My father went in there to attempt to buy a phone and the young lady working there told him that the only way she could sell it to him was if SHE activated it and charged him to do so, of course. In my 7 years being with Boost Mobile, NEVER have I had that happen to me when buying a phone. That was blatant elderly discrimination. Do better.

Anna helped me activate lg stylo 4 that replaced my stolen one. This took a considerable amount of time as the sim card was not registered to the new replacement phone. Anna was professional, courteous,and amazing excellent at multi tasking as the store filled quickly with new clients for new phones. Most impressive and a joy despite the initial challenge.Thank You Anna. A big thumbs up. Also her coworker was on point as well. I Understand why this is a busy store.Sherri Schock

All unlimited talk, txt, and web ... the best thing of all its no contract ...Thier is no need to pay for the phone up front you can pay for it every month ...Couldnt ask for more!
