The manager is really kind and helpful. I only had to rent a place for a few days, but she took very good care of me and I would recommend the storage unit to anybody looking for a safe place to store their belongings

The staff is awesome! Any issues I’ve ever had were dealt with immediately. No surprise rate increases ❤️They even pay for an answering service for after hours issues. I’m leaving this review after having stored there for almost 2 years now, if that tells you anything!

Do not call there expecting to speak with the man and woman who were there during the hurricane,, they are no longer there,, shame they were great and very helpful, not like the person who answers the phone now,, WOW

1 this place is well lit..2 it has a security gate 3 it is not in a bad part of town..I have ben a renter for over 20 years and not 1 time has it Ben broken into..I have seen many storage sheds where there is no gate no lighting..so if you are a stranger moving to this area how could you know if it was in a bad part of time..2018 we had a category 5 huracane Michael that literly destroyed millions of huge oak trees you could not begin to reach around that were literly tore up like it was knocking down bowling pins..in all of 20+ years we have not had even a category huracane like this so this is not like Louisiana and Texas that get hit every year..after the huracane I was expecting just to see a pile of trash and metal..these sheds were made so well only a few sheds got messed up..regretfully the main office building was totally destroyed..so it caused problems in contacting anybody to pay..I make it a point to keep word on payments..well now as after the building was rebuilt paying has Ben a lot easier..the manager Stefanie is fantastic..so I dont know all the chalanges it took to get business back to regular business as usual..but I plan on being a customer many years from now..

Offers the best rates in town & excellent customer service. They really know how to treat you right .Run by a fantastic staff . The mgr, Sharon & her team member went above & beyond helping me move to another unit, when mine had to be evacuated. They are two of the most thoughtful & hardworking people Ive ever met . Cant say enough good things about USA Storage .They deserve 10 stars!

I got a storage unit about a year ago had no problems enjoyed having the unit until hurricane Michael came. A few months later after taking serious damage to the office they shutdown the local office and left a number to call to make payments. I called all numbers and I was directed to a call center and I spoke to reps from Ohio to Georgia and no one was able to help me it took almost 30 days to make a payment.

Excellent customer service and very competitive pricing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a storage unit.

Practical Pig storage in P.C. on 77 across from Target.Our daughter rented a storage unit there and was told that the hours are from 7:00AM to 10:00PM. Yesterday evening we pulled up while it was raining on and off with a load of her belongings to put in the storage unit. The keypad was not working and we could see the owner looking at us from his 2nd floor window. It was 9:20 when we pulled up. We honked the horn, waved at him etc for about 15 minutes. He chose to ignore us until we called on the phone. After a heated argument he let us in for 10 minutes. That was a Chinese fire drill and we got about half the stuff unloaded. So today I wasnt able to help them until about 7:30PM, we pulled up to the keypad with tape on it NOW that said broken. We again watched him looking at us out of the window, so to cut down on time I called him. He basically told us to come back in the morning, that he worked 60 hours a week and it was TO MUCH OF A BOTHER for him to have to press his magic button to let us in and out. Now I could have showed my ass, but chose to let all my friends, the BBB and ANY other forum I can know that Practical Pig is not a place they should spend their hard earned money to do business with.

Let me just tell you how rude the call center for this company is! I have a cleaning Company and called to get pricing & this man answered the phone, wouldnt give me his name after he was rude, every question was met with such distaste it made me sick. Some people get storage due to a disaster or someone dieing and this is the person you have filtering your calls! Just so rude and I even had stopped the conversation and asked him Im sorry but did I say something to Make you feel some type of way a s he said no just dont want to deal with you. Will take my business elsewhere.
