I mean of course everything cost more on the regular store side but your paying for convenience. Which is the only reason I gave it 4☆☆☆☆. But the liquor store is usually fairly priced. Way better than ABC liquor thats for sure. Plus all the employees are so sweet and helpful

Walgreens Store #05808 located at 215 Palm Coast PKWY NE, Palm Coast, FL. 32137 is the ABSOLUTE worst in customer service!!! From the associates who cashier & stock items to who I can only imagine is the store manager. None have a sense of customer service & in turn dont value the customers time.I have been waiting on my photos since 4:25 when they were uploaded to this Walgreens system. I was given a time of 4:50 for my photos to be ready for pickup. It is now, 6:25 & I continue to wait for my photos. I was met with attitude, no apologies for the misunderstanding or misconception that the system would not actually give an accurate pickup time, but an approx time. Even with that, there is no excuse for the poor service I received.Update your system & retrain your employees, including the manager on duty. Btw, dont think I didnt notice the difference in service & friendliness shown to my white counterparts. Perhaps a class action suit will change your attitude & the way you treat ALL customers. Do better!

They lady that answers the phone in the pharmacy has no compassion for people that are in pain and needing their prescriptions. She is very rude and talks over you. I can only imagine how the elders feel that uses pharmacy with a staff like this. Every time I go to pick up my Prescriptions there’s always a problem and a delay. Better yet they always blame the delay on everyone else. On a positive note the pharmacist was a helpful person Worst Walgreens in Palm Coast.

I went to pick up a prescription at the pharmacy at 3 PM. I had already called ahead to check and see if the prescription was there, but your automated system was not working properly and it kept looping me. Once I arrive I waited in additional 20 while they searched for my Rx. Once they found it I was told to come back in 30-40 min before it was ready. I came back an hour later and the cashier told me that it was not filled because I dont have insurance. I told him I understand but I still want my prescription and that I was a cash buyer. He then told me to come back in 45 min. Really?

I went to this Walgreens store; it was a waste of my gas to drive there. I needed a pneumonia vaccine injection. They told me at the pharmacy that I had to make an appointment. I told them I could make an appointment at my doctors; in fact, that is what I did. You go to a pharmacy for it to be convenient. This was in no way convenient and their decision to require appointments made me now schedule all my vaccines at my doctors office.

Drive through service is a nightmare. Long waits. Ridiculous.

Staff is very friendly and helpful but if you want an explanation from the pharmacist, good luck. She wasn’t even interested in speaking to me or explaining anything. Will be looking for a new pharmacy for sure.

Store is 4 stars. Pharmacy is 3 stars on a good day.

Stopped in to get 3 prescription filled. One guy Manning the drive up and the in store. So really more of a manager issue as this guy could not keep up. I accepted the prescription and realized they charged $11.99 for 42 low dose aspirin. This can be purchased off the counter at about $2 per 100 tablets. So waited another 30 minutes while the hurried and harried counter guy took care of everyone ahead of me. Walmart line is longer but at least they have a few folks managing the counter. Very poor management of this Walgreens on Palm Coast Parkway

Got an e-mail from Walgreens yesterday, saying flu shots were available. The e-mail stated Just walk in or schedule your appointment. My wife called this Walgreens to confirm that no appointment was necessary. A recorded message said you dont have to make an appointment to get a flu shot. So, we went to Walgreens early this morning to get our shots. After waiting in line at the pharmacy, we were told that flu shots were available by appointment only. We left and got our flu shots across the street at Publix. Publix gave us two $10 gift cards for getting our shots there. I wont be buying anything at Walgreens from now on.

I am now an EX Customer because I have NO intention of returning unless they start treating adults as adults . No reason in the world to expect a 50 year plus old to pull her ID from her tight wallet slip to buy cigs. EVEN MORE reasons this practice is wrong ... including persecution. Do not even try to doubt my integrity that I will not return. You insult us with your laisse faire brush of the hand.

Relatively nice and clean store with large range of pretty much anything you need. All night I had wanted hot Cheetos and being 0.1 miles away from the store I was excited that my urge to stuff my mouth with spicies could easily be achieved. But, after arrival, I went to the designated chip isle and I was shocked to see that they had NO hot Cheetos. They did have regular Cheetos but I’m not about that life so I bought Spicy Sweet Chili Doritos which are still good but not what I originally wanted. In conclusion I left disappointed and unsatisfied with my purchase.

I am 77 years old and bought a bottle of wine and was asked for my ID. How rediculous! The store clerk kept saying “it is our policy” Walgreens is a great company but needs to use good sense in theirliquor policy.

The location is clean and I am greeted when entering. Its Walgreens, not much else to say here.

You need to learn how to answer a phone.
