My experience here at Viero Bridal Los Angeles was great! I went to the store in October of 2019 when they had just recently opened and selection was a bit smaller than it is now but all of the dresses in the store were so beautiful and unique. I ordered my beautiful Milla Nova Birdie gown and picked it up in March of 2020 with the hopes of wearing it in June 2020 but our wedding was rescheduled to April 2021 and I finally got to wear my dress. It was the perfect dress for me and the ladies at Viero were a huge help to me finding a great dress for my figure and making me feel confident in my choice and while wearing the dress. I called with questions about how to store my dress since I wouldnt be able to wear it for more than an entire year after I picked it up and the ladies there guided me through the best practices. Then came time for altering and again the ladies in the store recommended a great seamstress there in Pasadena. I wish I could relive the wedding dress shopping experience over and over again. Viero Bridal in Los Angeles is AMAZING and BEAUTIFUL! The overall experience was over and beyond! I found Viero Bridal through the internet and I fell in love with a “Millanova” dress and they carried the dresses what I wanted! OMG. The crazy part is when I first stepped into Viero Bridal I literally tried on more than 5 dresses (maybe even 8 or 9), but the LAST DRESS just made me CRY “happy tears” and SONA was the BEST, MOST AMAZING, TRULY HELPFUL consultant that I have ever had! Thank you, Sona! YOU ARE SO AMAZING and just wanted to let you know, they will be honest with you and make you feel comfortable and make sure you pick THE BEST wedding dress for you! Now, coming into this into 2020, I didn’t know we were going into a PANDEMIC, but the dress came 3 months before our wedding 10.10.2020 (which is absolutely wonderful)! Yes, we were able to celebrate an intimate wedding and we made it! We practiced “social distancing and masks” and that’s the key!I love Viero Bridal so much, I even ordered a 2nd dress for the reception! The dresses are high quality and EXCEPTIONAL services. My wife and I are going to do our 16 anniversary wedding. My wife found a beautiful dress. Her first dress wasnt fancy so, this time we wanted her to look like the queen she really is. The staff was amazing! Recommended.

I ordered a dress in a panic about 4 months ago since my original dress did not pan out. i went with the designer Crystal Design - i could not be happier. My shoulders are a size 10, my waist is a 2-4. i ordered a size 10 dress because that is what i thought you should do for alteration purposes. however, i threw in my measurements on the contract form just in case.at home try on option was a breeze and so convenient during COVID.the dress came in CUSTOM size! no alterations needed!! i was so impressed. the packaging was a little beat up, but the dress was safe and flawless inside. we had a little mix up on delivery timing but every concern and conversation i had was met with warmth and understanding from Natalia.Viero knows how to treat its clients!!

My Viero Bridal experience was like any other. Anelya was my consultant, very very sweet and very warm and made me extremely comfortable in the dressing room. The second dress I tried on I said YES 😂 I cried

Their energy really did help me trust every single they were doing. I got my dress custom made from viero bridal and I couldn’t be happier with my wedding dress I felt so stunning in it!! I had an amazing experience at Viero Bridal Los Angeles. They were the only boutique in the state of CA that carried the dress I had my heart set on and it turned out to be the perfect dress. It arrived early, in great condition, and it was very fairly priced compared to other boutiques for the same dress. Everyone I interacted with was wonderful and the boutique is very cute and in a great area. Highly recommend!

Im definitely purchasing my dream gown here @ Viero Bridal. The selection, quality and uniqueness is unparallel. The dresses flatter all body types Nd the prices are unbelievably reasonable. So happy I have one less worry on my most important day!!!

I visited Viero Bridal 8/1/2020 and the two ladies helping me were amazing! My budget was a little tight but they helped me find a dress that I completely fell in love with. They were so nice and helpful! I really enjoyed my experience there with them!

If youre hoping for bridal staff who will treat you, your business, and your gown with respect, I urge you to look anywhere else. Viero Bridal will not go above and beyond for anything--let alone do the bare minimum for whats expected of a boutique bridal salon.I start this off with a disclaimer that Ana at the Las Vegas location was lovely. However, everyone else I have had to deal with at Viero Bridal made every step of finding my wedding dress unreasonably stressful and miserable.Problems started early on. When I wanted to try on & show this gown to my future Mother-in-Law, I made an appt 2-3 weeks in advance and explicitly told them the only gown I wanted to try on. A few days before our appt, I called to confirm it & that they had the gown. Only then did they tell me that they had sold the sample--they wouldnt have informed me if I hadnt called to ask ahead of time. After repeatedly asking for any possible way to show my future MIL the gown, only then did they tell me that I could pay $100 to overnight a sample from New York.After I couldnt find a gown I liked anywhere else, I ordered my gown from them in September 2019. As I ordered it, I was told the dress would be ready in February 2020. I live in LA for work, so I made plans to visit Vegas in late February to get my dress & make a weekend of it. However, the dress arrived in mid-December. Since I couldnt drop everything to pick up my dress in Vegas, I asked if it was still okay for me to leave the gown with them until February as originally planned and was told that was fine. Then, in early January, I was told I had until the end of the week to pick up my gown from them in Vegas, or theyd have to ship it to me. I was nervous about entrusting my dress to a third party, so I asked if we could amend the agreement I signed when I put down my first 1/2 to cover any issues that could happen in-transit. They refused to amend the agreement, and told me that I could pick it up from their new Pasadena location so long as I paid my second half in advance. I refused--as the agreement is that I would pay upon receiving the gown. They eventually conceded, and the agreement was I would get the gown & pay the remaining balance the following Saturday at their Pasadena shop.Given Viero Bridals past oversights, I decided to email in advance to see if there would be a proper garment bag provided for my wedding gown, or if I should bring my own. I was ASSURED a garment bag would be provided, so I decided to focus on my excitement about finally getting my wedding dress.However, that excitement died quickly. After trying on the gown and paying my second half, I was shocked and horrified as the associate came out with my dress presented to me as you see in the attached photo. Stuffed into a torn, clear plastic bag, and then unceremoniously shoved (with the hanger crammed into the tulle, lace, and beading) into whats essentially a reusable grocery bag. The same way youd expect to buy a rotisserie chicken--not your wedding dress you have spent over a year finding, saving for, and dreaming of.They ran out of garment bags since theyre a new location--but again, no one let me know even after I tried confirming my dress would be properly stored & delivered to me just days before. They only solutions they offered were to ship my gown (again refusing to amend our agreement to cover for any issues in transit) or to ship me a garment bag (which was not the point--I had several at home).I tried settling this with Viero staff directly--but their solution and apology was to mail a garment bag and a Coffee Bean gift card. I put apology in quotes, as the staff didnt seem to see anything wrong with how I had been treated through this whole process (I dont want to have to post emails, but if necessary I will gladly do so). Because of this, I had to share my experiences beyond my inner circle to do what I can to make sure no bride ever has to deal with Viero Bridals shocking unprofessionalism and hurtful carelessness.

