I had a few billing problems with T-Mobile since becoming a customer in February but Axel and his manager really worked hard to make sure all of my issues were solved. I spent over an hour in the store and the whole team was kind, helpful, and understanding while they walked me through my options and helped figure everything out. Great team!

Very chill T-Mobile store, I went in and came out fast as I went for a T-Mobile Tuesday offer but it was fast and easy and definitely would come again if I ever need anything with regards to T-mobile or any offers.

Unless strictly necessary, I wouldnt recommend visiting this store. It was my first time here, I went in to buy and iPhone 12 Pro Max. Be ware, they will be aggressively pushy to ensure you leave the store with the HIGHEST bill possible. The sales rep who helped me (sales rep # ending in 646) the receipt didnt have the name, automatically added the most expensive plan to my order, she didnt discussed or offered any options although I was a first time customer. Their service was very cut-throat, and although they are friendly and hospitable they want to make sure you pay as much as possible for whatever youre getting.

I bought a phone from this store.I paid for a screen protector and a case in full.I am being charged for these items monthly in the amount of $7.09Customer service seems unable to resolve this issue and when I called the store, they are requiring me to physically drive 7 miles each way to present my receipt.This. Sucks.

I had bought a phone from another T-mobile store out of town....that I needed to return.... long story short, sales rep Steev and his manager Carlos delivered GREAT customer service above and beyond expectations. They couldnt take the return as I was pretty sure they couldnt but they printed out a return label boxed it up and just directed me to the UPS store. Will definitely go directly to THIS store for my Tmobile needs

Clean place and workers were very informative. You have to wait outside because of the pamdemic but it was not a long wait, maybe about 10 minutes.

I have been a long time customer of T-Mobile at this location. I went in one day to upgrade my phone. On my way out I was robbed by a man riding a bicycle. The event caused me to have a seizure. I went back into the store to report that I had been robbed and asked them if I could use a phone to call the police and an ambulance. The employees refused to let me use the phone, nor would they call the police on my behalf. As I was still suffering the effects of a seizure, other customers began yelling at the employees to call the police, at which time they did. I was so upset and disturbed by the employees lack of concern and their actions. Then they said my insurance would not cover the loss of my new cell phone because I didnt make a telephone call on my new phone before I left the store. I finally had to call an executive at their corporate office to resolve the situation in my favor. The corporate office treated me very well and apologized for the actions of the Palm Springs location and said she would investigate the matter further. The next time I went to this store, none of the employees that were working the day of my incident were still employed. The employees at this location are a bunch of idiotic kids that know nothing about customer service. Very sad for T-Mobiles reputation.

Have been to the Palm Springs Office wanting to talk to the District manager, so Ive been asking for his/her name and phone name. NONE of the employees or store manager will give me their name. I have taken in the store and it appears they can not wait to get you back out of the store, and the phone still does not work properly. I have insurance, but it appears they are trying to run out the time of the insurance, and they do not want the district manager to hear from.If anyone knows who the district manager is and phone please assist me by letting me have it.

To Whom It May Concern: I want to tell you about my interaction with Lisa Morales, Retail Store Associate. I came into the store yesterday to inquire about your “Unlimited 55+ Plan. Ms. Morales approached me and offered her assistance. She thoroughly explained the Plan to me, and was exceptionally helpful in acquiring my pin# from Verizon. She was patient with me throughout the process of establishing an account/plan with T-Mobile and after inserting a SIM card into my existing IPhone, she showed me how to insert a card into my IPad (which I completed when I returned home following my store visit). Most valuable was her comments to me regarding my 6s IPhone, and how I would be able to receive reimbursement for the remainder of the amount of $ that I currently owed Verizon for this phone. She was very pleasant during the establishment of the account and asked me several times toward the end of our interaction if I had any questions that she could answer. I did have some questions regarding some of my IPhone features and their used with my newly establied T-Mobile account. She was knowledgeable in answering each question. Never had an issue there, EXCEPT for their own WiFi speed or lack thereof. Store is super friendly, so come on guys, you need to show off your TMO speed foremost including DATA speeds. True its Coachella again but you know this for years, so get to it Premiere of new devices feels really down when you suffer such terrible lagging, and its not just Coachella!

After 11 years with ATT (I KNOW!) I was debating whether to change or not as I was no longer happy with them. People recommended me with T-mobile so I decided to make the jump. I took my mom since I have her on my plan and wanted to buy her a new phone and a tablet. Well, after being at this store, A.J Gutierrez helped me and told me about the the buy one get one free and 1/2 off a tablet bundle from Samsung so I went for it. After getting our S7 edge he told me how to get our deals and the money back (in the form of a Visa card/ refund). Everything was great except when he went ahead and convinced me to get a wireless charger for my S7. I didnt see the need since it was almost $70 but then he said it also served as a back up battery for my phone (after fully charge I could bring it with me anywhere as a back up. WELL...... that is not the case and I did not get 1/2 off my almost $700 tablet. I KNOW people need to sell their product but with such a cool and reputable company as T-mobile pretends to be, I would think they wouldnt plain out lie SO much after buying a lot of their product. AND to top it off when I called customer service.... all they said was that they do not have control of the stores or the things their sales reps say??!?!?!!? Which I get, but again........ they shouldnt lie like that after youre spending over $1K with them and switching to their service. What a great first impression. :(

I went in yesterday and OMAR helped me out on my phone because it wouldnt turn on. He told me that my insurance wouldnt over it because the white strip on the water damage indicator wasnt attach to it reg. place and I had to get another phone. I called tmobile number TODAY and THEY TOLD ME I COULD HAVE STILL CLAIM FOR A REPLACEMENT!! THEY DID THIS WITH MY BF PHONE AS WELL. THEY SAID INSURANCE WOULDNT COVER IT BECAUSE OF A SRATCH! Now I called the store, they told me that OMAR said warranty wouldnt cover, i am sure he said insurance smh. Alan told me I can come make a claim and restock my phone.
