My experience here has always been great. The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They really seem to have your best interest in mind. They even helped save some coin. Appreciate the quality service!

This is the first time Ive come to the Palo Alto store, as I usually went to Campbell. The staff is not only cute but friendly. My eye exam was done properly and my glasses were perfect. I wanted tortoise shells because they last forever. With my AAA discount, I couldnt believe how inexpensive everything was -- exam and glasses. It was worth the horrible traffic from Santa Clara.

I have gone to 4 Eyes for over 20 years but since Covid shutdown it has become very frustrating. The hours are awful (11 to 5). It is as though they dont want your business. I have now been trying to call them for 2 days and they have not returned my phone call. I need my glasses. I live too far away to just drop in. They dont even list their fax number.

Very professional and friendly staff. They repaired my wobbly stems and frame hinge quickly and no charge!

By far, best customer service. Very welcoming and professional. The only place I will purchase glasses and see the eye doctor. I have moved farther and farther away but will still only come here.

For Eyes is a fantastic optical store. They have a wide selection of frames and they have a uniquely tailored experience. It can be relatively pricey but it is worth it.

Great experience until recently a nurse rudely refused to help me. Someone else stepped in and helped, thank you! But i couldnt believe the first nurse refused to help with a very simple question that another person helped me resolve quickly. Customer service training please.

Walked in and got my glasses fixed by a very nice staff. The glasses were conveniently fit on my nose and ears now: )
