Attempted to make an oil change appointment through a third-party website for a discount and had nothing but issues. Finally gave up and made the appointment over the phone. They were quite busy when I arrived and had given the few people in front of me estimated times of several hours. I was getting a bit nervous since my boyfriend and I were stuck waiting for it, but the woman at the counter gave us an estimate of an hour, and it was ready within that hour! And not only that, but the discount I was trying to get online was applied.Very pleased with the quick service I received here from very friendly staff.

They were very nice and helpful. The wait time was way longer than I was told but they were very busy and they were working hard and I couldnt give them less than 5 stars because of the staff and their efforts.

I called to see if I could set an appointment for an oil change and when the man answered the phone he put me on hold immediately, I waited 10 minutes then hung up and called again. Another man answered and told me no need for an appointment to come in now and I would be in and out within 45 minutes. When I get here I tell the man I just need an oil change and on the paper he writes an hour and 10 minute wait time… we’ll 2 hours later still waiting. I asked if my oil change had even been done and he said he believes so and would get back with me. Worst service ever!

The best tire shop in town! I’ve purchased all new tires for multiple vehicles, had flat’s repaired and even had loose tires mounted and I always receive the best service. The place can be busy sometimes so just be patient and you are guaranteed to get what you need with great pricing.Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Season was my customer service representative and she was great. Palmetto Tire Kingdom has been my “go to” tire shop for years and will continue to be in the future. A+++

Dis Organized wish I could have a better review but when I’m told to pick up a vehicle at 2pm and have to wait an additional 2 1/2 hours. Then there is a problem especially when my appointment was set for 930 am to change 3 tires. I even made the appointment the previous week and gave them the tire information so they could have the tires there to complete the job early.

Unfortunate to get a flat on I-75. Called and spoke with Bonnie who said she would be able to fit me in quickly. She was true to her word as I was out of there with a patch in under an hour. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Thanks again!

Money grabbers. They will lie to take money from you anyway they can. Make sure that you get all the information about your car, before bringing it to this place, because if you dont, they will charge you for extra service you dont need. Very disorganized and it takes way too long to get the job done. Horrible place ever.

Teaming with two flat tires and they told me they couldnt help me I told me all we can just put air in your tires. They never put air in my tires period as well that is extremely unsafe to send a female or anyone for that fact down the road with two flat tires.

Terrible service. Called to get 4 new tires; said they would call at 3 pm when tires arrived so I could come. Never called. I called at 3:45 pm and was put on hold for 10 min. I gave up and went to Mavis on Hwy 64 by Home Depot. They were prompt and treated me great.

Wanted to buy a set of tires and have them mounted on new wheels. Pricing on tires and for mounting and balancing was OK, but they wanted an extra $264 for moving the sensors from the old to the new wheel. I mean they are free to charge whatever they want, and I am free to go somewhere else, which I did. Just feel sorry for people who dont know how much a job should cost, like the couple in front of me who got completely ripped off replacing the break pads on their old Hyundai...

I explained how my 2015 CRV was pulling to the left and steering wheel was wobbling from right to left. I explained my concern about the left front tire. I was told I needed front alignment. When I picked up my car it still had the same problem so I took it back for another alignment and still same problem and was then told it was wear and tear. My car has 48,000 miles on it. I ended up taking it to Walmart for tire rotation which is where I purchased the tires a year ago and they found the left tire was out of balance and now the problem has been resolved. I wasted money on an alignment I most likely didnt need.. I will never step foot back in Tire Kingdom!!

They said it was going to take a couple of hours to get to changing my travel trailer tires. But to my surprise they restarted working on it within 20 minutes! The mechanic even helped me back my trailer out of a very tight spot. They were very thorough and did a great job! Highly recommended!

Been here three times.1 - Walked out after 1 hour because my car never moved from the parking lot.2 - Came here only because Michelin sent me here for warranty replacement of my tires. Had to come return with my vehicle a second time because tire balancing was not done correctly first time.3 - Returned for tire rotation. Tech found a nail in my tire that was not known to me because it was not leaking air. Repaired flat, rebalanced tire, rotated tires and now Im here on another return because my tires are once again balanced incorrectly.Update - Had to bring car to dealer because after the third time because my front end alignment was suddenly off.Expect to wait for hours for your car even with an appointment as a upset customer on a return repair. Thats what Im doing again on my day off.

Stopped into the Palmetto, FL store on a Saturday morning 8:00 am with a screw in my front right tire. I was told they couldn’t do it then and would have to “schedule” me. I declined and drove 10 minutes to V Discount Tire. The service guy came out to the car, pulled the screw out, then inserted the appropriate plug with a t-handle. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.Guess where I will buy my next set of tires.

