Went in for a new band for my gps watch and the gal there was very friendly and responsive. I went to two other jewelers prior but neither had bands to fit my watch. She knew immediately what band I needed. Then I decided to leave my other wrist watch for battery. She told me to wait ten minutes but I left to pick up a couple of things next door real quick and my watches were ready when I got back! I definitely recommend this place

I had great experience her before Im sad to lose a formerly great business in the area there seems to be new management staff and their demeanor is in excusable

BEWARE SCAM ARTIST-After hearing their ad on radio I was amazed at the lies they told me when they would not pay me spot for a Krugerrand as they advertise on the radio - they are big scam artists . False advertising. Down right thieves.

Great experience with a highly reputable, experienced jeweler. I came in with two items I wanted to repair or get rid of. The owner Paul helped me “reimagine” my current pieces and three weeks later- it was like I had two brand new, custom pieces. It was surprisingly inexpensive compared to the current cost of things- and he even added stones and precious metals!! Highly recommend. Thank you.

I walked in to have a piece of jewelry repaired expecting to leave it! They took it back and had it fixed in less than 10 min!! Great customer service will definitely come back!!

Did a comment on this place about 3-4 months ago warning people to stay away. Heres a follow up....he fixed my wifes wedding ring. Took it to a reputable jeweler and was told three stones were loose. My wife wears her ring about 2-3 times a month. The guy does lousy work. I maintain my warning. Stay away.

Was sold a gold filled bracelet with white sapphire stones turned out to be gold plated with ugly cloudy stones. When I specifically said I didn’t want anything gold plated or that would tarnish and fade he promised it would not and it only took 2 days for it to completely fade ! Disgusted by the quality! And really rude ! A lady accidentally bumped into his daughters boyfriends truck and owner of business came out saying he would punch the lady in the face for bumping into truck . Didn’t even leave a scratch but he kept yelling he was going to knock her out ! Just to mention she was really old ! What a disgusting person !

I was literally parked, eating taco bell, in the parking spot pictured. Mike approached my vehicle, peered inside and asked if I needed help. I described how this was where I decided to eat my food. He said he owned the entire complex and it seemed to really bother him that i sat in my car eating my food.If they serve their customers the way Mike introduced himself.. RUN from this place.

Mother in law (70 year old woman) took her wedding ring of 25+ years to fix a broken prong. Got the ring back and realized the diamond was switched to some cloudy ugly diamond.. DO NO USE THIS BUSINESS AT ALL. Sad thing is their located right next to 60 and over communities so knows how many other countless victims there are out there!

Took in my expensive Ebel watch to replace battery and clean. WithIn one day watch didnt work. Didnt even look like they cleaned it. Now I need to take it to a more reputable watch repair. Dont trust them!!!!

My wife and i have been fealing with thease amateurs for simple silver soder jobs. Thet are amatures at best returning the suposed fixed item numerous timrs to have it end up worse than when we brought it! Then to wait weeks for a half ass job worse than when we brought it in! On anofher occasion a brought white gold and half carrot dimond. David said hed keep the gold ring and dimond and replace the dimond for $1,300.00 when the entire dimond ring was $750.00 low quality and shady business. Just trying to hustle a quick buck!!! Do not waist your hard earned time money ! Empty promises after so many screw ups is the hobbyist tring to do a profecional job or an incompetent shyster!.

This is the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a business owner. He altered my jewelry, without permission and now I have to take it to a reputable jeweler and have it fixed. I I knew there were precautions I should take before I went there, I just never figured something like this could happen to me!Had I read a bad review I would never have gone there. I hope this will helps you in making the right decision to take your jewelry someplace else.

These guys advertise $5.00 batteries which they deliver BUT look out for the overcharges my wife took a watch in that required batteries they replaced them by broke the crystal which they denied doing and told her it would be $65.00 to replace - beware this is the second time they have pulled this with us - beware I would question their honesty
