This spot should be shut entirely down at the Garden State Plaza mall. I found brown particles in 2 of my sodas and didn’t even receive an apology. They didn’t seem to care at all. The workers there are rude as usual and had an attitude while giving me my refund. The food looked very dry and was luke warm. I will not spend a penny there EVER again. Even if I am starving. Horrible customer service, not sanitary enough and food needs some serious improvement. I’m sure GSP can find a better replacement.

The food is great but the lady who always takes my order isnt doing her customer service right today she didnt even give me my pizza warm is was cold she also just leaves my order on the counter and just gives me a bag so i do it myself i dont mind it but i thought it’s something a worker should do common sense. customer service here isnt that good but the food is great !!

Today I got the worse experience ever I usual get charged what is shown in the menu for the meal I regularly buy, but instead i got charge more.I do not know what happen since last week. This was my favorite place however the treatment given today was awful..You lost a regular customer.

Located in the Bistro food court. Serves typical Italian pizza and pasta. No thin crust pizza which is my favorite. Fast service as generally no lines.

I have been shortchanged at this restaurant. I am 100% postitive about the bill handed to the employee, but she did nothing about it and told me I was wrong. I am highly disappointed, I do not recommend.

They are so rude, They are not respect customers, They are teasing and food is not hot they gave me several times cold pasta.
