After searching for two weeks to find a space to store our new 35-foor camper, I chanced on the cubeSmart facility in Panama City,  FL. Veronica was super helpful, pleasant and showed a great pride in the facility! The storage area was clean, paved and lighted.

The manager, Regina, was very friendly & interesting to talk to. She made everything easy from start to finish. What customer service should be.

The facility I use is clean, well-lit and easy to access. The staff are really friendly and professional as well.They have been very understanding throughout my familys ordeal after the storm that ravaged our area. I am grateful for the facility and them.

We have been using this facility for almost a year. We have been treated like family and as if we are their only and/or most important customer. The HVAC system was faulty in the climate controlled unit I rented for $300.00 plus dollars/month for over 2 years. The duct work leaked and damaged the finish/paint on my car. I was told by management to contact my Insurance Company and file a Claim. Cube Smart position is their not responsible for the faulty leaking HVAC duct work system in the storage unit.

You may as well buy an outdoor shed with the prices that this place charges. In fact you could pay a monthly mortgage with how horrific these charges actually are!

I was very pleased to lease a cube for my company at this location. The manager who assisted me was very friendly, and it was an very easy and fast process. The storage areas were newly remodeled after the hurricane, it was pleasantly climate controled with good lighting. The fees and rates are very reasonable, and if youre looking for storage I highly recommend this location!

My moving experience was immediately so much less stressful with help from Lynda. I came close to store closing hours and she graciously stayed late to finish my rental agreement. The employees give great service and answered all the questions I had to make the experience as smooth as possible.

Ive never had a storage unit from AAAA, but I have had family and friends here have a storage unit there. We moved back down here to Panama City Beach, and needed a storage unit at the time, but we ended up finding a place quicker than we thought. But we were definitely going for AAAA. Our family said that is the one to go for, if we want a clean and secure one.... Actually they said we better go for AAAA.... My family would definitely recommend this storage unit (AAAA)

Have been using this storage facility for 3 years and after Hurricane Michael we were able to get back into a locker. Regina and Jim have been more than amazing, however we learned when our contract runs out, they will be going up on their rental fees by 85%! This is unconscionable. People in Panama City are still hurting and for management to do this is taking advantage of our situations. We have been loyal customers but will no longer be able to afford 85% increase in rental rates. Price gouging at its best. Shameful. I hope everyone will find other resources to store their belongings rather than Cube Smart. Never again. New renters beware, the rates are no longer reasonable. I would look for alternative places.

Jim and Regina have been awesome. Always smiling and knowlegeble. I have been at cubesmart since hurricane Michael and have had no problems. I would use them again in the future.

After reserving online, we were told at the unit that we could have had 1st month free and they would check on changing the promo from 25% off to 1st month free. The next day while moving into the unit, we were told that promo is over and now its 30% off, we were not offered thisThe elevator is difficult to use while loading and unloading, door will not hold open and will alarm if held long enough to load a few large boxes.Update to a 4 star, 5 star for customer serviceI have been offered the 2nd month free...great call from district manager, she was on top of it and made it right, thank you!

I have been very satisfied with my experience at AAAA Storage. I have my kids pictures and 25 years of memories in addition to the usual stuff stored. It was important that I find the right combination of climate control, price, and staff (you never know what might happen). I live locally so I have been there at all different times. Always good. Steven and Jim have been great to work with. I am a very satisfied customer and have recommended it many times over.

Great place to store my bread, it stays clean and dry, also adds flavor, would 10/10 recommend for your bread. also works for meat. Very clean and friendly staff helped me carry my bread.

Excellent Staff! Everything is clean and maintained in good repair. It is a very secure facility with thier lighting and gates. Nice feature of the loading dock at the back entrance. Made moving my stuff much easier! I really love that the units have lighting inside. Great rates for climate controlled units and they offer excellent discounts.

Staff is fantastic and friendly!!! Very well put together and clean property. Although I have noticed that the climate controlled is a bit off. Candles and a purse had grown some mold on it from the air not bein cold enough. Its always pretty hot in there. But if mentioned Im sure they would change it fast ....all over I would recommend them to anyone.

This storage facility has to be the BEST ever.. I have had the storage building over 1 year and have not had a problem since obtaining. I always pay my bill on time til my daughter moved her stuff into my building when I moved mine out and she has NOT always paid on time... but when I contact them ( the two guys and the lady) all the staff is understanding and always work with me to ensure that I have my belonging and will not be auctioned off with a promise to pay them. They are the BEST EVER and will always use these facilities in the future... Thank you again for having an awesome managment staff and employees who understand and caring. Very clean, secure and very helpful management. Pricing is reasonable. I took advantage of a special they were running and I thought I got a pretty good deal for the size unit I am renting for the price I am paying. Thought they could have gave us a unit a little close to the elevator seeming I am handicapped but besides that I am overall happy with the facility.

AAAA Lisenby Storage is a very secure and clean self-storage facility. It has been easily accessed whenever needed and safety was never the issue with security lights and cameras. Pricing was very reasonable and discounting absolutely there for the taking especially for the first few months. I felt my valuables where safe and always excessble.

This storage place is the best Ive used! Is very clean and does not ave any bugs in it like other i have used. The staff here are very friendly. I would Recommend using this storage to everybody before recommending else where.
