Id recommend the Parkville pharmacy over any CVS any day. If you live close by, its for sure the better option.

I absolutely love this pharmacy they treat you like family. They always have a smile on there face. One of the best things about Parkville Pharmacy is the fact that they take there time with each person’s prescription(s) they no what medicine your allergic to it doesn’t get to you it stops at the pharmacist

Parkville Pharmacy is wonderful place to take care of your all your prescriptions. I would recommend them to anyone. They treat you so nice you are not just a number like the bigger pharmacies. They are always nice and take time to answer any questions you may have. I just can not say enough about the great service and how good it feels to deal with such proffesional people who really care!

From a fellow pharmacist point of view:Its pretty bad when your doctors rather you choose another Pharmacy.This Pharmacy has inflated prices to fill their pockets. Theyre always out of stock. They can never make their deliveries, meanwhile someone could die waiting for their medication. ( Im being very serious in the medical field if you say youre going to do something you need to do it you have elderly folks waiting at the door for their medication that never comes!!!) You cant even consider this Pharmacy for over the counter products. The sad part is if you really look at the sticker you can see their price versus your price and its at least two to three dollars more on every item. I waited over a year to have my t4 transferred from CVS to Parkville Pharmacy.The wait is longer and longer and longer as the years go by that theyve opened. In the beginning they tried very hard. Now theyre very rude and picky. What patients dont seem to understand is that a pharmacist always has a choice to fill your prescription or to not fill it. Its a personal issue with narcotic and controlled substances. Rica should not be serving the people if hes not helping the people. Hes helping himself fill his pockets. And hes fooling you...Check GoodRx before you get your scripts filled.

Great I mean great service I only go to Parkville Pharmacy for all my needs and scripts. They are great at helping you and they are so fast at getting your medicine. I love it here and would not go anywhere else.

I cannot begin to describe how phenomenal the service is here. Every time my wife or I go in we are immediately asked how our family is, how has work been, hows our puppy: its just a personal-family feeling.The owner is always looking for what is best for me or my family, not his bottom dollar. He will often recommend if there is something cheaper or more efficient even if it means we dont purchase it at his pharmacy.They still deliver and 11/10 times will have something filled same day or next day if they know its urgent.My wife was extremely sick late last year and he offered to close the pharmacy a little early so he could personally deliver the medicine!! (The delivery driver was off that day). Its rare that you see this kind of service or attitude from any establishment today.Bottom line: Wholesome, family driven, pure-hearted businesses do still exist, and this is one of the best examples in Maryland.

They are wonderful, accommodating and will go above and beyond to ensure you get your medicine when you need it. The service is quick and they are by far the friendliest pharmacy I have ever done business with!Take your prescriptions there! You won’t regret it!

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful always have time to talk and answer any questions you may have. It is a very enjoyable experience a 100 times better then any of the so called big name corporate pharmacies where they have no time for customer service this pharmacy shows you the respect you deserve.

The best pharmacy Ive ever been to & its all because of the pharmacists that own it & work there. Ive always been treated so kindly; in fact, they are incredibly accommodating in order to ensure their customers keep coming back and their efforts have made me a loyal customer.There arent many small businesses around anymore, let alone a drug store that has that quaint, family-owned feel to it & an owner that understands the importance of customer service. Besides the wonderful people you will encounter here, the prices are also competitive & reasonable. What more could you ask for? If you decide to try this pharmacy, you will not be disappointed.

I have been to this pharmacy for the first time when it was opened and felt like this is the right place to get my medications. The pharmacist is very friendly, gentle and got the service right away in 5 minutes. They also have free delivery of medications in case of my emergency needs.I would strongly recommend this pharmacy.

They ok at customer service but I think they should change their schedule; they said they open at 9 but every time I go there the guy doesn’t open until 9:45am, one time I even waited it until 10am

I have never been more disgusted with a pharmacy in my life I called this place and ask them if they had the medication milligram I needed. I specifically stated that I did not want to drive out there if they did not have it because I was low on gas and did not want to waste the trip I was told that they had it and I was told that I should come in they would take care of me so when I get there I give them my information I give him the medication prescription they told me to come back in 20 minutes I come back in 20 minutes and they tell me they don’t have the milligram I need. I was basically straight up lied to and they kept saying sorry and I Asking me if I wanted to get th other two medications I need as if I had anything left to say to them how hard would it have been just to check the system to see if they had it instead of telling me to drive out there for nothing.I was blown away by the unprofessionalism and disgusted with the lie I was told in order to have my business for the other medications I wanted to fill. and I would never do business there again nor should you the sketchiness this little hole in the wall place was just proven to me by the blatant lie I was told.
