I highly recommend coming to Panache Bridals of Pasadena! They are so accommodating, kind, and patient. They take into consideration what you are looking for and your budget. They have a vast selection of beautiful gowns. When I had my heart set on a specific gown that they no longer carried, they went out of their way to get it for me to try it on. They also have a beautiful selection of veils, shoes, hair accessories, and jewelry.

Erika was honest & amazing to work w/ concentrated on what I was looking for between & above my price range to truly show me my options.

This was the first bridal shop I went to and I ended up purchasing the very first dress I tried on! My wedding is in 6 months and I was able to walk away from my appointment with the sample gown I tried on. I was nervous about how the appointment would go, but our consultant, Oula, created a very low pressure situation for us on what can be a stressful day. Oula was very good at setting the dress up and showing how various alterations could be made. She even set up an aisle for me to walk down, took photos of me with my bridal party, and brought out the champagne to celebrate!

Called to ask a question about some dresses. Woman with accent picked up phone. Begins yelling at me, stating they dont have the time right now. I asked why she was yelling and not just letting me know that the store is busy. Im just browsing after all. She continues yelling stating Ive never met you before so its not your business. She yelled more gibberish and I hung up, confused and shook at what just occurred.If this is how they treat you at the initial call, I cant imagine the shopping experience. Run far away from here

What is wrong with the people here? Insanely rude staff. Walked in and employee was texting and applying lipstick. I said hello and she ignored me. When we finally spoke she kept interrupting me and putting her finger in front my face. I expect this in Compton, but not Pasadena sheesh!!

Very pretty bridal salon in the heart of downtown. Lots of gorgeous dresses to shop. Lynette, our bridal consultant was AMAZING! Everything she chose looked great and when it didnt she found something better. Very, very, very good experience.

Linete and Imelda were wonderful and knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect dress in the Panache Bridals Warehouse in Pasadena! I was looking for something budget friendly but also unique and high quality. I loved the selection and the choices that were available. Thank you for exceeding my expectations!

We had the most excellent service here!! Tee helped us with the dresses, and she was absolutely wonderful! She was very kind, helpful, considerate, and informed! When it came to fits, textures, and adjustments she knew what she was talking about! I would recommend it to everyone!!

My experience shopping for a dress here was great. Jonathan was such a pleasure to work with, and he made me feel so comfortable at first (SEE UPDATE BELOW). After I ordered my dress back in March, the team and Panache said it would be here by end of August. When August came around, I heard nothing so I called. They then said mid to late September. I was frustrated that no one called to update me. Since I learned my lesson the first time, I called again and they said it would be delivered first week of October. There is a clear lack of communication.Additionally, I was approached by Jonathan at the store to do alternation work on my dress. He said he could do the alterations at almost half of the cost of Panache. He made me feel confident that he could do the work for me and solicited me in store for the work. We met a few times, and virtually nothing had been done up until about a week to my wedding. He had reassured me and reassured me several times that the work would be done. I had a destination wedding where I had to travel with the dress and up until the day before we traveled he had done about 10% of the work on the dress that needed to be done, and he had kept my fiance and I up at the house until 3am the night before we traveled. I had to scramble and find someone to fix the dress the week before my wedding. Thankfully I was able to find someone last-minute, but please do not make the same mistake that I did in trusting this store and its sales people to communicate and follow through with the promises that they make. I had also ordered and paid for lace through Panache that Jonathan took with him from the store and did not use on my dress and he never gave me that lace back.

What a wonderful experience! Its definitely strange planning a wedding during a pandemic but the ladies at Panache made you feel super comfortable even with us all wearing masks. They also do temperature checks at the door. Lissette was my consultant and she was amazing. She listened to what I was looking for, had me try on a variety of that style and then brought me a totally different dress so I could see the contrast and that one turned out to be perfect! She really understood what looked good on me and I felt classy and bridal and gorgeous. 10/10 would recommend.

