It would be alright but terrible people and terrible management makes everything fall apart. Ive had my car dented and windshield cracked.Loud parties go on until 1/2 in the morning. There used to be security but I havent seen them as of late.Could be a great place but it seems they have given up.

Need roads resurfacing badly

A wonderful place to call home, my daughter lives over there, I love visiting her at that beautiful place.

Can Not wait to move. Neighbors have 3, 4, one has 5 small dogs that BARK ALL NIGHT. Mgr. does not do anything. Rules state 1 small dog, why do these people have 4 and 5 on their patio. anyone to care about constant noise from barking dogs ALL NIGHT LONG 12 pm to 5 am. Then all day long.My neighbors are unfriendly, I am white, and quiet,I get no respect from them if I ask them to keep their kids from throwing things in my yard. I now video tape everything, because people LIE. My tapes will prove what a joke this place really has become.

Its a very peaceful place to live and enjoy and feel free to look at it as a way of making it easier to home nice neighbor to live with & enjoy the fun togethe with a great day in the poolside area.

I have been sold many properties in this community, the manager and her assistants, had been very respectful, and willing to help when needed. They offered many activities for residents of the community like parties, Zumba clases, and more...

I love this community because of the activities for the residents. I havent experienced any thing but respect from management and my neighbors.
