I want to compliment Carl at the Napa store in Palmetto. My wiper blades were damaged in a car wash, and I went there to get new ones. I know nothing about sizes, or what would fit my car. Carl was very helpful, and took the time to search the catalog and run upstairs to find the right ones. When he did, he even installed them for me. I felt like a valued customer.Thanks so much Carl, rare these days to find that kind of service.

They have an actual professional parts man. this man took me back to the sixties when you could walk into a parts store and the man would know what you were talking about and actually find the correct part. One of the few parts people that didnt ask me make year and model

An excellent car parts store. Best in electrical parts like starters, alternators, solenoids, brake and fuel lines, they can get you most any car part you need.

Great store with friendly, knowledgeable staff that leaves ya alone to wander if ya want it helps ya find anything u can’t find. I’ve never walked in and been ignored like in some auto parts store and I appreciate that.

If I could give them no stars, I would! Bought a 3 yr battery from them less than 2 yrs ago that failed. Brought a battery tester home from work, it failed. Took it back, they tested it twice and said it was a good battery. Now thinking I had a bad starter, went down the street to oreillys, they tested it, bad battery!! NAPA, you lost a customer!! Oh yeah, truck is fixed!!

If it says open till 5 I would expect them to be open till 5, not 4:30

Incredible service and expertise from this NAPA Team. Our truck broke down a few miles away and we were just able to make it into the NAPA parking lot. They had the exact parts and tools needed to get the truck fixed and back on the road in only a couple hours. I will definitely make this my go to place for automotive supplies when Im in the area!

These guys are just OK......not the friendliest guys on the planet...usually grumpy.....treat everyone as a rookie. I owned my own parts store for years and I think i know a little.....they dont acknowledge any thing you tell them.....they seem to know it all.