I had an amazing experience with Panache in Pasadena! I had a quick turnaround and tight deadline to meet for my wedding date and Erika and her team provided an appointment experience better than i could imagine. They were able to pull dresses that aligned with my vision and my budget as well as provide expertise on what style and ft look best on me! The salon was very warm and welcoming to my family as well and we had an awesome time shopping there. I would highly recommend going to their shop to find the dress of your dreams!

Panache Bridal in Pasadena thoroughly met my expectations of how wedding dress shopping should be! From the moment we walked in, we were amazed at the beauty of the store and friendliness of the staff. They took temperatures at the door, wore masks and required we used hand sanitizer. Reasonable but not over the top. We loved our stylist Erika. She has a great personality and led us right to where we needed to be with our budget and short timeframe. Visiting from out of town (from Jackson Hole Wyoming), we weren’t sure what to expect with either the price and the timeline. We told her what we were looking for and she was helpful right away. I tried on a few dresses and already liked them all better than the other store I had been to. I was the kind of girl that was almost ready to order a dress online, but our friend who lives in LA insisted we come out there for the experience. I’m sure glad I did! The second and third dress I tried on were my two favorites. I went back and forth several times deciding. Erika was great at helping set the stage with the veil and me walking up and down the aisle. I really liked the dress she had led me to initially, but I was unsure of the price. I had fallen in love. When I asked her about it, she told me she’d make it happen. That was only the beginning of great customer service! Knowing we were from out of town, they actually scheduled us in for the next day to get alterations done. I was sort of nervous finding the correct place to get this beautiful dress hemmed out here in Wyo. The next day, we went in for the first fitting where Nydia fit the dress to my petite figure. They had great suggestions on how to further make the dress my own and most comfortable and well-fitting. Imelda came out and began talking with us and we really liked her as well! She has a great personality and does an incredible job! She began speaking to Nydia and asked her how much work she had going on that day and if possible if she could do the alterations and have us come back later that night at 5:30 for my second fitting! I didn’t expect to be able to do that! We came back that evening and they did some minor alterations and will be sending the dress to me when it’s all done. We were so happy with the level of service we received there and will be referring many people to you guys... clear out here :) And of course, my dress is something to dream about!

The glimpses through the windows did not prepare us for the beauty inside. It looked like we were invited into a royal dressing suite. So many lovely gowns! Erika was very knowledgeable and attentive in guiding my daughter through the dizzying choices for her special day. She listened to us and with razor sharp precision, zeroed in on our dreams and found The Dress! She listened to my vision and pulled things that were totally my taste, she gave feedback when I asked for it and was never pushy or demanding. Before ever stepping foot into Panache, my mom said I just have a feeling this is where youll get your dress AND I DID! Just a coincidence that Im getting married at Castle Green right behind itI called to make an appointment and was greeted by Ericka (I think) She was super helpful and scheduled my appointment for me. I came here about a week or two ago and I had a great experience. My mom, auntie, and I showed up right as they were opening on a Sunday. We were greeted by the manager Imelda and she immediately started telling us about the trunk show going on. She showed us the different price ranges for the dresses and where they were located. Then we met our stylist, Griselda and she was so great at taking the dresses we liked into my dressing room and offering suggestions as well.The dressing room area was awesome. It was personal and comfortable and had seats for my mom and auntie. After we picked out 7-10 dresses, Griselda helped me in and out of each dress. She was patient and kind throughout the whole process. I finally tried on a dress that made me feel MAGICAL. Griselda brought me a veil and Imelda brought me a gorgeous headpiece to complete the look. I had a feeling that it was the one. Everyone else behind the front counter was super kind and started telling me they thought it was the one too.I ended up leaving that day to sleep on it but then called and bought the dress the very next day!!Everyone was very professional and helpful and I CANT WAIT TO SEE MY DRESS AGAIN custom measured to me! Thank you Panache for everything!Oh yeah, also, my mom had a real bad migraine while we were there and Imelda brought her some tea which helped a lot :) its the little things!

