I bought my Tory Burch tote bag and sweater at this store. I love all the brands they carry and the prices are great! Name brand clothing at an affordable price. Suzannah is super nice and helpful and knows a lot about the different designers. Everyone is really friendly here. They seem to love their work!

I have both bought and sold with this store, and always had a great experience. Everything is very organized and clean and the staff is super friendly.They have a good mix of brands and prices so it’s a fun place to shop. Items are always in new, like new, or very good condition.

Selling my clothes to them is seamless! They are choosy about what they take, and I’m glad that they are choosy because when I shop there, I know I’m getting only get the best. All the clerks are super friendly so I’m not sure why others have complained about them. This is now my go-to-place for shopping. What a great way to help reduce waste by buying used clothing. My favorite consignment in the bay area. I have bought more items than sold, consistently there is a great selection of clothes and the ladies working are pretty nice. However they do tend to lose your items if they are not sold. No big deal.. if Im consigning an item then I dont want it that much in the first place, but if you dont bring it up they wont even send you a check for the missing item. They certainly need a better method to stay organized because their current method is obviously not working.

Brought a dress in for consignment that had a stain on the inside back - not visible when worn, but very obvious when you’re looking at it on a hanger etc. They accepted it and 2 hours later sent an email saying they were not able to accept it after all. When I came to pick up the dress I asked the woman who did the original intake why she would accept something that obviously didn’t meet their standards and she said the person that does the intake only assesses for style. Keep in mind they sell other obviously damaged and visibly worn items as long as it has a brand or designer name.

I have both sold my things and shopped to add to my closet. Fillmore & 5th is a wonderful store. The staff is helpful. The clothes, shoes and accessories are always of the highest quality and best price.

I brought in some expensive sterling silver fashion jewelry for consignment. I pointed out where the labels are on every item and named the brand. Most of the items had labels clearly visible and readable. Two days later I receive the estimate and every piece is priced at yard sale price because it is Unlabeled. The most expensive one ($500) somehow already got sold for $12. I stop by next morning to pull everything out of consignment and the items are not even on display, so likely it was sold to staff.To me it looks like the store took advantage of me and theres nothing I can do about it except leaving a bad review.I would not recommend dealing with them, sell your stuff online and keep most of the profit.

They have nice clothes but absolutely horrible customer service. An associate asked to hold my things for me. Didnt put them in a dressing room. Instead they hung them on a different rack. When I went to try things on a dress I had chosen was missing. I saw someone else holding it. I told the girl who had taken my clothes. All she said was, oh sorry. And did nothing to try and get it back from me. My fiancé then asked, Are you going to get it back for her? And she just mumbled incoherently and said no! She was so unhelpful and even though she asked to HOLD my clothes for me. She did nothing when they were taken. I wouldve held the clothes myself. So rude and unacceptable. Dont offer to start a dressing room for me if youre going to let other customers take my clothes Ive chosen then do nothing to get them back for me. Ridiculous.

Ive been a loyal customers here for years, I do love the clothes and most of the time my consignment got sold out very quickly. There was a few times all items i brought in were accepted too so it makes me feel that I have a similar taste with this store in general, you know, which made me very happy that i finally found my store. But recent experiences made me want to leave some comments here and remind others who want to consign here.1) A few months ago one of my dresses (Alexandra Wang) consigned here went missing, and i had to call several times to figure out, yes, there is no one following up with you if something just disappeared. In the end they sent me a check around $20, and I did let it go.2) Last month I sent a few consignments, they accepted most and second day i got an email saying one of the items was not accepted after a second look, i had to pick up right away otherwise itll be donated. I had to call and explained that i was traveling, they gave me 10 days to pick up. The point is - its really inconvenient from a customers perspective. If you decide that the item is not good after a second look, at least send to me for free.3) The worst experience happened today, which is why i am leaving this long comment. I understand that its a lot of items for them to process everyday and mistakes could happen. However, one of my items - a knitted sweater (around $120) got missing again. A few weeks ago i tried to pick it up when I was in store, and they insist the item was still there in the store but it takes time to find it, so i didnt say anything but i really didnt see the sweater anywhere. Then yesterday I called and told them i need to pick it up if its not sold, because the due date is 2/16 which is today. They told me its still in their system so theyll find it and i can pick it up. When I went to the store this afternoon, one of the the store assistants told me its not there anymore, she said she remembered I picked it up last time, and suggested me to check in my closet, which I immediately disagreed. I almost remembered every of my consignment items - especially if its special. This sweater is in a special shape and if its in the store youll see it right away! And if i picked up, why the system didnt show that?! That assistant was super rude and she was like, ok just so you know, we are not liable for anything lost, its in the contract, blabla. I asked to talk to the manager - who is a very arrogant lady, she tried to say the same thing - oh i remember you were not happy with the price, and you picked it up. OMG! This is not crazy because this is dishonest, and lie. If you lost my items, I can understand, but I cant understand if you LIE TO MY FACE. People make mistakes and I get that, if you can be honest with your customers, i have no issues because I still want to buy and consign here, but i cant believe 2 of them lie to my face and try to blame me. The manager decided to give me a check and cash this out but still, she was very unhappy and she sounded very condescending, it feels like i owe them, instead they lost my sweater. Even you are not liable in the contract, you should still not lie or try to hide the fact. I am not sure if others had similar situation but i think 1) this store needs a better system to keep tracking of things 2) Definitely needs a better customer service here.

Do not trust this store... Beware!!! I had several dresses sold here and my GUCCI bags where donated with out telling me?????? They were supposed to contact me if not sold and they never contacted me--- they were unbelievable about this. I would not trust this place!