Waited there for 2 1/2 hours for balancing my tires and a patch. Will not return

Stan and the man at the front desk who wears the orange gloves are both super nice. I came in on a very busy day from work done at another store and I had an issue, and they stopped what they were doing to help me get it squared away and back on the road quickly. This is a super busy store so make an appt. and plan to drop your car off. Thank you Stan for being an A+++ technician who offers a friendly service while helping get the problem squared away.

Horrible horrible horrible. Made appointment. Couldn’t find work order, couldn’t find tire, had some kid learning to change a tire. Not finished yet! One tire two hours. More to follow

Took my car in on a Thursday morning with a slow leak in the back passenger tire from a nail in the center of the tread. They called me the next day and said I had a nail close to the side wall. When I told him it was a nail in the center tread which should be patched, he responds “oh yeah this is a second nail in the tire”. So I had to buy a new tire of course. These guys are the typical reason why so many people distrust tire companies. Thanks for being so common.

Had a set appointment for a alignment at 1:00 in the afternoon and the girl says sorry the machine is broken it broke this morning. My reply was it would have been nice to get a phone call . She says oh well. There is no customer service anymore anywhere in these chain stores.

Was told on Monday that I needed to make an appointment to fix a flat tire. The appointment was for 3.30 on Wednesday. I showed up at 3.20 and my vehicle never meet the shop till 4.20 and they couldnt get the tire of the rim because of faulty equipment. I finally got out of there at 5.00 pm now let me tell you 2 hrs for a flat tire repair is ridiculous. 40 minutes max who in the hell is running this facility they need to be fired. Not to mention I heard 3 customer complaints while I was there.so and

The common sense level here is unreal. I wouldnt waste your time on a company who cant hire people to do a business properly.

I set up a date to have my brakes done. They told me to drop my truck off on a Thursday and to leave my keys in the drop box with a note stating why my truck is sitting outside. I dropped my truck off and had to find a ride to work and back to tire kingdom just to find they never touched my truck. Keys were still in the drop box at 4 pm that day. They said Sorry, we dont know what to tell ya..They could care less that they inconvenienced you for the entire day. I bought new tires from them last year but after this experience they lost another customer for life but I know they could care less..

Called yesterday, they would get tire from another store in time for today’s 11:30 appt. Called this morning to ask if they could do shocks too. Was told yes. Brought car in. They had forgotten to order tire. Sigh. They called at 2:30 - car done. Arrived at 3:00 only to discover they had forgotten to do shocks. Said they would get car back in “right now” 15 min later they finally rolled car back in. 3:40- car finally done. Asked for discount for the no tire ordered and for shocks not put on. Refused because mgr. on conf. call.Spoke to mgr. Totally Rude!Don’t go here!!

I made an appointment for an oil change for 8:30 am. Got there at 8:15 and had to wait. Finally got checked in. They told ne an hour and a half. Ridiculous when I had an appointment and its just an oil change. Now Im sitting in the waiting room sweating *ss off because they dont have air conditioning. I will never come back.

Had a really bad experience at this Tire Kingdom. i dont trust them

They are crooks! My girlfriend brought her vehicle in to get the tires rotated and they told her she needed all of her brakes replaced (pads and roters) and it was dangerous to drive. They quoted her $1200. I took it elsewhere for a 2nd opinion and the rear brakes looked brand new and he was able to smooth the front roters and replaced the front pads for $240. I wouldnt trust them with anything. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I picked up my car with an 8 inch scratch on the drivers door. Eric refused to take responsibility for my car being vandalized on their property when it was left inside their garageover night. They couldve made an insurance claim and fixed this damage but instead they took $850 for tires and vandalized my car.

They did take me right away. However my car was done for about 15 to 20 min and no one came to tell me. I had to ask them to process so I could pay ..

