Nice and friendly staff. It was also speedy and clean. There seems to be no seating available outside or inside so be ready to just order to go. Pick is available for mobile ordering. Restrooms are open for use and are also very clean. The selection of items is pretty much the standard for Starbucks. There is a pizza place and a bagel place right next to this Starbucks as it is situated in a small shopping plaza.

Unfortunately when I went the staff was all teenage boys and super rude and unfriendly. Terrible communication and were not being clear. I asked if there was indoor seating. One said I couldn’t sit inside, the other said I could. One said it was because they were closing, but they weren’t closing for another hour and a half. I thought it was due to Covid reasons but then I confirmed we were in palm beach county. And then he said I can either sit at one table or sit outside… yet there was no seating outside. Super disappointed.

My girlfriend is a basic white girl so we had to get her the pumpkin what not so great fast service cant complain.

This Starbucks is the best Ive been to! Everyone is super nice, patient, the service is quick but of the best quality, and you can really tell they love their customers because every time I’m there it seems they know the name of everyone who walks in! I promise you’ll not want to go to any other store besides this one, after your first visit.

Delivery order driver. This Starbucks was very prompt when picking up its customers orders.. No longer. Workers there advised they will only begin to process customers orders upon arrival of delivery driver. Not good for customers or delivery drivers.

All the people that works here is super nice 👍🏻 and knows all about the drinks! You can ask for recommendations and they will help you to get a new refreshing drink! Thank you guys

I got put on their make them admit their full menu plan.... So I liked the several Starbucks I visited because the food does change slightly by community observed...if it is Jewish I noticed fat and other additives gone for a fresher wrap.....i dont usually tolerate Starbucks enforcement under better fortune plans as many local concepts are for young people and better meet marketing profile from a current collegiate standard... The staff is too young for a Starbucks...... I had a non violent time at this location as its still crowded if your around them at more alone times the bills for outdated land gassed cancer coffee appear to be in staff willingness to help with emergency and there have been Guantanamo head beating tortures in Starbucks......

Waited way to long for our food and drinks. The baristas made uber eats orders the priority over in person orders. We waited 20+ minutes for 1 breakfast sandwich to be heated up, a croissant and 2 coffees. Totally unacceptable.

This is by far the worst Starbucks location in this area. Ive tried to avoid giving them a negative review out of loyalty to the brand( customer of over 15 years) but I cannot hold out any longer. They NEVER get the order correctly, and the drinks are so mediocre its almost as if they are using a different recipe, furthermore, as my young son noted just today, they have the worst attitude towards a customer complaint of any other store. I live less than 2 minutes from the store, however, I drive further away for an additional 5 minutes to the Lyons Rd location just to avoid having to deal with the inconsistency that comes with ordering here! The store needs new management.

This is the worst starbucks! Save your money or go to a different location. I ordered the blueberry oatmeal and I got dried fruit and brown sugar. (Not the right ingredients for the blueberry oatmeal) Among other thingsI did a pickup order for 3 consecutive days, the first and second drinks were great but the third was awful. (I was thinking did he even read the directions?) This is just 2 recent incidents but there is no consistency at this location. Almost every visit tastes different even though my boyfriend and I always order the same things. Too many mistakes for me to come back.

I absolutely love this Starbucks! I have been coming here for years, however, now there is this employee there who makes the entire atmosphere uncomfortable. He makes me not want to go into this Starbucks. He is very rude and condescending. He makes me feel like I shouldnt be here. Every other member of staff is extremely friendly and make customers feel welcome. Not this guy. I experienced the way he speaks with other customers and I was appalled. This Starbucks used to be my favorite place to hangout and study, but to be honest because of him Im looking for somewhere different. I love this Starbucks but I dont think Ill be coming back as often because of him.

Baristas working here thought a cappuccino was to fill 1/4 of a cup with coffee and milk and to froth it to the top of the cup. Paid $5 for a cup for nothing but foam. When I picked up the cup it literally felt like it had nothing inside. Disappointed in the employees who prepared those 2 cups of cappuccinos that I ordered. I asked them why the cups were so light and they told me that’s how cappuccinos work. Obviously they had no clue what they were doing. All of this is coming from a person who is a very frequent Starbucks customer(This happened in December)

You just cant go wrong with Starbucks.

The first time I went to this location, I noticed the service was slow, even when there was only 1 other customer in the store. I made sure if I was going to go back to this location, I would leave plenty of extra time to get to work. When I went back, they forgot that I had ordered oatmeal and ended up serving 4 customers while I stood patiently and waited. When I finally spoke up after 15 minutes, they apologized and made the oatmeal right away. I figured Id give this location another try (they are close to where Im headed some mornings for work). This time there were 2 other customers in there when I walked in.. uh oh.. while I waited for my order the two employees who were working kept calling out for John for 10 minutes. John eventually appeared from the bathroom and started helping out. I thought this was when the oatmeal would be made... nope. Had to ask if it was coming out. The employee who got to making it asked John if he had deleted the sticker for my order and he said no. She gave me the oatmeal and I was on my way to rush to work only to find the oatmeal in its bag sideways, dripping and leaking everywhere.

