Came here with my mom after trying to unlock my brothers phone,passing away from c ovid. And not being helped by other companies. Mr.Joe went to the extreme to unlock it,comforted us,and gave us his condolences for our loss. We are so grateful for him and all his help,and the staff was so nice. Will definitely come here for our services from now on.

JOE is awesome!! He took great care of me while I was there. Explained everything perfectly. Gave me details on my phone, and even called to get my account information for my previous one! I was in an out in less then 30 minutes happy as can be!

Joe was very helpful but so was Antoine! Magally was very sweet as well. Joe drove an hour to another store to get the phone i wanted which was awesome! Great staff all day!

Yesterday, I arrived to this corporate store location at 7:25pm (to return a phone I just purchased and was not satisfied with).. and the door was locked with the inside security gate half way lowered & no employees in sight. I Knocked on the door, then an employee comes to the front and pretends that he can not hear me through the glass door and walks awayNote: YOUR STORE CLOSES AT 8:00PM, its clearly marked here online and on the front door of your store.Change your posted store hours, change your lazy staff, or get poor ratings.

Ive been with Metro for about 6yrs and I have never ever had a problem with them. I go in there for questions about my phone or whatever and they staff is just as friendly as can be.

I came in a few minutes ago asked for my account number After I left the store I seen my account had a high risk code which I never requested I called the store Ms.Alexandra Horton she stated she was the store manager an no transaction have occurred under her name and Ms.Melisha or Mel the lady with piercings in her face Ms.Horton then hung up the phone I called again and Ms.Mel answered the phone, I asked for a store id number and they refused to provide me with that information as well I will be going into the store again to talk to Antoine Putman regarding the unauthorized transaction done without my consent !!!!!!

A bad experience people who treat me so badly that I would not like to return to this store they do not pay attention to the customer I had too many problems because of how they treated me I even lost my money because of their mistakes I recommend you not to go to this store from me I would not recommend it bad people hire in this place
