I have been to this location many times as the guys at this location are very knowledgeable, professional, and answer all questions. That is what I expect when visiting a specialty store, for the employees to know what they are doing. I needed to have my battery tested. They greeted me right away and made sure that I knew that someone would help me when they got freed up. As soon as one became available, he tested my battery, he mentioned that he can charge the battery or purchase a new battery. I bought a new battery and it was installed by me( they offered to install). I was in and out with solution. Thank you guys.

Called for parts needed for my truck. Staff had me on hold for over 5 minutes. When i asked some info about parts, person does not know much more about parts than what he reads on computer screen. Ok place for parts i guess if i can not find them somewhere else.

Advance Auto Parts have employees that are always more than willing to help you find what you need and then theyre also more than willing to compare prices for you and let you know what each item includes as far as a warranty and which product would be better to buy. They have a lot of knowledge and experience and they also go above and beyond to try to help you fix your car!

I brought a battery in to be charged is the cashier told me that the battery could not be charged that it wouldnt take a charge so I asked for the battery when I got the battery home and put the battery back into my truck my truck started up therefore he lied and he tried to get me to purchase another battery shame on you

Pulled over there to check my car to see about an oil change and his vehicle needing a radio connection harness. But amazingly everything started working right, and we didnt even need to go in.

We needed a new battery. They tested our old battery then put our new battery in for us. It was very very fast. Everyone was very helpful. Great store.

The car started sputtering on the way into Bradenton and I really needed to find out what was going on. Luckily while at a light there was this Advance Auto. So we pulled in and parked.Went in and asked the gentleman behind the counter if he could run a diagnostic test on it. He did and discovered that one of the plugs was miss-firing.Thankfully I was able to get to Bradenton and back and few days later get the car fixed.Great service at Advance Auto.

Great service. Bought a battery and are happy with the deal and the entire process.

Just bought wiper blades for my truck. Got home and found the center locking piece missing on one. Took them back (oh where is my receipt). Dont worry they replaced the blade, THANK YOU. Got home to find that the replacement blade was the wrong length. Now Im upset, went back again. Young man rechecked blades for my truck and they could be either length, but wait, he didnt want to c me again. He went out to the truck and put them on and had to reset the bend in one of them. Never had that happen, so guess where i will be going to get my parts.

Go If you have to, but I recommend any other autopart store. I have received subpar parts a few times. They will replace them but after youve installed then its kind of a moot point. Ive gotten window motors I burned out after 3 months. I also did an entire front end to have one of the bushings were out within a week. They did offer to replace it but I had already installed an entire front end and did an alignment. Just bringing back that one bushing and replacing it was not going to replace all the hours of work that I put into the front end.

I WANT to give them a good rating but this specific location is ONLY getting 2 stars and thats for the manager who EVENTUALLY, after me refusing to leave without my $, remedied the situation. Long story short- I bought a product, was GREATLY misinformed about it, once I realized I was, I went to return it and even though I had the item And ORIGINAL RECEIPT-when it was scanned, the item didnt appear. The associate whod helped me- had deleted the transaction and pocketed the $$. And all the manager at the time of return could say was call customer service! Once I pointed out the obvious theft, stated that I wanted my $$...they called the employee. Caught red handed! Im a female but im not stupid and this initial asshat clearly pinned me as an unintelligent female that would be satisfied with a half working product? Not me. Once the manager on duty put 2 and 2 together, he was more then willing to help resolve the problem. Dishonest and Male chauvinist stick pigs

Be careful when you youre buying at this location because they will give you the wrong part and if you try to take it back they will say that you trying to trick them it happened to me one time I bought a $60 sensor from there took it out the box I even told them that it did not look like a sensor well when I got to my mechanic he looked at it and he sent me right back when I got to the store they said that they had gave me the right part was not true because I took the part out and I showed it to them and ask them if it was the part I need it so ther 60 bucks they stoled from check your part b4 u leave if u shop here.... SINCE THEN I NEVER SHOP AT ANY ADVANCE STORE

Always seem to have the part I need. The staff is knowledgeable but often pushy/overbearing. You cant walk around without a salesperson stalking you. The store feels kinda dirty, but so does the entire shopping plaza. But, they have the parts, so you just kinda look past it.

Had problem with the computer system and I looked up the part on my phone so they can find what I was looking for. But service was great
