Best ShopRite around. I do my shopping here every week and I am always happiest with ShopRite of Paramus. Also best meat

I like this grocery store a lot because of the convenience and quality of foods, I can easily get everything on my shopping list in one stop. But why dont they make more of those two packs of crumb cake? They were so good and then they stopped making them. Bring them back!

The prepared food, GREAT, lots of selections. They run out of Oxtails all the time, my go to store, from my home in NY.

I like this store bc its big, well lit and has a goid selection of just about everything. I only shop here on off hours/days. On weekends it gets too crowded.

Great shopping experience. The staff was extremely helpful. I didnt have a ride home and they ordered a taxi for me! Prices were acceptable as well.

I had stopped using this Shoprite because the customer service was so bad Do to the flood Shoprite near me has been temp closed down. I went to Paramus, after work, instead of going to New Milford.BIG MISTAKE. They want you to use digital coupons for savings but the item I wanted was not in the computer although there was a BIG sign saying organic grapes green or red discounted at 399lb down from 599lb. I went to customer service and the young lady attempted to help she walked over checked the sign and finally found the item. That took about 20 min because she was stuck by herself trying to help everyone. When I finally went to check out THE GRAPES were 599lb. I saw the manager, a tall natural RED head man and explained my problem. This man...manager???? told me to pay for the grapes and then get back on the 20min line I had just got off of and tell the young lady to return the difference. Have you ever???He didnt even have the decency to walk 5 ft over to the customer service desk and give the young lady permission to give me the discount. So I left the grapes and kicked myself for going to that Store. This would never happen at the New Milford store were everyone is polite and professional.

I love this buffet,so much to get from a supermarket,always clean and plenty of choices, always fresh,visiting here from Cherry hill and God damn,wish there was a nice SR like this one.Food is delicious and the BBQ ribs are incredibly tasty.So today is for HERE and TAKE OUT.Highly recommended!!!

The store never has enough cashiers. It was like that even before covid. I only go to the store if absolutely necessary.

Not too crowded, very short line to pay for groceries. Prices are reasonable. Plenty of parking space.

Marie on Register 8 could not have been any nicer. She was so pleasant and accommodating. I shop for a charity grocery service and always have a large heavy cart. I asked for boxes the first manager we asked said no. I didn’t understand because most groceries not only accommodate they send someone to help me with the heavy load to the car. The second manager said yes and brought the four boxes. He was very nice about it. I would come back. I appreciated it.

The produce dept didnt look as good or fresh and I went before 9am. Store kind of scattered and the only use paper bags.

This ShopRite location is not the closest to my house but they offer a large variety that my neighborhood ShopRite does not offer. It’s much larger and I can find everything I need. It’s also convenient to have a liquor store under the same roof. I recently tried prepared foods section and was very surprised at how good it was and had a nice selection.

My go to supermarket! Great prices and great app with money saving digital coupons! They just encorporated self check out as well. Store is clean and well tended to!

I dont live in the area but, when I am visiting I like to shop there because it sells a variety of items I dont always find in other stores. The store is big and always clean.

This place is pretty quick normally. normal shoprite selection, i work down the street so easy to come grab a sub or something for lunch. lines move quick, lots of people not wearing masks.

Terrible service paper bags low quality I got home and all my shopping was damaged. I paid by self service the lady who runs the line was poor customer service. Terrible experience. So disappointed

Lots of shoppers but checkout was quick. Well stocked with variety.

Very large store and very good selection to choose from. However, you have to watch and make sure the cashiers charge you the right advertise price on sale items. I had to show managers and cashiers on two separate trips the sale price after they insisted they were correct; but they finally gave me the advertise price. I gave them three stars on selection.

That the New Milford store didnthaveor carry.Store was out of stock of 1 critical ingredient I needed so had to go to New Milford after.Usually for a few items I like this Store however, for my weekly shopping it lacks a lot hence I go weekly to the New Milford location.

Love ShopRite Always enough cashiers & baggers.Meat is really good and well priced.Seafood is wonderful and also often on sale. Its great that they steam the lobsters for you at no charge.Produce is fresh and well stocked.Joanne Windus is the manager and she does an excellent job. Love it!! 😁All Staff are great- friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.Love this store ❤ prepared food is excellent the Bakery is great!! Donuts are out of this world...... the deli is clean and the employees are friendly overall a good store to shop and get everything you need prices are reasonable too. Keep up the amazing work. A Very Good Supermarket, For the Variety of the Products they Offer and Fair Prices.

I was able to perfect my aunts sweet potato recipe without breaking my pocket. I love the location because its right next to my gym and shopping center. The staff is always moving making sure the place looks and smells fresh and ready.The aisles all have what you need in a particular order.. one where you dont need assistance looking for everything. The merchandisers are amazing and so detailed. Bagging is quick and humble everytime. Next time its a lasagna!

Very nicely stocked store. But poorly managed. As you enter, you sense its a shoprite but the curbs are oily and unwashed like that of a popeyes in the hood. And while inside, people make their own rules as to where the line begins and where one should stand. No one follows the markings on floor. As I was standing on one of the blue lines at the Express Checkout, a lady from inside an Aisle shouted at me saying, The line starts here, get behind us. No posted signs to be found. The hood is here. Youre welcome.

Love the large variety of vegan meat and dairy free options, we always have a easy time finding everything. as a vegan familly.. I have been shooping here for over 20 years and my husband for 30 years, we find all the vegan options we need, and basic plamt based foods.We are always there, tne nutrionist is super friendly and always help us. Best part to shop there for many years is to see how much the vegan products sections stared to grow, after all it helps the enviroment, our helath and avoid breeding pandemics. The veggies and fruits are always fresh too..I always recommend this place to vegans since we can literally find everything and is way cheaper then whole food with the same if not better quality.

