Ordered a cabot oil based stain online. Apparently they didnt have it, didnt get a call about it and was only told when I arrived in store. These companies still havent figured out how to work in the internet age. Employees are friendly enough, but please cover your nose with your masks when you come within 6 ft of a customer. I have family that cant risk catching the covid.

Its clear this store is oriented for professional paint contractors v. average consumers. I asked for help from the two staff members when the store was empty. They were mixing paint, and asked me to wait a few minutes. 20 minutes later & theyd moved on to other customers - contractors - and neglected to follow up with me. They werent unfriendly or anything, just the opposite of helpful.

Manager (or superviser) made snide remarks about my color choices (yes they were dark colors) thinking I couldn’t hear him. He then noticed I was listening but pretended nothing happened...the employees of the store were helpful though!Just be careful, if you choose the wrong color the manager might start talking trash about you.

The Account Manager, Store Manager and staff are kind and always helpful.Great job!
