I am giving this location a 3 stars based on their costumer service, not really friendly. It feels like they dont want to be there. However if I could rate the ice cream separate, Id give it 5 stars!!

Good ice cream. What more can be said about ice cream? Im usually happy with pretty standard flavors, but Im always impressed with the several less common ones that BRs 31 choices manage to include. On this visit I stayed common, but I always check for something unique and will choose one of those if it strikes my fancy.

Excellent customer service. Super cheery helpful staff. Really liked the butterscotch ice cream.

Loyal customer for 10+ years and always happy but the past few times Ive been here the ice cream was WAY less cold than it should have been, melting immediately and feeling much too soft. At first I thought the freezers were broken but its been consistently melty.

Nice area to spend a Sunday afternoon shipping and lounging around the different places to visit

Please add the tip feature to your card transactions. Like most people, I do not carry cash most of the time, so the employees are missing out on a ton of tips. Especially at this location. Other than, open until 10pm, priceless!

Its a Baskin-Robbins, there was pink everywhere, there were 31 flavors from which to choose (which means there are nearly 30,000 combinations for a triple scoop), also there are non-dairy options for people who cant eat or dont like ice cream. Like Ive always said, everything either IS or IS NOT ice cream.

Not super Elite ice cream, but very very yummy, and a perfect place to take kids.

Good prices and variety of ice cream flavors

The ice ream here is typical Baskin Robins ice cream. I like going here because they are open late on weekends for those late night munchie runs. Its also walking distance from my house. You can definetly find better ice cream elswhere.

Horrible sneaky place. They said they would accept my coupon. And when I bought my ice cream (buy one get one free) they didnt take my coupon. The SMALLEST ICE CREAMS I HAVE EVER SEEN FROM Baskin Robbins!