The ladies at Viero are first in class and could not have been nicer. Due to covid, my family who is based in California couldn’t attend my dress fitting at the Viero Chicago location so we did it through Facetime. I still wanted the in person experience and the Viero team shipped my dress in to their Los Angeles location and my mom, Grammy and I were able to share the special moment together of officially saying Yes to the dress! It was truly so special and this simple act of kindness and overall customer service went so far. Love how the dresses are stunning, budget friendly and the team is truly a dream team and always there to help! I would recommend Viero to anyone!

The most knowledgeable, caring and professional bridal team Ive encounter in my 6 months long wedding dress hunt! They have allowed me do add sleeves to my wedding gown! say what?!! Ok first off I am NOT an employee. Just a happy customer. I saw a dress on Instagram from a wedding photographer and fell in love with it. Come to find out Viero LA was the only place in my entire state that had it in store!I took an hour and a half drive just to see this dress. Before hand, I got a quick response and call back in regards to the inquiry I made to see if the sample was in store. It was SO easy to book online from their website and their Instagram account actually already answered my question!Once arriving at the store, we were greeted by Nadja and she was so kind & respectful. (Especially during COVID-19) She greeted us right away and let us know how everything works in the store. Side note - if you are taking a long drive like me, they have a very nice clean restroom there as well!Nadja took her time with me, really listened and was so kind. My favorite thing I would have to say is how good of contact she has kept with me after my appointment once I decided to go with the dress. This will hands out be the BEST bridal appointment I’ve had through this wedding process and I’m SO grateful to have met such a great team in Viero LA! Not to mention they are also right by Urth Cafe so not a bad deal ladies! HahaThanks again Nadja & Viero LA!

I loooove this place. There is a great selection of exceptional quality and highly incredible dresses. I want to say a big thank you to Anelya who made me feel comfortable and so special. There was no push like other stores. She attentively listened me and understood what I like. She helped me to pick my dream dress. Cant wait to receive it❤❤❤

I was so excited for my appointment here and was left severely disappointed. I wanted to try on several specific Milla Nova gowns which I made very clear. I am not local but they are the nearest shop that carries the designer and so I contacted them over a month in advance to make sure they could get the dresses. I was told they could ship them and to make sure I specify when I make the appointment. Not only did I specify when I made the appointment but I also followed up with a direct message which I could tell they saw based on the read receipts. So imagine my surprise when I arrived and they did not have the dresses I had traveled hundreds of miles to try on and took the time off work for a trip just to try on these dresses. When I asked about it I was told that I could pay $50 to have them shipped. Never before was this mentioned - I was previously just told to let them know and they could have them shipped. I would have been fine with this but it’s incredibly frustrating that they had every opportunity to tell me this so that I could have made the arrangements but they failed to tell me this and completely wasted my time and money. I tried on some other dresses but their selection is so small that there weren’t any options similar to what I was looking for.

Great place and selection of dresses, my fiance loved it. The staff is courteous and attentive to customer and spent as much time as needed to complete the transaction. It appears the flood of negative reviews is a clear retaliation for something that couldve been resolved in the mature manner.

Crazy how all of these five star reviews are from Viero employees...This boutique shows a lack of regard and respect for its customers and wants to inflate its ratings rather than actually take accountability for their mis-steps. How many bridal salons are in LA? Take your money elsewhere.

I got engaged just as the pandemic started and so wedding dress shopping was definitely impossible, but I refused to have a long engagement. I contacted the shop and me being out of town and with the whole situation that broke out in the world, they shipped the dress out that I’ve been eyeing for years. Sona Cox was particularly AMAZING! She went above and beyond. She shipped the sample dress straight to my house which arrived super quick and I was able to send it back with no problems. Also ordering the dress was an easy process. I just have no words, I highly highly recommend Viero Bridal, they will not disappoint you. They will go above and beyond for you. Also after I received my dress I was still able to talk with Sona about any questions and advice on the dress.You will LOVE them. I promise you.

I went to Viero Bridal about a month ago as my fiancé was looking for a second gown.Stuff was really friendly and fun!My fiancé appreciated the one on one service they offer.