Well let’s see we’re do I begin, I have a lifted truck that needed an alignment so I call a “truck shop” near my home (also keep in mind I work 3 counties away from my home so I had to take off work early to get to this “truck shop”) and make an apt for an alignment. I get there early they put my truck on the rack at this “truck shop” and tell me they can’t do the job due to time. Plus they want to re schedule me for a later date and charge me over $500.00 for an alignment. So on my way home from this “truck shop” I pass the Tire Kingdom on hwy 301 in palmetto and call them. Gentlemen name JT answers the phone and pretty much says “man bring that thing in to me”. So I did the boys threw it up on the rack and a half hour later the truck was aligned, no up charge and didn’t try to sell me the farm. Also while I was waiting an elderly woman came in with a headlight out, one of JT’s guys went out and fixed it for her free of charge. Now that’s great customer service and in my world that still means a lot. Keep it up guys you just earned a customer for life ! 👍🏻

A few months ago my daughter was having some issues with her car. Unbeknownst to us, her issues were actually very serious and her car needed some extensive work. After trying to get the repairs scheduled at 2 other places to no avail, we finally found Tire Kingdom thanks to an excellent recommendation from my coworker.The service manager Jerry Norton personally helped her and he was awesome! He walked my daughter through all the things that were critical, and let her know what things could wait a little while longer. He was very honest and didnt try to scare her into getting any extras. He treated her as if he were helping his own family. She felt so comfortable and informed, and the price for her repairs was more than fair! Honestly, knowing that there is a car service place where there is someone like Jerry who is trustworthy is PRICELESS to me. I appreciate all that he did to keep my daughter safe on the road. I highly recommend Tire Kingdom and especially the caring help from Jerry Norton!

The worst. With all the background noise, masks and partitions (of which the latter 2 are important) you cant hear the estimates nevermind ask questions. The agent helping us never greeted us, had no idea what he was doing and took forever. All we wanted was a tire quote which I was able to pull up ont phone in 1 minutes. This Yahoo had us there over 15 minutes. We walked out. Never again. We got tires at Costco. Grear price and service at Costco!

I have taken my truck to these people several times mostly to fix what they failed to completely fix from the previous visit. Had an intake manifold replaced and they failed to properly tighten the fuel rails TWICE.. which caused me to lose fuel. These guys need to do tires and oil changes only. Leave the real mechanical stuff to the pros. Never again..

Ive been here twice in the past year and have made an appt both times. Ive been in and out in an hour or less. Great courteous fast service.

I had an appointment and waited 1.5 hrs. Before my truck was moved into shop. By the time tires were mounted it was to close to closing to get alignment completed. Giving an extra star because manager tried to make it right however I wasted enough of my time. Try not over scheduling and get some techs with a little ambition.

Over a thousand dollars for the tires and I get to go home and clean up after them.

I wish they called me for my permission to do the extra service before doing the service. Watch out for the 8 inch long scratch on your cars that they leave.

Staff here is very attentive. Jerry, Wesley, and Bradley were all very attentive to my needs and squeezing in a road hazard repair while away from my regular Tire Kingdom Location in Tampa.There is one rep Adam they should keep in the back stocking tires. Hes kurt and a has an apathetic attitude. Normally I would chalk this up with a bad day but three calls two different meetings. He should not be in front of customers.

Jerry spent time providing me with information on tires for my vehicle and in my price range. After going over that information, I went back. Eric was phenomenal. He worked with me, helped me understand my options. I appreciated it more than they’ll ever know. Worst customer service experience in my life at a tire place shop wanted to try a new shop close to home and on that note had an appointment in the morning for tires and they didnt get do my vehicle til 4pm . I wont recommend this Tire Kingdom shop in Palmetto to any of my friends and family.

I called 2 weeks ahead of time to confirm they would install TPMS sensors in our RV tires. After removing the tires and bringing them in they refused because the tires were 17.5 inch AND because it wasnt their sensor! This was clearly communicated during the call. So here I am $240 in labor down the tube and no sensors installed.

I will NEVER-EVER visit this establishment, Palmetto Tire Kingdom!! The way I was treated today was the absolute worst!! I failed to get his name, but I went back inside to report him to the Manager, Eric, and he wasnt any better... He looked THREW me as if I was a freaking alien, so it was obvious they are partners-in-crime!!I needed 4 tires, but asked for the price of two. He printed it up & I said I didnt want to pay that much for 2 tires; before I could ask if there was a middle price for a different tire, he snatched the printout, folded it & threw it in the trash, then yelled, GOOD LUCK!!! I was left in awe & reported them to the Corporate Office!!After experiencing such an upmost rude & prejudice attitude that was displayed towards me today, for no reason, if they offered me a tire for $1.00, I wouldnt take it, and I am going to let everyone know how I was treated!!

