Very poor customer service once again. After waiting over 35 minutes, one of the representative assisted a customer that came in after us. When we reminded him that we were next, his poor excuse was that he was revisiting and it was not going to take long. This only pushed us another 10 minutes further.Their entire team including the manager needs a refresh course in customer service. Will be visiting another store away from home this point forward.

Tryied to make a return with receipt in hand and case still in box. Guy in the store told me I can’t return because Inpaid cash and they don’t have cash. Told me to go to another store. So you have a store with no cash?? Poor excuse for not letting me return the item

Being a T mobile customer, I would like to post Here, my experience, I went in there with a external harddrive and a laptop, I inquired on how to upload my pics and videos on it, the Bearded Guy, Told me that I needed to check on YOU TUBE, and that he was not able to help me, so I asked for His, or the store business card, and he said I dont Have it. At this point I left and took a couple of pictures from the store. If anyone needs a real T Mobile store, near Parkland FL, go to the one on Palmeto and powerline!!!

Was having a real tough time trying to get help for an unknown charge went to at 2 different T-Mobile stores and called the billing line to no avail. Determined to resolve my issue I decided to try once more at another T-Mobile store and by the grace of god himself I walked into the store under the watchful eyes Demetrius & Sonya whom pretty much alleviated and dispelled my issue with the swiftness. All in all, I received the customer service that initially signed up for many years ago 😁

Retail sales associate Jimmy did a phenomenal job helping me today. Going the extra mile to make sure I was happy being a T-Mobile customer. Employees like him are the reasons I will forever choose to be a part of the T-Mobile family!

Geo was Awesome! He helped me pick out my phone and accessories. Geo was also very informative about perks of using the new iphone and compared different products. T mobile never fails on customer service!

I usually go to the T-mobile on Powerline and Hillsboro but I came to this Parkland location because they had the iPhone 11 I needed to buy for my niece. When some concerns arrived they did the minimum to explain things out. The manager wasn’t helpful either. The seller also kept insisting on adding device protection to the phone. I had to keep saying no about ten times. Definitely won’t be coming back here.

Went in to upgrade my iPhone 8 Plus, nothing mechanically physically or internally. The gentleman initially was helpful but upon inspecting my phone saw some defect within the screen (there was none) and told me he cannot accept my phone to trade so I could upgrades since I had the JUMP plan. Gave me two options either pay the phone off $200+ then upgrade or get the screen fixed and come back . I knew nothing was wrong with the phone so I took it to another location down the street and was able to upgrade my phone no issues. Now I know why this location has multiple low ratings smh trying to swindle people out of paying extra money for no reason.

The Indian guy who runs the store is a absolute joke!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE!!! No one should ever go to this location if you need assistance. How that guy is the manager of the store is beyond me!! He needs to be removed ASAP!!!!

T-Mobile itself is a great company but I came to this location asking if I could transfer from sprint. I got an IPhone X paid off and unlocked and the Indian Man anywhere from 35 to 45 starts telling me about all these trade in offers and what not right; no thanks. What’s better than an iPhone X right? Then he takes my phone takes out its sim puts a new T-Mobile sim that isn’t even active and shows me the phone telling me “ see not compatible; you need to buy t mobile phone” and offers $540 for itI didn’t even argue I just took my phone and left.

Do not recommend! Waste of time!Just walked into the store to transfer two accounts from Business to personal, the attendant instruct us to call in order to release the phone lines prior to change to personal account, we stepped out of the store, after a hour we had the lines released, went back into the store and the attendant try call T mobile couple of times and informed us that the manager is arriving and will finish the transfer. The manager got into the store, the manage started talking to us and stoped to instal another’s customer screen protection and told us to wait (what manager does that) then told us that we should call T moline again and have them create a new account over the phone (I thought that’s what they do on the store), after we spend over hour on the phone and another hour wanting for the store personnel to take care of this matter. It is very sad that the manager treat us like that, seems like that the manager didn’t want to call and spend any time on the line for us as customer and finalize the process, well, we had no Choice but to step out of the store and resolve everything by ourselves and over the phone again.Waste of time going into this store!!!