I just recently went to Panache with my mom and mother in law and the experience was amazing! Erika was beyond helpful through out the whole visit, she figured out my style so fast and I loved every dress I tried on, I even said yes to the dress! The staff in Panache are so amazing! I bought my dress last year and they were so attentive and super friendly. The consultant, whose name I unfortunately forgot but LOVED, was so knowledgeable and helpful. She gave me the right compliments, listened to what I wanted, respected my budget, but also got me out of my comfort zone because I believe that she really knew what silhouette fitted my body type the best. All of my fitting appointments went smoothly and had no major problems with the dress.I also just came back to the shop with my best friend who is getting married later this year and we had another great experience with them. Erika, who was consulting the bride, was so respectful of the brides wishes as far as the styles and budget goes. She picked out amazing pieces for her and really got us confused to which ones we loved the most, which is a great thing! She was so kind, informative, and not super aggressive. Thank You, Panache for an amazing experience!

We received outstanding customer service while shopping . Of course when you are paying for a higher end boutique you would expect . However, we tried several times following up regarding referrals for alterations and were met with “I’m very busy will get back to you”, response. Unfortunately, we reached out twice and got not even a courtesy call back. Two separate messages and not even a call back . Also, they ought to think about doing follow ups to see if you need anything prior to your big day. I would suggest other places which guarantee you get that great customer service even after you’ve paid the big $$.

I had the best experience at Panache finding my wedding dress. I had to go back for a third time . I was very confused and a little stress out for not finding that one dress that had the WOW factor. Like they say third one is the charm. Met with Kali, she was super nice, and patient. I finally found the ONE last weekend. I would 100 percent recommend Panache in Pasadena. My experience with this retailer was horrendous to say the least. After agreeing on a custom designed dress by Inbal Dror, putting in hours with the staff toensure my design request was clear, I had towait several months to get a call with the designer to get some sort of sketch. I had also put a $6k deposit in October to secure the dress with the delivery in May. Th designer had shown me a sketch that was completely different on all fronts of the design elements that I had required ( different shape of dress, beading etc) which caused me to worry thatPanache didn’t event communicate what I wanted with the designer staff. A month later panache came back and wanted to charge an additional $7k dollarsOn top of the agreed upon price to deliver what I had wanted, different from the contract that we signed. It was 4 months away from my wedding and still no sketch and no confirmation that my dress will be made According to contract. The management refused to provide me with what was agreed up don and tried to swindle me for more money which is unethical and poor business practices, definitely not the kind of energy I want for one of the mostImportant days of my life. I didn’t get my dress and panache refused to refund me because they couldn’t fulfill my order.I would save myself the hassle and not deal with such a place, they have very unethical business practices and just want to make a lot of money with the worst service. They want to keep my $6k without anything delivered! DONT GET YOUR DRESS FROM HERE!

I live in Arizona, and the designer of the dress I liked was having a trunk show at Panache Bridal. I had called earlier in the week and spoke to Imelda. She was so sweet and helpful. When arriving at Panache Bridal and actually meeting Imelda I was blown away by how amazing she made my experience. I ended up saying yes to the dress, and couldn’t have imagined this day with out her. She truly was a professional in every way possible, and so down to earth. She knew exactly what I wanted and how to add everything just right to make the look absolutely perfect. Thank you Imelda and Panache Bridal for making my special day perfect! :)

The two dresses I bought from Panache Pasadena were beautiful. The store design is top notch. The persona of the employees...leaves much to be desired. While I adored the seamstress, the other employees were rigid and unaccommodating.I came to Panache from Phoenix, AZ for each appointment and fitting. On more than one instance they tried to reschedule my appointment (for a different day) when I asked to push it back by 30 minutes due to traffic on the way there. Kind of obnoxious after spending multiple grand for each dress.One particular employee (Connie) in which I interacted regularly throughout my experience there, was intolerable. On one occasion when I walked in, she asked if I was there for a job interview, and on another skeptically questioned whether I had an appointment after I asked for a glass of water.Though the end justifies the means, there are other bridal alternatives. Alternatives with perhaps a warmer staff who wont ignore you once the payment has cleared.

