reasonable. I needed a new serpentine belt, water pump, and oil leak fixed. The leak was around the valve covers. I was sure I was looking at $1000 + but it was only $437 with the tow. Scott and Brian are awesome. Ill never go anywhere else!
Brian does Fabolous work
If I could go ten stars I would. You not find a more honest and hardworking auto shop. I have been using Reasonable Auto Repair for over 19 years now and every vehicle I have owned. I made the mistake of using another auto shop one time and learned my lesson - I had to go to Reasonable repair shop to fix what the other shop broke!!! It is the one and only auto repair shop you will ever need!!
Reasonable Auto Repair are honest, reliable, and trustworthy. I wouldn’t trust anyone else.
Awesome People and I highly recommend Reasonable Auto Repair
Great service. Excellent staff. Honest reliable reasonable service and repairs. Highly recommend!
Its a shame I cant give a zero or even negative stars rating. So Im brand new to town. I know no one. Its just me and my sixteen year old son. His vehicle needs a brake job. I went to this place because it was close enough for me to be able to walk back to the house after I dropped it off because my son was in school. Anyway, I walked in the door and was instantly shocked at how indifferent and unfriendly the guy was. This is a guy whose livelihood is dependent upon people choosing to come in and do business with him; not to mention word of mouth from satisfied customers. Let me tell you, Ill take every opportunity to tell everyone I come to know in this area just what a negative experience I had at this place. Go somewhere your business will be welcome and appreciated, This guy apparently has too much business...though he certainly didnt appear to be all that wealthy to me.
Their mechanics are knowledgeable. The problem? Greed. I went there cause I was told by someone from my church they were christian. Long story short, took car there for a job at agreed on price. They held on the car alllllllll day. I called for status, says there alomost done and changing parts we never agreed on. So they were getting ready to bill me on work i didnt tell them to do. I told them to STOP! So i drove down there right away got my car and left. Paid what we agreed on. Got home, and i see damaged parts in my engine that were not previous damaged. i know cuz i work on my own car a lot. Went to auto parts store and changed those parts my self for like $18 vs the $150 they wanted to charge me.
You dont understand, NO ONE wants to work on volkswagens, but these guys did and did a GREAT job. I brought them a barely driving car where another mechanic had done an engine swap but failed to finish the job. They traced the wiring issues, recharged the A/C, and tweaked numerous issues. REAL MECHANICS, not a botique where technicians dont want to get their hands dirty and want $ 200-500 just to plug your car in to diagnose it. I would bring any car I own back to them without hesitation.
I have done business with this shop for almost 10 years. They have Always done a great job.Keep up the good work guys.
TLDR: I recommend for their thoroughness, attention to detail, and Reasonable cost. Consider calling ahead because they were very busy when I went.Life story version...Im a female, new to the area, grew up with handy brothers and a dad who fixed the family cars in our garage. When I sprung a coolant leak on Friday night and realized I couldnt call my dad for car problems anymore I hopped on Google Maps...My car was pouring coolant out onto the driveway and Reasonable Auto Repair was the closest place I could limp my car to. They were very busy when I visited Monday morning and it wasnt looking good for getting my car done quickly, but they did manage to get it finished by Friday. Overall, I think it is a good sign if the shop is busy.Reasonable Auto Repair was thorough. The diagnosis was a failed water pump and they recommended changing the original hoses, which had 95k miles and 24 years on them. A dealer-only piece for one of the hoses was later discovered to require replacement. With the itemized bill, I see the thermostat was also changed (which is in a horrible spot on my 94 Camaro, so Im thankful that headache is out of the way whether it was faulty or not). The total landed at ~$800, which seems Reasonable!Parts were the largest part of the bill and their pricing on parts looks accurate. If there was any markup on the parts, it was minimal. Ive been through a few 94 Camaros, and the dealer part cost me $128 8 yrs ago... prices change. The bill here says the dealer part was $132. Sounds good to me. Labor charge seems standard assuming 4.5 hrs of work. They live to their name. I recommend.
Very nice, honest and reasonable. 😉
Great service. Fast and competent work. They will be my go to shop from now on.
Brian is fantastic highly recommend reasonable Auto Care

Great Service!!
Fantastic shop - polite, knowledgeable mechanics, and HONEST as the day is long. Ive used them for years, for both repairs on newer cars and for patching up my older ones, and they have never steered me wrong or recommended an unnecessary repair.
Excellent and honest reasonable prices
Used to be better run with Doug. New front office seemed to be more problems than vehicle
Awesome vehicle repair shop; I have used their services for decades now, reasonable rates and top notch work !!!!!
Brian is a heck of a mechanic
The guys here are honest and fair priced. I run a small business and take my business (and personal) vehicles here.
We are from out of town, visiting relatives, and we were extremely pleased with Reasonable Auto. They did a great job, got us in quick, and did the job for way less than another local repair shop quoted us. Thank you!!
Great Guys, fair prices.
Know the people that work there personally and have never seen a business working harder to satisfy they customers.
Brian is the best mechanic in the business.
Always reasonable
