I applied online on a Thursday and went down the next day Raffi got me into the vehicle I wanted that same day, it was a quick easy process. Hes very straightforward, honest and help me get into a vehicle even though I had some credit issues he worked everything out. Hes a great guy and if theres any issues with your vehicle they take care of it right away no problem. I definitely recommend this place over any of the used car dealers in Pasadena.

Wow! We Just purchased a 2018 BMW X5, and Raffi(the gentleman who helped me) went above and beyond for me to make sure it was the exact car I wanted. After test driving almost 10 of his cars last week (in the rain, if I may note) we finally decided on the Bmw SUV. This is my third time purchasing a used car, but the experience, the convenience, assistance & class shown by Raffi - I felt that I really needed to let him earn my business. Somehow they got their hands in an 08 Acura TSX (CL9) in a manual transmission in super great condition. Glad I got to purchase it!In the end we also got a Starbucks gift card! Great service will return if I need another car :)

I never thought that i would buy a car from a roadside small car dealer, but United Auto Group and Edward changed my mind. Honestly, i went there because I had lost out on a private party jeep wrangler a couple of hours earlier and they had one that was very similar...I drove it and was impressed by the condition of the jeep. The price was a bit higher than I wanted to pay, but we were able to come to an agreement that worked for both parties. Interestingly, they asked if i could pick it up in a couple of days...they had identified that there was a valve cover leak that needed a new gasket...how many places would delay the sale to do work that I didnt even know it needed. This all worked fine for me because I wanted to return a lease vehicle before picking up. Edward, the owners son, is a true car guy (especially BMWs) and they have owned an adjacent repair shop for decades and do a thorough inspection of the cars before they put them on the lot. I would buy from them again.

Lot of bait and switch. Backed out of these 4 things promised. Such as new air bag sensor replacement, (after stating it would be replaced), windshield wipers replacement, detailing car, had an issue with ants. And backed out of the warrantee. Key fob features do not work. Refused to replace it. Only one key. Several other promises not kept. Saleman seemed knowledgeable about the vehicle we looked at. Just do not expect much in support or help from them for fixes or replacements. You should do your research and be knowledgeable with details of the vehicle you are looking for. Beware. Be informed. Be smart. Good luck. Hope non of us get a bad deal.

Bad service. dont go without calling first to see if someone is there. The salesperson seemed more eager to get us out of there than to sell us a car. Bought a car at another dealer in El Monte the same day.

My car broke down after a month and a half after they said it wouldnt have any problems. Tried to charge me for the repairs so I went elsewhere. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