I visited Panache Bridal in Pasadena just a few days ago to browse bridal gowns. I was with Kali, and she was fantasic! She made the experience fun and was great at suggesting other dresses I might like. They have everything from simple and classic to full on glitz and glam. I pretty much loved all the dresses I tried on. Definitely recommend this store for its dresses and its staff!

I live in Pasadena so I had walked by Panache many times, but today I finally got to enter as a bride-to-be. The store is beautiful on the inside and has rows and rows of different designers ranging in various prices.I honestly went to my appointment not thinking I would find my dress, since I’m hyper critical (aren’t we all? Lol.), but working with Tee made me feel at ease, beautiful, and she worked really hard to find dresses that would look great on me. Tee found my dress and I can not be happier with it. I would highly recommend Tee as your stylist, because she’s so sweet, funny, and VERY knowledgeable when it comes to wedding dresses and alterations.Thank you Panache Pasadena for making this bride-to-be feel beautiful and special.

Zero stars.Do NOT purchase your wedding dress from Panache!My experience at Panache in Pasadena was horrible and one of the worst experiences of my life. Panache RUINED my wedding, caused me emotional distress, and unnecessary stress. They messed up my dress and lace leotard top and could not fulfill their contractual obligations as a business.They have terrible customer service, are unprofessional, do not know what they are doing, and miscommunicate information. The owner doesn’t value his customers nor care about you as a person. He refuses to take the fault for Panache’s mishaps. The seamstresses are rude, inappropriate, and do a bad job with alterations.My dress and lace leotard top arrived 3 months past the promise date and thus alterations were completed less than 24 hours before my wedding. I proactively called and followed up with Panache’s manager on the delivery of my dress and employees did not follow up with me. The only times I would get an update is when I called. This added additional time and stress to my wedding planning and to my full-time work week.The lace leotard top I ordered that was delivered was incorrect. So they ordered a second “correct” lace leotard top and it was yet again incorrect! With weeks before my wedding, Panache said their seamstresses would “supposedly” change the incorrect top to match the in-store sample I ordered.I waited over an hour and a half for my alteration appointment to start which was only 5 minutes long!The alterations that were supposed to be completed as part of the “alterations package” were incomplete and rushed. Their “alteration package” is overpriced and bs. I had to inconveniently come back to the store hours later (less than 24 hours before my wedding), to pick up my dress and top when there were more important things I had to take care of and think about.When I picked up my dress and top, the top was not attached to my dress, the lace patterns on my top were misshaped, a button was missing from one of the sleeves, my built-in bra was missing, and the two pins that were on the sides of the dress were just taken out. The sides of my dress were never even altered! Only the bottom of my dress and bustle was completed even though the “alteration package” was supposed to include, “everything”. With hours away from my wedding, it was too late to make any more alterations and there were still corrections that needed to be done.After a night of anxiety, crying, and worrying, which was the night before my wedding, I unfortunately wasn’t able to wear my lace leotard top on my wedding day. This “top” was the reason why I purchased my dress from Panache in the first place.In conclusion, there were a lot of instances that led to such a disastrous end result of my wedding dress due to Panache’s mistakes. If I had the ability to start all over, I would NOT purchase my dress from any Panache store location. I strongly advise every newly engaged bride-to-be to purchase their wedding dress elsewhere and to not waste their time or money on them.

The experience my family had for my sisters first dress hunt was incredible. The staff was incredibly polite and very well experienced and knew exactly what to put my sister in. It was her first time and only time because they had such beautiful dresses. Grieselda was amazing and had so much experience. We look forward to the dress fittings!

I cant say anyting about all there staff working there but we had the worst experience with the person who was helping us. She was a lady with dark short hair and fake accent. She pretends to be very more important and moves like a snake.

