I love that they double coupons up to $1.00. Was sad I couldnt find loose sweet n low. That was my fourth stop looking for it.

It was a great experience. The store is very nice. The employees were very professional and helpful. Try it youll like it. Its quite a distance from where I live but I would go again and recommend it to anyone.

I enjoy Shop Rite. Staff was very helpful,clean environment and not overly high cost. I was able to find everything I needed.

The person that works at the seafood department I don’t know his name but very disrespectful. The first time I went there to purchase a red snapper it was about 6:30pm he told me he already packed them up and mind you the seafood department closes at 8pm. I didn’t have my phone with me I asked the security guard what time it was and he said 6:49, I went back to the seafood department and the guy was disrespectful, he was on the phone he claim he doesn’t clean fish I told him I’ll do it myself, he went to the back and checked and claim he didn’t have any left. I knew he was lying so I went to customer service and the lady at the desk called a manager the; the manager went back there and got the fish for me it was cleaned and she also gave me a $15 gift card. Today I went there again for a snapper the guy at the seafood department told me he put them away already and he doesn’t clean fish and he was also on his phone talking to someone or sending a voice note I went to customer service again she said he doesn’t clean fish which I don’t care I can clean the fish myself. Long story short she called him up and told him to wrap up the fish for me. I told her I no longer want it and the other items I was going to purchase I left them there. I have no intentions on going back there. Persons working in that industry should be customer oriented, and sadly the person that Shoprite has working at the seafood department isn’t. He acts as if someone is bothering him whenever a customer requests an item. Very and customer service and I will never step foot in that location or maybe another Shoprite again.

ShopRite is a very clean store. Theyre always well stocked and very helpful. The prices are good also.

I love the cashiers that work there but the deli staff is ignorant. They act like they hate their job. Went there the other night It was myself and one other customer and she walked away the deli clerk said I will get to you when Im done with her. 8 mins I waited the young lady was shopping in the veggie aisle. She walks back over and the girl starts her order. I couldnt had my 1 pound of meat by then. I will never go back to that deli. Id rather pay double at sprouts at least the service is 1000 percent better. The lazy guys that bring in the shopping cart rub flat spots on the wheels of the carts. Sound like you rolling with a flat tire on a wagon wheel.

I love me some shoprite because they sell things that other grocery stores dont sell and I like the fact that they have double coupons. Shoppers is to expensive for no reason

I enjoy this market because they have a variety of everything. I especially love the produce section.

Always fresh and well stocked. If they dont have it, they stopped making it. Customer Service isnt pleasant and welcoming. They are rude and unprofessional. I advised I saw an abandoned bag in one of the isles, she gave me a dirty look and didnt respond! What happened to see something say something.

Update: Management is, SLIPPING.The automatic check out machines are constantly failing. At least half of the machines arent working and the other half dont operate correctly. The machines are constantly making erroneous statements, and confusing customers.The young lady assisting customers at the automatic check out machines, constantly runs from machine to machine assisting customers. Since theres only one chasher working, the two checkout lines are very long.This shows a blatant disrespect for customers. General machine maintenance would have prevented this from becoming a problem. Now the machines need major repairs.👎🏿Well stocked with an ample variety of merchandise. Management keeps the store clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and helpful.ShopRite has very competitive prices. Get the free ShopRite card, use the digital coupons and enjoy plenty of savings.Plenty of free parking and the restroom (mens) is clean.An adequate number of available electric shopping carts.

There staff was so rude. That older guy in the seafood department, and the cashier that I had. Wow! if you dont want the job give it to someone who does. These people act like the customers was getting on their nerves. Im never going back to this place. If I could give them a 0 I would.

This location did not have everything that the Howard Park location had store wasnt as clean the vegetables were like next to none certain toppings that I was looking for as far as to prepare crab cakes I could not find OB seasoning at all in the store the shelves were somewhat stacked with with stuff vegetables I couldnt find not one can of string beans in the whole store thats very frustrating accident about certain vegetables like mushrooms and he act like he had no clue what I was saying to him this store needs better management and better training of their employees

I always have a wonderful time when I go to the supermarket you guys play some great music so I really enjoyed dancing in the isles and singing

I contacted the store about product availability. The associate in the meat Department told me a lie that an item was there. After requesting to speak with manager Dave. It took a minute for him to offer an apology. If was only after I said Thats It.

I like this grocery market because it is convenient and inexpensive. For the most part their food is fresh and they always have stocked shelves and the products I want. On the other hand, their produce section needs some work, especially the vegetables. Theres been many time when i went to purchase their fresh green beans and there was mold on them or the salads and dressing would be expired. Thats why my rating is okay.Update (6/25/19)This place continues to sell products that are expired well past the posted expiration date on the item!!!!! Didnt realize the lastest product was expired until I got home and opened it

A finding stuff in this store is very easy.....well arrange with easy access....my Go to shop.....but the check out line is always very long, wish they will have more cashiers working...they always av alike 3 open at a time.

