Turns out the store did not have the twin model of the mattress I desired. And unlike two other mattress outlets if the, mattress can not be delivered from the stores warehouse it can not be opened and set up as is the case with other companies. . Plus they charge $99.00 to do the latter .-It was not a great experience. Th salesman did his best but he was the only person in the store to help customers. This customer finally settled on the stores terms but was not happy. No indication when it will be delivered// dropped off at the front door.l No Bklack Friday disconts on this item.

My fiancee and I went in the store to start looking for a new mattress, and was immediately greeted by Myron, the manager. He spent time showing us the different options for our sleep positions. He educated us on the different types of mattresses and the pros and cons of them. The best part is that there was no pressure at all! Myron encouraged us to do our research and weigh our options and come back and let him know if he can help us. It was very refreshing to go into a sales situation and not feel like youre in the usual high pressure sales situation. I cannot recommend this store enough!

Harold was put in a horrible situation of trying to sell us a mattress deal that the corporate company doesn’t have in stock. Purchased a mattress with an adjustable base less then 2 years and the adjustbase no longer works. Called the store and spoke with Amanda who told me the base is still under warranty. I was told it would be replaced and would be called back. I had to call back and spoke with the manager Joseph Boudreaux and he was very Hostile and rude and wanted me to pay for another! He would not honor my warranty or amandas word and was very insulting.

Have purchased many mattress and recently had a problem with the last purchase. Spoke to many people and they won’t help me. They told me to deal with the manufacturer which is Simmons and they are not helping me either. So my advise is not to purchase anything from mattress firm. The mattress I bought was for my parents, and two months after, it started to cave-in the middle. I Showed them pictures and they claim it has a stain so therefore they can’t help me. They recommend i get it cleaned,And I did, I tried to get it exchanged again and again they said there was a stain there, which there wasn’t.I reached out to corporate and there respond was that they could help me any more on any exchanges. That the only did they can due is give me an discount on my next purchase. My father is 93 and my mom is 80. I will send another email and place another call to the manufacturer to see if they can help me. This is obviously a DEFECTED MATTRESS. STAIN OR NO STAIN THIS MATTRESS IS DEFECTED.

When I purchased a new mattress on Saturday, I was told by the sales associate that it was in stock and would be delivered to my house on Sunday afternoon. I was supposed to get a call from the delivery driver Sunday between 12 and 2 to tell me the time it would be delivered. When nobody had called by 2:45, we called to see what was up. Turns out that the mattress was not in stock wont be delivered for several days. Not only were we misled when we made the purchase (we were told that it was in stock), but apparenly they did not think it was necessary to let us know it wouldnt be delivered. Really unfortunate, since now I have to completely reassemble my old bed so Ill have somewhere to sleep tonight.

This place was great. The best part about this location is Kelia. She was very easy to talk to, knew what she was talking about and didnt make me feel like she was pressuring me to buy so she could get a sale. She wanted to make sure I got the best possible bed for myself at the best possible price. I have been to other places looking to buy a bed and every other sales person seems like they are just trying to get my money. Would definitely recommend going to this location in Parkland and meeting with her. 10/10

Up until today, I considered mattress shopping on par with dealing with a used car salesperson experience. Boy, has my view changed! I was shopping for a bed with my mom, who had not purchased one in awhile, and had clear ideas of what she did NOT want. We were so lucky to stop in our local Parkland store where we were met by Kelia ( store manager). She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and professional. No crazy high pressure tactics here. She listened well and addressed all our questions. I would HIGHLY recommend Mattress Firm to others and this Parkland store/Kelia in particular. I will likely be shopping for a replacement mattress for us in the next year, and this will be my only stop.

I take oof the day to go pick up my mattress when i get there 3:30 they tell me no you have to come back other day we have to close in 30min.They charge a lot for delivery.If you by your mattress in on other please they sended to your room for free.