It was amazing. I went shopping with my future daughter- in - law. They worked within our budget and had the most exquisite dresses and were very friendly, helpful, and comforting. The store looked out of our reach, and it wasnt and the result was amazing.

Ok internet people and future brides, gonna drop a truth bomb here. Erika is quite possibly the worst customer representative I have ever dealt with in all my interactions in all my years with a customer relations associate EVER. I cannot even begin to fully express how dirty her tactics were. A few minutes with her completely made me lose all interest of giving this establishment any of my business. ON TOP of everything she did she tried to charge me for cancelling my appointment when it wasnt even near the 48 hour deadline, this place is a circus, no joke.

I came here and was super happy with them at first and then it went straight downhill. They SUCK at following up in regards to when your dress is ready. I would call to ask and they would always say honey, dont stress. I paid 2 grand, and my wedding is in less than a month. Then Reagan explained they would steam my dress as a complimentary service. I got there for my last fitting and they were trying to charge me over $140 to steam it when they had said it was complimentary. Reagan and Cecee her manager tried saying she thought I was doing the alteration package, but clearly she knew I wasnt because she charged me for just the hem. Reagan and her coworker then proceeded to write messages to each other and laugh in my face. How immature. Your coworker even said all you guys do is stand around and talk and cant even pick up hangers. Cecee, the manager, did not bother to take accountability for their mistakes, rather she proceeded to BLAME THE CUSTOMER.DO NOT SHOP HERE.They seem super nice at first, but once they have their sale they can give two craps about you.Your workers are immature.

Right after my friend and I left Panache I told my friend, this was too easy, I just couldnt believe how easy it was to find a dress. I did visit other stores before going to Panache and the overall experience at the other stores were not, lets say that friendly or welcoming. Ive lived in the Pasadena area most of my life and I always thought Panache was out of my price range. However, to my surprise the girls there were able to help me find a dress within my price range. Not only were they able to work with my budget but Ericka helped me find a dress,The One for me that I absolutely Love and most of all, a dress that has everything I wanted. I will forever be thankful to Ericka and Cece (hope Im spelling your name right) for assisting me in the process. Ericka is AMAZING. Not If, but when you make your appointment at Panache book it with Ericka. She is very well informed about all the dresses they have at Panache, she makes you feel comfortable while trying on dresses; I had so much fun with her & she can also gauge what will look best on you based on your body type. Be open to suggestions and to try on dresses you wouldnt normally think they will look good on you. Trust Ericka, she knows! And overall have a Blast at Panache and enjoy your overall experience. At Panache you are in good hands. I do hope they can get the time off to attend my Wedding as they are invited to my special day; without them wearing my dreamy dress wouldnt have been possible. :))) THANK YOU.