Darren and Josh really helped me out when I was in a tough situation. I blew a tire out on I75 while driving to be at my best friends wedding. I was totally stranded and far from home. It was very close to the end of the day and they were slammed busy. I explained my situation to them and they immediately sprang into action. They had 4 people working on getting my tires changed and had me safely back on the road in 45 minutes! I made it to meet my friends, didnt get stranded overnight and everything worked out perfectly. I cannot thank them enough for assisting me so greatly in my time of need. Darren, Josh and the rest of the team went above and beyond to take care of their customer. I want to let others know that youre not just a dollar sign to them. They care about their customers and Im forever grateful for the kindness they extended to me. They helped keep me safe and that, well, thats priceless!

Took a vehicle in to get the tire changed, we needed new front bearings and a steering arm rod accordingt them, so we did this. We drove away and the break cover plate was grinding and basically not attached. Turned around and had this fixed. The next day got in the car and noticed something hanging from the bottom of the car.... Its the steering stabilizer shock... I fixed this myself..... And to top it off the new tire doesnt match the others. Never again will I use this place. The employees we dealt with were friendly and courteous.

I was on vacation and my air quit working in one of the hottest months in Florida so I stopped hoping to get it fixed. They claimed that they recharged it and said my compressor was out and quoted me over $1200. Thankfully, they didnt have the parts in stock but I did have to pay them almost $200 for the recharge. I took it to a Buick dealership and they fixed a leak, the compressor was fine. They also said it had not been charged because if it had been, it would have been cold for awhile until it leaked out again. These people are scheisters.

They will air up your tires! For Free! Not bad prices on tires either, but they dont beat Walmarts prices. They do all sorts of services here. If you feel your alignment is messed up really bad, or you just need to pull over cause you have a flat, this is the place to stop.

I had a flat tire and needed new tires at the time. I fixed my flat temporarily with fix - a flat and went to the Palmetto store to buy two new tires at the time. I told them to keep the keep the two best tires and sell me two new tires but in no circumstances keep the leaking tire fixed with fix-a-flat. Sure enough they put the bad tire back on my car. The next day I went to Fred Ruble Goodyear in Seminole and replaced the other two tires. They verified that the fix-a-flat tire had been put back on my car. They are very nice and honest people in Palmetto. They just dont pay attention to detail very well. I have had better experiences with the Tire Kingdom on SR 70. I would recommend them.

Calling this place is an absolute nightmare. I had to call them 3 times and every time I called, I was on hold for 30 minutes or more. They only reason I even gave 3 stars is because once I finally got through, they were helpful and polite. However, there was never an apology for the long hold times.

Eric, and Aaron the mechanic were awesome. Got me in and out fast. These guys rock! No unnecessary services reccomended, up front about everything. 10 out of 10!

Scam artistsSo very disappointed in this place. Called them because my husbands AC was blowing warm air. They told us to bring it in. After evaluating the situation they decided the ac system had a leak. Told us it would be over $1. Husband decided not to replace, but asked them to charge the system & fill with freon. Picked it up. Next day, not even working. (My husband has a landscaping business- in this heat) Called them back, of course the guys that were there the day before werent there that day. They did whatever they did & it worked for a week. Back to square 1. Called our trusted mechanic- who wasnt as convenient before- who found NO LEAK & charged us just for the freon. NEVER ever will we recommend this company. Ridiculous.Also had some noise in the same truck (that had to do with the TIRES, which is supposedly what they specialize in) had them replace that at the tune of some hundreds...& in fact, there is nothing wrong with the tire/ wheels.Hope your corporate office likes this one.

Got tires and a good bit of maintenance done during this visit. I they called me to let me know of additional problems that needed to be addressed and one that could wait. I had my car back in a few hours driving good as new.

My husband called this store today to see if they could turn the rotors The person he spoke to told him yes they could do it today but would they be on the truck or off the truck my husband said off of the truck the guy said no problem we can do it, so my husband takes the rotors off goes to tire Kingdom and they tell him no it has to be on the vehicle, he said they no longer turn rotors off of the vehicle mechanics have to take them off themselves, so he went and bought new rotors and put them on the truck himself no thanks to tire Kingdom ...We have been going there for many years for tires for balance rotate, turning rotors everything always used tire Kingdom but never again.... The only reason they got 1 star is because that the only way I could put this review on

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO the palmetto branch...!!!! Ordered tires a week in advance, made an appointment with this branch, when I arrived they tried to sell me much more expensive tires and said that the tires that they ordered for me were giving to somebody else so a quote for $400 for tires and an alignment turned into seven hundred and something dollars. The Bradenton branch of Tire Kingdom made good and now have an appointment with them for the same tires and an alignment at the original price. Please do not go to the Palmetto Tire Kingdom and Adam the manager there or the person that we made the appointment with was very very rude!!!
