A pharmacy with no restroom. Incredible. Go elsewhere... blames pandemic. Its 2021. Lady says this as she is blowing her nose. Sad businesses are still blaming COVID for poor policies

I had a pleasant experience with the pharmacy staff, my covid vaccine appointment had been cancelled at Walgreens but these guys made me feel welcomed and were able to take me in without appointment. The lady pharmacist did a great job, I appreciate it!

Not one of the stores that I frequent very often. I just popped in to buy some cold water for the Pasadena Police Officers that were standing out there in the heat.God Bless our men and women in BLUE!

I AM LIVID, I HAD DINNER AT CHEDDARS AND DECIDED TO STOP AT CVS... THIS LIL YOUNG WITCH HAD THE AUDACITY TO FOLLOW ME AROUND THE STORE AND RACIALLY PROFILES ME AND MT DAUGHTER. I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE OFFICE FIRST THING IN THE MORNING!! I DONT APPRECIATE THAT BS ONE BIT ESPECIALLY SINCE IM ALWATS SPENDING MY HARD EARNED MONEY IN CVS!!!!

If I could give a zero, I would! Me & my mom are frequent CVS shoppers and have NEVER experienced what we experienced at this location. We were probably in the store for about 5 -10 mins looking around when this little short employee (fair skinned with shoulder length strawberry blonde/pinkish blonde hair) literally was following me & my mom around the store! Mind you we were the one 2 black people inside the store and she wasn’t worried about anybody else but us. I buy and can afford everything I get so it was really out of line for her to assume anything.

Horrible customer service, very rude clerk, made up a policy, just so I would leave and not make my purchase. I walked in the store and right away, she said. How can I help you? She allowed a non employee male to loiter in the building and the parking lot. Very suspicious. They were probably stealing from the company. And I interupted. I will be calling CVS Corporate and report the employees behavior and issues regarding this specific locations policies. Which according to her (refused to give name) are different than the other CVS stores in the area.

This place didnt give me good service.The casher were with a bad service. Not ok with this service,my opinion.

Tried to pick up some sudefed for my daughter who has covid, would not let me pick it up because my drivers license is expired, even though I have a temporary paper license.

I stopped in during my lunch break to pick up some photos I had developed. The cashier was friendly, and very quick to help me out. The store was clean and not overly crowded.

Exceptional service at the pharmacy. Naomi has been very helpful any time I have had issues with insurance.

I had an issue with a purchase from my last visit, I spoke with the manager, and before I could explain my situation he had already decided I was wrong before even listening to me. He barely looked at my receipt, and tried to tell me it wasnt a receipt it was a return slip. He got loud with me when I challenged his accusations, and when I said I would never shop in this store again, he proudly exclaimed I would appreciate it Horrible customer service. I took my receipt to another store, not for a refund, but for validation, come to find out I am right and the manager was just being a jerk to save his company $3. I will never shop at this location again.

Ive had several problems on multiple occasions. Dont trust them to call when your prescription is ready--they wont even bother, even though theyll take your phone number and say theyll notify you.Insurance practices are kind of strange at this location. Ive had to show multiple insurance cards to get prescriptions covered. I have not had this problem at other CVS locations.

Unpleasant experience trying to refund an item, was able to complete the refund at another location where I received better customer service.

Juan was playing on his phone and he lied about the restroom being out of order. I was so disappointed I went straight to Wallgreens where I used the restroom and picked up the things I needed... Which Juan you might ask. Big proud Juan... Piss poor customer service Juan...
