Previous 1 star reviews are correct. Ive been a long time customer and spent plenty of money here over the years. Always were helpful and respectful and always got what I needed. I went in today and the minute I walked in there were 2 female employees at the counter staring at me like a deer in headlights. 1 little white girl and 1 short chubby Latina with braids. I tried to explain what I was looking for but was immediately interrupted by the Latina. She then said let me see what I have in the back. While waiting, I walked over to look at the different versions of exterior paint. She then returned with a gallon of the lowest quality paint. I asked for one of the higher quality paints and was immediately told thats all I got. I walked out. Ill take my money and business somewhere else. If youre looking to tag garages, trains, and viaducts then this is the place for you. Total hood rat.

Always a great experience! People know their products and the selection of choosing paint colors are huge plus the paint is the best quality! Its the reason why I keep going back! I have been shopping there for years!

One of the mangers in the store named Markus was such great help to me. I called the store for some help about some products me and my boyfriend had bought from Sherwin-Williams. Markus was very professional and educated us with ease. He was patient and made sure I didn’t have any unanswered questions left. I appreciate great staff like him, it makes it a lot easier doing business with you guys... plus the paint is always great thank you !!

Uneducated rude staff didnt know a whole lot about the product theyre selling. Very disappointing.

Probably the worst SW store I have ever been. They don’t know anything about low sheen or low luster finish paint even it’s sitting on the shelf next to them. Omg why people without any knowledge about painting work there. Looks like they hire whoever comes by.

The store has a nice layout so everything is easy to find. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Marcus and Brian who were both super knowledgeable and helpful. When I know what I’m going in for, I’m in and out in 5 minutes. I will never go to a mega home improvement store for paint ever again.

I went into Sherwin-Williams earlier this week thinking I knew what I wanted. I was immediately approached by Patrick who was very helpful. I found out you dont just pick a color, buy your paint and youre done. Patrick explained the different grades of paint and helped me choose the correct ones for my job. He even carried the paint to my car for me. Thanks Sherwin-Williams and Patrick for the great service.