Had what I went in for, & this time I received a friendly cashier. Thats not the norm, at least for me.

The variety of items and low prices make me happy. Buy the deals! Theyre worth it. I can often find locally grown produce as well.

Tdlr: fantastic grocery store, great diverse selection, nice staff, not great parking.The parking lot was chaotic, but big. So if youre an anxious driver park in the back. Its hard to get in and out of the lot during rush hour because of the construction, but thats not their fault.Honestly from the outside you would expect this store to be underwhelming. Once you step in, you will be transported to a fantastic grocery store.This store is huge so you dont have to worry about social distancing when shopping. The isles are big and well stocked. However the line can get clumped together so its hard to social distance. They have sanitizer and paper towels to clean your cart or hands before you enter the store. The covid precautions arent the best, but they are about average in therms of grocery shopping.The stock is amazing. They have a huge diversity of products. My friend as able to find this rare banana ice cream and it absolutely made her night. I will say, in terms of alternative goods such as dairy free of vegan options, there are some but not a huge selection. Which is a lot better than many other grocery stores. Honestly I think you could find almost anything you want at this store. The staff is friendly and honestly the people who shop there are super nice too.10/10 would return. Unfortunately this isnt my closest grocery store or I would go more.

I BROUGHT WHAT I NEEDED.

ShopRite is my favorite grocery stores in Baltimore. They always have fresh meats and great prices. The seafood and meat department is clean and have helpful staffers if you need assistance locating an item. I’m always in and out at this location because they have self checkout which is a big thing. Weekly sales are always helpful when trying to stretch a buck. They also have another location in Howard Park. Howard Park may be slightly better because they have the Dino chicken nuggets that my kids love and I couldn’t find it at this location. Other than that, all the same.

DhopRite of Parkville from my visit has everything you can think of. Its clean,foods are fresh. I was more than pleased. And the staff is very friendly and helpful. I give them 2 thumbs up.

This not a quality market. The sales are anything but a sale. They ask for your id to get a discount card. I went there today to pick up a box of pasta and picked up wings that were on sale for $1.99lb, which is the Sams Club price. It is not worth your time or health to shop here.

Actually a really good grocery store, aesthetically not the most pleasing place and not one you would feel an enormous desire to enter however upon entering you find very friendly and helpful staff and prices that are hands down better than other chain grocery stores so dont judge the book by its cover when it comes to ShopRite of Parkville

Self check out: All the machines should be equipped to do BOTH credit and cash transactions and fully print out receipts. I have witnessed and been involved in too much confusion with other patrons and store employees. This is a review to call for improvement asap. I do not have this issue at other Markets. And I do understand that machines sometimes become out of commission too but still all the ones that work should have BOTH capabilities. Otherwise, this Shoprite alright with me always.

Advertised items out of stock for an additional 2 days but no other problems for me.

Their self checkout machines do not take the remaining balance off your EBT cards if your total is higher than your remaining balance.

Even in this crisis, the market was reasonably well stocked. Associates were wearing gloves. Checkout was reasonably fast. Our cashier was friendly. Im glad they were open and appreciate their hard work.

I do not like to smell a grocery store when entering. An unpleasant smell. The woman in the deli department had an unplesant attitude because she was doing something when I walked up. I waited, but was never recognized my presence. When I said, Ms the second time, she said I heard you the first time. After she finished whatever she was doing, I asked for a half pound of baked ham. She asked me, Who was going to bake it? I had to show her what I wanted. She was extremely RIDE!

So call sales. I like the store in Howard Park better

The cleanliness and upkeep of this store is out of this World! Great managerial staff and customer service. Great in-store pricing and couponing. I highly recommend this grocery store to anyone in the area.

They overcharge $2.50 at the ATM, although it is a free-charge Allpoints ATM machine. This is not correct. Shame!Besides, there were only 2 lines open. People were waiting for 15 minutes. The location is great and it could be work better with a better management. hopefully it will be improved.

Clean and well-organized. Produce section is really nice. Regular stock items may run short at times, so go early! Runs on the store reflect its popularity. Great friendly staff, especially the pharmacy.

I like this store because it is convenient and they have good prices. I gave them 2 stars because on numerous occasions i have seen and accidentally bought products that were expired way past the expiration date printed on the package. The expiration window on their meats and produce also have a short window of freshness. This needs to change it is unacceptable quality!!!!

Plenty of variety, and shelves are generally well stocked. Lines can occasionally be long, and you may not always find the brand youre looking for. But a solid supermarket for prices and moderation.