DISAPPOINTED in my overall experience. PANACHE is AWFUL. Given the convenience of the location and selection of gowns, I gave this place the benefit of the doubt, but they deserve ZERO STARS.Tips:- Shop elsewhere and dont waste your time here.- Dont pay for alterations here (that costs a dress in itself). My dress ended being too small to the point my bridesmaid were afraid they couldnt zip up my dress on the wedding day. The staff explained theres no way my body size would fluctuate within a month, however, my dress seems to have been altered by the seamstress more than requested.Pros:- Great selection of gowns.- Jonathan is awesome! Helpful, patient, and understanding. He was sincere with what dresses would compliment me and gave us his honest opinion.- Shami is knowledgeable with her 50 years of experience, but also blunt with her opinions.Cons:- You will absolutely go over your budget given alterations + customizations + surprise fees.- Stressful, discouraging experience- Staff are always in a rush in answering calls to existing brides.- Gowns are not even reasonably affordable.- My dress was ready for pick up the Friday right before my Saturday wedding.- The store manager is surprisingly rude and inconsiderate considering she is the manager.BRIDES! Also, Panache is not good for large groups.My group and I enter for our appointment, and no one tells us what to do. Finally I check in at the desk.When I called to make my appointment, I was speaking to Erika and told her to book my appointment with her. My consultant was not Erika. It was Griselda. When making my appointment, I told them I was going to have about 6 people. (I ended up having 7). For some reason, they didnt have enough seats for us. They were scrambling to find a place for us to sit because Griseldas section only seated 3 or 4 people.When we’re finally seated, we’re still waiting around, so I go to the desk to find out whats the hold up. Also, because I didnt know what I was doing. No one gave me any direction.Turns out, you have to go pick your own dresses from the racks, which I did not like. I felt like I was at Ross sifting through the racks. At this point, I was so done with the place compared to just coming from Lovella. I told my group to just go have fun and pick out dresses.I ended up trying on dresses that were picked from my group, and also the consultant did end up bringing some options.What I did not like about trying on dresses is that the consultant just hands you the dress to put it on yourself. At Lovella, the consultant puts the dress on the ground and opens it up so I can step into it, and she helped me get it up. At Panache, they just hand it to you. When taking the dress off, my consultant would many times forget to unzip me. When I walked out to show my group my dress, the consultant never asked me how I felt in the dress or what I liked about it. Sometimes she would even leave to go find other dresses.This whole experience was just awful. I guess if you dont care about being catered to, then come to Panache. But I suggest not and just going to Lovella.

This is a gorgeous bridal salon with a large and beautiful selection of dresses. The stylists are wonderful and are extremely friendly and helpful. I was helped by a Couture Stylist, Yasi, and by the Fashion Director, Briannah-Jayde. They were both superbly helpful. Yasi was extremely attentive to my wishes and had great taste and fashion sense. It was a lovely experience and I found the perfect dress!

Friendly communication, and they had a huge selection of gowns with reasonable price range.

Kali was nice to the Bride which was great however, she needs to practice patience w/ her guest!

My fiance went there to try on a dress and came home crying. They also made her try on a dress saying it was 10% off for the trunk show, but after she fell in love with it, they told her she couldnt get it off the rack so that other brides could try it. Then she called for the style number and they said to check online. 0 STARS IF I COULD

My dress didnt fit. I could barely breathe. I couldnt sit. My dress was altered too much!!!My dress ended being too small to the point my bridesmaids were afraid they couldnt zip up my dress on the wedding day. The staff explained theres no way my body size would fluctuate within a month, however, my dress seems to have been altered by the seamstress more than requested.- You will absolutely go over your budget given alterations + customizations + surprise fees.- Stressful, discouraging experience- Staff are always in a rush in answering calls to existing brides.- Gowns are not even reasonably affordable.- My dress was ready for pick up the Friday right before my Saturday wedding.- The store manager is surprisingly rude and inconsiderate considering she is the manager.Do not trust anything Cecy says. She is a salesperson who will say anything to get your money. She is only nice to you until you buy your dress. Once she has your money, you are locked in and she does not give two sh!!ts about you as a bride, your family/friends, your wedding, your big day or you as a breathing human being. NOTHING! Though I met Cecy at my initial appointment in November, she did not acknowledge me (and lacked the eye contact) when she was sitting right behind the counter as I was waiting to be helped at before my first fitting in July!!During that July fitting, she said directly to me that I lost a lot of weight, honey to support her reasons I needed to pay additional for alterations. First of all, it was only 5lbs, however, due to my small frame, apparently, it is more noticeable. Second, Cecy, you are not one to refer to me as honey. Third, the reason I intended to have a wedding in Los Angeles was for my grandmother who, unfortunately and unexpectedly, passed away between my initial November appointment and my July fitting appointment. With that said, though I greatly despise how you made my family and I feel while we were at the bridal salon. I had to experience being with grandma in her final hours on her deathbed. Cecys attitude was no excuse to say what she did and treat a customer as she did with me and my mother.At the end of my fitting in July, it was communicated to my family and me that my dresses would be ready for pick up on August 17. With that expectation, my family and I arrived to Panache on August 17 with the intention of taking the dresses home with us. Of course, issues arose. My first dress was not ready to be taken home as there was miscommunication with seamstress and employees and my request to add drop sleeves was not completed. For an establishment that explicitly said they write everything on the invoice, the request which was already paid for was excluded from the invoice. Furious and disappointed, tears started coming down my face out of anger and frustration this shop has caused me.Unfortunately, I purchased a second dress from this establishment and upon questioning where the second dress was, the seamstress had no recollection of the dress, which she did make adjustments for alterations during my July appointment. For thirty minutes, I sat waiting for my second dress only to realize they misplaced it and made no communication with me during this time. Luckily, Jonathan found it after thirty long minutes of wondering why theyre running in and out of the alterations room.With the stress of wedding planning along with the added severe heartache of losing my only grandma (and other unforeseen saddening family events within nine months of wedding planning), I did not want to waste my time and energy arguing with an ignorant and inconsiderate humans who seems to have only her best interests in mind. I hope you and your supervisor are happy with my money/business.BRIDES! To save you time/money, I strongly suggest you visit other bridal shops for your dress. Panache is not worth the stress I miserably endured during my wedding planning process, which was completely discouraging to say the least. Clearly, this establishment DOES NOT take their business seriously.