Unfortunately I went into this T-Mobile to get my mom a phone for Christmas and came in contact with a young man named Jimmy, he was very rude, very short and impatient with my family and I; so much so we offered to go to another location.I’ve gone to this T-Mobile a couple times and never have had any issues. I’ve spoken to a young lady that works in here as well as Jaycee and they were very helpful, it was very disappointing that Jimmy changed my experience with this location so drastically.

Unprofessional, uneducated with own service plans, rude and gave me wrong pricing. I’ve never seen anything like this I was 100% going to switch to T-mobile but I was so disgusted I walked out!

This tore is a god send my friends here at this T Mobil store 441 & Hillsboro saved a valued costumer as i was seriously thinking about leaving T Mobil, due to other stores not being truthful however i met Reza and Osvaldo and Geo who helped me to reconsider and stay with T Mobil.. Thank god for them!!!

I have to say that Reza and Gio are both great! I came in earlier in the day to get some information about the iPhone XR promotion and how to switch from sprint. I was met my Reza, the store manager, who answered all my questions and spent well over an hour with me going over all of my options. That night I brought my wife back so we could trade our current phones in. This is when we met Gio. He was very professional and answered more questions that came up. Both were very kind and courteous. We ran into a problem not with T mobile but with apple. The iPhone 8 Plus that I was trading in had a higher upgrade 12.8.2 if I’m not mistaken. All of the new apple phones run on 12.8.1 so after going through all the motions I could not restore the new XR. I thought I had lost everything from my old phone. They were kind enough to assist me in such an amazing way that I was able to back my phone up at home to my computer at home and then return with the old device. They went above and beyond when it looked like there was nothing we could do to save my pictures, notes etc. I would highly recommend this T-Mobile store and these two gentlemen who made the switch from sprint possible. Not to mention the service is 100x better.

I have several lines with Tmobile and I cant believe the low quality of customer service that I received. The first two times no resolution after waiting 20 or 30 minutes as they were busy. They do not show any interest in helping you. The third time, 2 men and a lady were there with only one client, still made me wait and I believe the manager inflated the price (or was unaware of the promotion) so I could leave the store and go back to doing nothing. No intention of answering questions or working with me. I will be looking for a different Tmobile store or maybe a different carrier.

Bought a new iPhone 11 along with a tech21 case and pure gear screen protector from this store a little over a month ago.I was told that the screen protector and case would have a lifetime warranty if I purchased them through the store.This is the only reason I decided buy it at the store.My screen protector has cracked and they refuse to replace it for me saying that I did not purchase the insurance when I was not told I would need to when I bought the phone.

Fabulous Experience at the Parkland T-Mobile LocationMy cell service was with a CDMA Carrier for 19 Years. I finally decided to change carriers for Enhanced Coverage and Price. I went to 4 T-Mobile locations, 2 located in club stores and 2 T-Mobile locations. I had the pleasure to meet the Manager, Reza, at the Parkland Store. He was the first to provide me with all the facts I needed to make the switch to a new carrier.We have 4 phones, iphone 6, 7, 7+ and 10. Reza assured me that all phone would work fine on T-Mobile. He was the only one that confirmed this to me. The other stores were indicating that I would not have complete functionality on these phones. Reza was correct, No Problems, No Worries. We did in fact purchase 2 New iPhones, an 8 and a 10S max.The Plans for T-Mobile, which include unlimited data, txt, calls and Netflix were competitive.. All my questions and concerns were answered.Reza is knowledgeable and provides the kind of service I expect but have not always received in the past.Thank you very much......One happy customer.....

After many years that I have been a client of tmobile this has been the best attention I have received!!!fuu attended by jimmy and at the same time the manager very nice and have been able to offer products that can help me. In addition to a new phone I could adwuir the sync drive that is like a radar that protects your car and has wi fi in wl auto a product that I know today ... I recommend this store 200% if you have tmobile.
