Im a long time customer and I will always come here with my friends and family knowing the fact they are so helpful helping with my situation with porting back from XFINITY it was a NIGHTMARE after Richard gave me a Deal on SMARTPAY that included 2 Galaxy phones with accessory I had a horrible problem with Xfintity that they signed me up on a contract deal that I didnt expect to PAY $700 after pay OFF so I switched back I recommend never go there Go to METRO in Parkland store in Pacific speak to JASMIN or RICHARD store manager theyre great promise no strings or CONTRACTS theyll safe you MONEY !!!!

Stopped in to fix my screen protector. The staff did me right and a shout out to Jazmine for walking me through the new plan! I made a mess of it, and she fixed it so fuss! The manager was on point with what I needed for my phone to keep it going as well. 5 star!

Okay so i went to your store to explain how ridiculous the company t-mobile that bought out sprints building to put it in the same area when they could of at least figured out where in the parking lot to put it. but again thats your decision if it gets you more people towards both companies more power to you.

Amazing people, Richard set up our account a couple months ago and gave us great advice choosing phones and making sure we had proper cases for our phones and that everything worked. We needed another line so I returned to him and he had his employee set me up and even gave me a deal on the phone since I was a return customer. Since Im known for breaking my phone he even threw a case and screen protector for cheap so I dont have to replace the phone as soon. I recommend everyone see Richard and jasmine for all their metro needs

Went in to get a new phone with my wife and child. While my child was throwing a fit they pulled a fast one and when my wife and i were talking about getting a case they told us it was included. I thought that was awesome, only to finish up and go home to find that i was charged $70 for a phone case i didnt ask for. Not only that but that case sells for $10 at walmart..... I was quite angry at them and at myself for letting my child distract us and letting them take advantage of us when i thought they were helping us. I will never return to this location and id advise everyone else to avoid it.

I went in to purchase a phone. The price was $150 and I gave the store manager $ 300 incase there was extra fees. I was given back only $46 in change. When I left the store I looked at my receipt and the total had only come out to $156 and the receipt stated I had paid 200 cash. When I had given him $300. He tried to steal the extra money. We tried to confront him and he was acting nervous and eventually gave us our money back. Be careful you might get ripped off by Richard Warich.

Pretty sleazy practices going on here. The day I signed up somehow the bill hit $272, when I went for the door it came down to $222, which was still too high but I was short on time. Next day I got a text from Metro saying my bill was going to be $95/month. Supposed to be$80. I went back to the store and they said they didnt know why, maybe it was the security package I signed up for. I never even heard of it. I called Metro HQ and these people signed me up for insurance on my phone, THAT I BOUGHT AT BEST BUY 5 MONTHS PRIOR. What a scam. The whole thing was a nickel and dime money grab. I get wanting to make a profit, but doing it this way? Just plain slimy man.

Never had the worst experience with a business untill this one! They dont even deserve 1 🌟! Richard and his sidekick Jessica were the ones I dealt with. The experience was so horrible and not getting resolved to my satisfaction so I wanted him to call the owner and he flat out told me no! Long story short, this place will screw you over if given the chance! Another obvious unsatisfied customer came in while I was there and he was argumentative with him and they were getting ready to throw down with each other. Creating a dangerous atmosphere for others in there. There are plenty of other Metro PC dealers around so I would highly advise going to one of them and steering clear of this one!

My experience here was amazing! The older guy and girl sales rep that worked with us gave us the best deal ever. Our bill is only $100 a month and that is with our insurance included! His customer service skills were very professional and definitely outstanding compared to the other Metro I stopped at earlier that day. I got hooked up with two phones with the best deals ever and he even included the accessories, case, and screen protectors for a bundle deal.Wow what a deal! Ill tell every one to come here to buy Metro products. I came to switch from SPRINT due to all their HIGH rates and EXTRA fees I got charged/billed, unexpectedly! The man who “works” here, rushed us, couldn’t input our phone number and ended up handing me the keyboard because he “just couldn’t”, He kept trying to switch with the other person that worked there so he didn’t have to help us, also he showed us 1 phone and tried to charge us a crazy amount for a free phone, I was super uncomfortable with him.We went up the road to the metro on pac and 114th area and got what we were looking for(same exact phone) for $102.00 less than what first dude said. 😳 AND free phone cases, because we were the 6th people to come in and say something about the other location THAT DAY.Avoid this location like the plague. Unless you don’t mind losing money, and doing someone else’s job- in which case- have fun!

Do not buy anything from this location. Richard and Valerie tried to rip myself and my wife off with processing fee and promo fees. The store is dirty. The employees will argue in front of you and treat you with disrespect. They are ill informed and show no genuine desire to help their customers. All they care about is making an extra dollar even if it hurts their customers.

After Purchaseing A ZTE PRO At Lakewood Metro PCS In July It Failed In December, Just 5 Months, It Seased And Wouldnt Respond, I Took It Back And They Didnt Want To Touch It, Until I Insisted That They Look Into It, At First It Opened And While In Her Hand Wouldnt Respond Just Stopped, Seased And Went To The (Metro PCS) Moniker, They Took It Back And Told Me It Would Be A few Days And $30.00 More To Get A Replacement, After Waiting A Few Days, I Returned To Pick Up The Replacement, They Handed Me Another Phone And, Upon Getting Home I Found That The Phone Wouldnt Take S Charge, So I Went Back To The Lakewood Metro PCS, Where He Told Me That A New Charger Would Fix My Problem, Over The Holidays I Left The Phone On This New Charger, After The Holidays I Went Back When They Told Me They Cant Warranty A Warranty Phone, WHAT, Its Not A Warranty Phone, Just Warranty The Original Phone! They Said There Was Nothing They Could Do For Me.So, I Left And Went To Metro PCS Spanaway Branch On 149th And Pacific Ave, The Owner Said To Let Him See, After Hearing My Plyte He Took The Phone And Confirmed Its Malfunction, Then We Decided We Could Get Another Working Phone, Which IS What Im On Now. Metro PCS Spanaway Has Come Through For Me On This Warranty, Thank You RICHARD !p

Worst service, I have ever received. I will never return and I will tell everyone not to go there. I went in for a new Sim card because mine was defective. The guy sold me a Sim for 27.50, and could not get the Sim to work and told me it was my brand new phone. I asked for my money back and he said no because he activated the Sim. I told him hes afraid and went to the next PCs store. Where they did get my phone working. Worst store and worst customer service ever!

The customer service in this store is LACKING!I went in to ask a question about a phone that I was trying to activate for my daughter. While trying to give the details, the guy kept interrupting and talking over me. (I just needed to make sure I could get a sim card for the phone) He would not let me explain. Then he told me Id have to bring the phone in. I told him that the phone was in Chehalis with my daughter (Over 50 miles away). He said Thats not too far. I use to live there. and They just built a new high school there I said No they didnt. I was just there last weekend. He said Yes they did. Its state of the art........OMG, first of all Chehalis did not just build a new high school. Second, I felt like the guy really didnt want to help me, but rather was looking for an argument. As I was walking toward the door, with my 2 year old grandson, to leave, I could hear him laughing and talking about me. RUDE!!! I went to this location because its close to my house, but I will never go there again! Ill drive out of my way to go to a different one.
