Better than average 7-Eleven, which isnt all that good.
Worse place ever. I bought some motor oil due that my car was having an issue, it was really an emergency why I stop there.I grabbed 3 bottles of synthetic Pennzoil and everything except for one bottle have the price tag of $5.99. I rushed in paying because I left my car basically in the road. Next day, I checked my bank account and I was charged way more.I went to the store and price was still sitting in the shelf for $5.99 each bottle BUT I was charged $8.99!!!! I explained to cashier (Jay) and he really didn’t care at all. I asked me to move away from register and continue taking other costumers. He literally ignored me. Once all costumers were gone, I asked and he said “bring me the price tag” and I was so naive that I did. He grabbed his cell and call his boss, talked in his language and in between asked me to move away again from register. He hanged up and told me to bring the bottles! How ridiculous is that!? I explained him that I sued because it was an emergency. He walked to the back of the store but no before throwing in the trash the price tag!!! I couldn’t believe it! And then he walked to the back and continue speaking in his language, who knows what he was saying. He said that is what his boss said, bring the bottles unused and I can have my Kk way back. First, nothing have the price of $8.99, second, when I left, there was only a couple bottles left and when I came back, the shelf was full and with same price. I think they are just taking advantage of the customers. I wonder how many others experienced the same!? I called the costumer service and and a guy named Joe Weise, said that will go to the store and get back to me. A week later, he did and basically said that it was my fault and that I can’t have my mo he back! I wasn’t asking for full refund, I just wanted to get back was I wrongly charged. I’ll dispute this now with my bank and get it back. The point, isn’t the money anymore, it’s the dishonestly and the worse and rude customer service ever. Jay, the employee shouldn’t left talking by myself and he continue talking in his language. The owner, should face this and just recognize there was a mistake in THEIR SIDE and Joe Weise should reconsider this. I don’t recommend to go to this place. They don’t care at all about customer service.And I hope Joe Weise, willtake care if this.
Very friendly staff at this location, every time I come to shop, Im greeted as I walk in, the cashiers are friendly and very helpful and I enjoy coming to this 7-11 as it is very conveniently close to my house. I hope that others who frequent this location would enjoy the same courtesy and friendly atmosphere as I have!
There is a woman working there now that is rude, unfriendly, never smiles, acts like she HATES her job and takes it out on some of the customers such as myself. The coffee section is always dirty. The wings look like theyve been sitting under that heat lamp for days. I will walk one mile to Royal Farm Store before i EVER go back in this 7-11. Also calling Sunny to file formal complaint. I was told he is the owner so I hope something is done...GET RID OF THIS MISERABLE WOMAN!
This place is a no go for me the guy who was working was so rude he acted like he didnt even want to help me. And there was a guy hanging out by the dumpster eating a bagel lol I cant lie I found that funny.
