This Is My Community Royal Farms Store! I Love My 3 Piece Chicken Box From This Location!

After waking into the store that smelled liked burnt grease, the single cook was changing the dryer grease as the full display window for cooked food was filled with dark chicken that looked burned.I informed the young man the chucked looked like it was cooked in burnt grease and he reported it was spicy chicken tenders.I asked for the lighter pieces in front that was cooked obviously separate from the others and the chicken thigh was half cooked and pink.Order number 873Store 0747/25/21Btw the young lady didnt look at me once as she ringed me up while texting on her cell phone.

The staff was excellent! Hasani was very sweet and personable, and the food came quickly and tasted pretty good

Staff is great, chicken is good, coffee options are limited at certain times but that is expected.

Great Food, wonderful staff. The 4/5 is because sometimes no seasoning is available on the menu while I am looking at the full bottle, The bread is delicious and I dont like the acid reflux I get after eating it.

Very rude employees they got smart 🤬with me then when I got home my chicken 🍗was soaked like it was wet by something would never spend money here again!!!!

I used to like this location. I wanted a bacon cheeseburger and 4 chicken legs. I paid for my items and noticed my burger was missing. They were having issues with the oven or whatever cooks the burgers. When I showed the guy my receipt, he matched to the order and then they told me I couldnt get a burger but had the audacity to ask me with a chicken breast. I got a refund. The chicken was not hot and it was spicy. I wont be returning to that location.

This store never has fresh chicken after 9PM and being a 24 hour store. I always ask the cook are you going to drop anymore chicken and its always no after 9PM. The chicken that is already cooked you can clearly see that its been sitting for hours!

I hoped since it had been some years since I ate the chicken it had improved but it is way too salty and fried to hard still disgusting it use to be so good

Theres not a single piece of chicken in the case available for purchase. Cashier refused to sell cigarettes.

I am an avid visitor of all royal farms. Unfortunately, this is the closest to my house. Its incredibly dirty, so dont order food here. The parking lot has rats and there are ALWAYS homeless people outside asking for money. Every employee here except Chris is rude, disinterested in working, and generally unpleasant in every way. I have been here multiple times and had employees with their friends in there, yelling and cussing across the store, and making paying customers stand up front for several minutes while they finish their conversation. Its a shock that they are still attracting the amount of people every day....I can only assume its because its convenient to 695 and Towson, and the closest royal farms in a 5 mile radius. If it wasnt 1 minute from my house, I would never go in there....pictures online are definitely NOT an accurate portrayal of this place.

The store is not being kept clean either.

This location is one of the worst I have been to. The Recently expanded parking lot is about the only positive thing about this location. Panhandling out front of the store during all hours is a turnoff. Each time I have visited this location, the employees working the food station show no enthusiasm or sense of urgency producing your order. Frequently out of sides and food not being hot adds insult to injury. Traffic congestion around fuel pumps and air/vac pumps is just absurd during peak traffic hours. Thank God for the Wawa up the road.

Poor Management and Employees.Me and my kids went in for Chicken and fries. It was Chicken made and displayed but the guy said the Deli part was closed because people called out for shifts. He was yo lazy to sell the Chicken he had out and made.

Gas, coffee, chicken, Krispy Kreme...what more can you want when you visit a gas station. Nice place to stop by and grab something quick.

Never order sandwiches here!! The woman making them acts like she’s doing you a favor but doesn’t realize she has a job because of it!!! She couldn’t even handle a 6 sándwich order and then kept asking me for my receipt even though I was the only person waiting 🙄

My experience was excellent at this specific royal farms. very sanitary and effeciant employees are down to earth great respectful people.and the chicken is the most delicious and mouthwatering piece of chicken i will ever eat. way better than KFC or popeyes. and the subs are extremly great too a wide variety of them

Trashy managers, employees are clueless, parking lots too little. Don’t go here, you won’t have a good experience.

If I could rate 0 I would ....most clueless getting people I have ever met!!! Disgusting to say the least!!!!

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, after 10, this is a terrible location to get out of your car!

Whenever Im in the area, Royal Farms is must visit!
