What can I say. I purchased my dream car from this dealership in February 2019 without one piece of red tape. Never in life has this ever happen to me. Sean Varone, my salesman was the best. I called him and told him what I wanted, gave him my information over the phone and he called back 5 hours later and said come pick up your car. He was a man of his word. I drove from Baton Rouge and when I got there, everything was ready, including my car. I was supposed to write a review after I got my car, but life became chaotic and then covid, but better late than never. I love these guys at Estabrook, from the finance manager on down. Now that Im moving to phase two of my life, Im ready for my new 2020 which was supposed to be my original purchase when I got my 2017 Lincoln Continental with 22410 miles. Excellent customer service! From the beginning, Brandi treated our family as if we were her family. She was upbeat, personable, attentive to our specific needs and extremely patient despite the rain, late hours and my indecisiveness. She even remembered our daughters name and interacted with her (huge bonus)! Brandi continues to be available whenever I have a question. She even scheduled time to give me a mini course on all the features (dont judge me, the car is really high tech). I definitely recommend Estabrook Lincoln to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I took my wifes MKX to get serviced at this dealership. The vast majority of the time my experience has been fairly decent in the service department but it depends on who you get to assist you. My last two visits to the service department I have noticed an incident that dealt with the same personnel. Upon my arrival to drop off the vehicle I spoke with Anthony White for assistance. He did not acknowledge my presence the first time I spoke to him and when he did acknowledge my presence his response was simply You talking to me? You are going to have to get someone to help you I am busy with these three vehicles right here. Which was a lie because two representatives were working with two of the four vehicles in the bay. He went back to typing on his computer while I stood there. This is the second time I have noticed an issue with the service department because the last time I was in the service department purchasing some items the same individual was at the checkout window having to explain some discrepancies with the servicing of an elderly ladys vehicle. I recall him apologizing profusely under the oversight of another employee that was observing the incident taking place. As I stated the service is okay but I do believe Anthony White needs to work on his customer service skills. I do not believe his customer service represents the standard that Estabrook Lincoln wants to present to the public in any department.

Worse place ever advertising car for 13000 get there and car 17000, dont thsee people know theres a law against false advertising. Never get my business again!!