Great place to meet with friends and clients. The assortments of coffee teas and cake are very appealing and a real treat for anyone. The place was clean and well maintained and the staff was very friendly. Great service, always a wait when I go (midday), but thats to be expected. Kind of a small location, it can get a little cozy if theres a lot of people there. People are nice, service is what you would expect from a good Starbucks.

I have never been disappointed at any Starbucks, however, this staff actually came to my table and asked what I thought about a new breakfast item I had ordered! How thoughtful!!! All the staff were very genuine and polite with all the customers I observed as I dined here today.

My recent visit of this Starbucks was very upsetting. My drink was very delicious actually and very refreshing. The facility was clean and the employees were friendly.But dam I ordered a drink not a cup of 2/3rds ice.

Im not a big Starbucks fan but I will say the reason I come is because the staff is so friendly.

I really like this Starbucks. Its clean and the staff are great. Theres a lot of room there to take a seat or do some work on your computer. The WiFi stayed strong too.

I am big on customer service and find myself constantly disappointed with every visit here. we work in the next plaza so it’s very convenient and we usually do an order from 2-14 people on a regular basis. on a day that we order 10, it is guaranteed that at least 6 of them is missing something or just not correct. we have made so many complaints from the way the drinks taste to the customer service. when you do make a complaint, if you notice that one of the drinks is incorrect, they get noticeably annoyed. i’m paying $4-5 for a drink then it needs to be exactly how i order it and include what i’m paying extra for. i’ll let them know at least every visit that it’s missing whip or there’s supposed to be extra caramel drizzle. for yesterday afternoon, Caylli got annoyed and aggressively dumped out the cups that already had milk, ice and a touch of caramel drizzle when i let her know that the caramel macchiatos wanted extra caramel. all that had to be done was add more caramel, not get annoyed and dump them out to start all over. Mia who is usually at the register, TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. you’re suppose to be a greeter!! you greet people, “welcome” “hi” “can i take your order” McDonald’s has better customer service!! you will literally wait at the register and for her to greet you but instead you’ll get “i’m ready.” Sarah and Karina have been pleasant and always sweet when i come in. my next visit i will get the names of another 2 people that are friendly and update this review. it is a man and a lady but they have a great attitude as well, just didn’t catch their name. however, the rest of this staff needs to go back to training or just find a job that doesn’t involve interacting with public.

Not my best experience. The staff was friendly but far more focused on talking to friends than they were making orders. 25 minutes for a bagel is a bit much. I wouldve just asked for my money back but the cashier didnt look up fron their phone to give me a chance. Probably wont be coming back.

I travel a lot around South Florida and my favorite place to stop by is Starbucks. The drinks are good and the place is clean but parking is sometimes a problem and there have been a couple of times that the staff was a little rude.

I never go to Starbucks—in general—because I don’t drink coffee, and they serve nothing nutritiously balanced or nutritionally sound. It may go down tasting good; but later on, I feel sick.In regard to the Starbucks in Wilton Manors: I once asked them to clean up their fountain out front, as it is (and was) filthy. It’s disgusting.They categorically refused.I never went there again. For me, it’s simple. I vote with my feet.

They were rude from the start I have never been to this location. Attitude was horrible. If you got problems leave it at home this place sucks. They messed up my order. And the person making my drink was on her phone with an ear piece on. Dont go to this star bucks your better off driving downtown the street. While I was there a customer called and complained that two of the three drinks were wrong. So its not just me

Terrible service! We asked for hot coffee and it got cold we asked for toasted bagel and they did not want to turn on the machine to toast it they gave it cold. those workers do not deserve to be working at the counter! besides the woman with a very annoying face. thats not good service ...

Normally when ordering an Iced coffee its already been chilled as to not dilute it. Here they poured hot coffee over ice which basically made coffee flavored water.

I ordered from Uber eats, they fought with the driver over a cupholder! I ordered two bakery items and they werent with the order either. Tried to call lines are busy.

Just left there. Watched the hispanic woman and red head too busy talking about how the hispani girls friend said we need to talk. Didnt make my drink correctly. Red head kept insisting my drink was made correctly. Wasnt. Asked her twice, she said it was made correctly. I was watching it being made, it wasnt. This place has gone down hill. Youre at work. Your job is to make drinks correctly, not lament on another employees problems, then lie about it.

Even before I started working here, I already loved this place. Staff are nice and friendly. Will make sure you leave happy with your drink. One reason why I applied in this particular store coz of how it feels like family. I miss working here and just hanging out. Best starbucks on planet Earth. My 1yo daughter is a regular and pretty much is growing up in this store. Great small town village atmosphere from the staff to the customers, testifying to the connection the store has built with its repeated customer base and community. A day w/o stopping by here is a subpar one.

Went to this particular Starbucks one time before and had no issues at a. Went this morning, and the systems were down I ordered a bunch of things and my drink was wrong. They made it hot when it was supposed to be iced and instead of remaking it the lady just poured ice into it... I went up to the register and asked if they could remake it since it was still wrong completely I was given such an attitude by this female manager it was insane. She also snapped at this woman who was asking about what holiday drinks they have it was so unprofessional. If I hadnt been with my child, I would have snapped at her. It was so rude and disgusting how she was treating customers. She should just go home if she cant deal with people let alone remaking drinks shes messing up. Horrible customer service.