I visit here just to get one or 2 items with a strong determination to just go in and out under 10mins. It has never worked as i always walk out with more. Not as big as the Teterboro Walmart and costco but they seem to offer more of what you are looking for.

Its a good sized store. The aisles have room to walk. A clean restroom. Most of the time they have sale items in stock. Getting a raincheck is easy. The waiting time to checkout is usually pretty fast. They carry a alot of ethnic foods. The hot food case has a nice selection. There prepared foods for the deli has alot of choices. Produce has a great selection. Fish department has a nice selection. Ive always gotten nice fresh fish. The meat department carries a nice variety. The bakery has a nice selection of bread, rolls and bagels. It has a nice assortment of cakes and pies. I usually do my food shopping here. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Its great for a small or a large shopping.

Even when most stores where out of a lot of things this store was as stocked as you could expect. Great SHOPRITE. I do think the produce department could use some additional items but other than that the store is great!

I just discovered that Shoprite only uses paper bags. That means that i now need to make 4 or 5 trips fom my car to my upstairs apartment.In addition i was able to reuse the old plastic bags.Save the environment, lose a customer.If your so worried about bio-degradable products, why do you sell plastic diapers.

Went to buy gift cards for my family in NJ. Get to the register and ring up everything only for manager to say it was store policy that I couldn’t buy any without an in-state license. Really? The majority of the cards didn’t need approval with the exception of one. I offered to pay via my debit card so the store would get the money directly. In total - $500+ the store didn’t get. Manager couldn’t have been more miserable though cashier was super sweet. Waited 15 minutes for her to get to register to approve a $200 Visa card (others didn’t need approval but she took them off anyways). I also had my passport on me. I understand that there are a lot of fraudsters out there but that’s the purpose of debit. Just got all of them at Target.

This Shop Rite is easily accessible with mire than ample parking. Ive shopped at this store for at least 8 years and the staff are always helpfulI. Their produce are freash and excluding a number of high gourment items they stock a large variety of great products.

Paramus ShopRite is a great store. The prices are very good. The groceries, bakery, fish and produce are always very good with a large choice. The deli and take out food is very good. They have tables for you to sit and enjoy your lunch or dinner from there take out counter. Paramus has several supermarkets but ShopRite has the best prices.

They were patient with my husband & I while we were looking for the snap card. They even smiled when my husband said thats my wife.

Horrible paper bags!! Wrong price on items! One line for 15, 10 items or less that is unmarked, or has stantions.

Found the Lysol last night!! Limit 2. It was well stocked, customer service was great!! I also found the mason jars I was looking for for waaaay cheaper than Amazons prices!!!

Great kosher selection! And great selection of groceries in general. I can always find what I need here. The kosher sushi is definitely an added bonus though.

They had everything I needed and was very helpful when it asked a question as to where something was. They are one of the few stores that sells a lot of no fat sugar-free products. As a diabetic this is what I need and I never have a problem finding anything at ShopRite

In the middle of a pandemic you can imagine how crowded the supermarkets are today. I took a chance and went to ShopRite of Paramus. They were lacking in some items as I expected, but they had an ingenious idea to have one line and staff members at the front of the store directing you to a cash register. It was perfect! They did an incredible job. The line moved quickly and efficiently. I cant say enough about what a great job ShopRite of Paramus did today. And as far as the visitors to the store, everybody was pleasant to each other and very helpful. We watched each other shopping carts if we needed to dash off to get something before we went to check out. There was just one couple a few cards in front of me and all they did was bicker, bicker bicker bicker. Then they bickered with the cashier. Very happy that in time of Crisis total strangers could get along so well.

I liked the quick and friendly service my aunt got in the deli. The salads were really good, too. The check out lines seem kind of narrow. The store is set up well. A little bit crowded, understandably so, late on a Saturday afternoon.

Great Shoppe Rite for kosher foods, and fine foods. Love their cheese selection and spices. During Christmas we bought wonderful gifts for the kids and seasonal things. Id give them a 5 but the cashiers are not that professional and be standoffish.

As with many ShopRites the outside is a little outdated, but the inside is very nice. There is additional parking underneath the building. There is a nice, large liquor store in the ShopRite. There seems to be a focus on wine, but they have a great beer selection too. It is right at the entrance to the store so it is easy to get in and out.

Social Distancing not being adhered to. One way lanes not being adhered to. Everyone can go right inside regardless of how many people are already in there. Not enough registers open, so the line goes down the aisle and gets in the way of shoppers. Most employees walking around had their masks over their mouths only, not their nose. Unbelievable that management allows this.

Atiba Peace and Ms. Gigi at the deli are the reason for my review. I placed a catering order online on Monday for pickup on Tuesday for a funeral. I arrived at the time I specified and was greeted by the lovely Ms. Gigi. She was sweet, attentive and professional. I ordered a 3 ft sub, pasta salad, fruit platter, salad, cheese platter and wrap platter. There was a confusion on the wrap platter. The online info didn’t specify it was only one type. Without an attitude or any annoyance Atiba came by and kindly explained that it’s only one type BUT made me a few extra knowing a few guests didn’t eat meat. He was SO NICE. He didn’t have to go through that at all. They were quick and so happy to help. The food all looked great and super fresh. This is my new spot. Thx guys 😊
