These guys were so helpful and friendly the minute I walked into the store until I walked out with my paint samples. I was able to brainstorm some white color options and received great recommendations from them. Once I decide which color to go with, we’ll be purchasing our 5 gallon white with them. On the day 2 of us walked in, there were 4 employees working. There was eye contact upon entry, yet not one employee said theyd be right with us or even acknowledged us at all. They were helping 1 customer, all 4 huddled around a single computer monitor. So, we proceeded to the paint color wall to begin our search..We were there for more than 15min and not 1 employee ever approached. We found a few colors in the wheelhouse of what we were seeking and being so disappointed in the absence of customer service, we decided to leave.We got to the car and thought of a single question we needed answered. So back in we went. We walked up to the counter and once eyes were up we proceeded to ask about other locations (for where the painting job will be).. need a location in Washington state.. Unfortunately, the employee that replied missed that geographic day in school because he went on to say that Benjamin Moore doesnt have any locations that far east... ummm 🤔.. Washington state isnt east. He responded with Oh, yeah, I dont know then. So, I asked if they were able to look up other locations, he said No. We asked how to get other location information.. He said I guess Google it.This was my only experience with Benjamin Moore.. and likely my last. Off to Sherwin-Williams we went.