WOW!!! The most elegant, beautiful dresses Ive ever seen.

I would drive by this boutique as a child and dream of getting my bridal gown there. The displays on their windows are fantastic and mesmerizing. My childhood dream came true and I was able to find an affordable, beautiful, and elegant wedding dress there. I was lucky enough to attend a David Tutera trunk show and wear one of his designs. My dress was unbelievable gorgeous and all my guests and vendors complimented me on it. I even got to meet David Tutera! It was such a fan girl moment for me! None of this would have happened without the help of the amazing staff at this store. Griselda was my sisters consultant in 2016 for her gown, and my mom new exactly who to ask for when it was my turn to get my gown. She is so helpful and sweet. My whole family loves her. The manager Cesi, is so great! When Gris was not there she would always take care of me. The seamstress Shami is so talented. I wanted to cover up more of my chest and she made it happen like magic. She added a piece of lace that went so well with my dress, it was perfect. I am beyond happy at Panache in Pasadena and when a future bride asks for referrals I send them straight here!

ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!My fiancé, Lili, went to your sample sale last weekend and was sold a BEAUTIFUL dress...or so she thought.After being told by the bridal stylist, Griselda, that the dress had never been worn but had been tried on and had clipped the dress to fit properly, Lili bought the dress and brought it to a professional seamstress. The seamstress was astounded and said Panache sold you this dress!? OH NO...that is not right, I cant believe it. THIS DRESS IS UNSALVAGABLE.The seamstress, who is third generation in the business, showed my fiancé over 20 tears, evidence from being improperly washed, dirt all along the bottom from being dragged along the floor and multiple other dirty spots.This dress, a Maggie Sottero, NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN SOLD.I give them credit for their sales tactics; clipping the dress perfectly, hiding all imperfections, down playing all questions asked, and deflecting things that were brought to their attention. Selling something as special and meaningful as a wedding dress in this kind of condition is unprofessional, disgraceful, dishonest, and completely mis-represents the Panache brand not to mention the designers brand.I hope this gets the attention of a decision maker and is made right; fix it, give 110% credit, or refund the money. When getting married a bride has a vision of what she will look like on the day she has dreamed of since she was a little girl. To have that dream crushed because a store has no integrity is the worse. My Neice ordered her dress from this store last year and when she went in to pick it up yesterday she was giving a dress that was similar but an absolute fake the quality of the dress was not at all the dress she fall in love with. Beware if your thinking of buying something from this store. We have photos of the original and the fake and they insistanted the dress was the same one. My niece was asked to lower her voice because they did not want other customers to be alarmed. Dont shop here, this can easily be you.
