Ordered a table. A month later they delivered the wrong table and it was made clear they had no intention of delivering the item I ordered. I returned the table at my own time and expense and group still wont refund my money.I recommend you save your time and money and go somewhere that can actually function.Weird how all these five star reviews appeared in the same month eh? Probably shouldnt shop somewhere that needs to pay for them...

Bad customer service, the owner doesn’t know how to talk to the customers. He has no respect at all.He yells when he is not right. They also have late delivery. They never come on the day that they promise to bring stuff.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, STAY AWAY - they will seem all nice until the transaction is done, after that its all downhill. I bought an item and had paid for delivery at the time of purchase, 2 months later my item didnt arrive nor did i hear from them, when i called, i was told my item was ready for pick up and if delivery is required i have to pay an additional $50 dollars. I ended up opting for a refund and was asked to come to the store during the Covid-19 pandemic to get it processed. I got there to only find out that he just wanted the hardcopy of the receipt before he sends me an e-transfer...what is the logic of asking me to come to the store if you will be sending me an e-transfer once i am there. Also, i had already sent him an e-copy the night before. Additionally, throughout this process he didnt apologize once. So my advice spend your money else where.

Terrible customer service! I usually dont post bad reviews but this was just ridiculous! I bought a mattress in February/March which I believed at the time was firm enough for my mom. Mom developed serious pains and I called the owner today to see if there was anything he could do about it. Surprisingly he got upset and started yelling on the phone! I really just wanted to know if anything could be done, I wasnt yelling or being rude at all! Youre projecting a very bad image Mr. Fall, you can do much better!

We purchased a living room furniture set. It was delivered and installed. The two drop off guys were whispering and looked worried but I signed the sheet and they left. After sitting on the furniture, I realized it was not installed properly. I clipped it all together myself except one piece on the left side of the couch would not clip due to misalignment. A few months later, we realized that side of the couch was touching the floor. We called the company to get it fixed or replaced since we now know it was a defective product. They came in and accused us of sitting on the arm and breaking it (which we would never do) and we tried to tell them it never installed correctly. After discussions, we were told its $350 to replace and we should have reported it sooner than 6-months. I consider the furniture good quality but the company denying they have a defective piece is horrible customer service obviously the product warranty is useless if they refuse to accept the product was defective.

Fall family has a good selection of sofas mattresses and beds. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable about their merchandise...good store.

Not only do they have very good furnitures at pocket friendly price, the staff are friendly and willing to help/drop off subject to minimum purchase.I will certainly recommend them anytime.
