We got a flat tire in the highway on our way to Texas early in a Sunday morning. They answered the phone promptly and came to us in due time. I was glad I followed their recommendation to replace the tire as we found the tire was damaged beyond repair inside once we took it out. I was able to resume our travel with the certainty that the car was safe again. They did a great job replacing the tire with a new one and balancing it before installing it in the car. Thank you!

I had called other tire services and didn’t get a good response. I was needing tires replaced on an rv. I kept being postponed due to weather and not being an emergency. On time arrived shortly after calling them. They replaced six tires that had been on for a long time. It was difficult to break the lugs due to being over tightened and rust. They even located replacements for some of them. I highly recommend their service.

We were broke down on the way home from vacation with two small children and a broken spare tire in a Saturday afternoon. These guys literally saved us!! Great attitude, knew what we needed and made it to our car in 30 mins. We were able to get back on the road and get home safe thanks to them. This after multiple failed attempts at help from companies like AAA and progressive who cant help you if you are broken down with a bad spare tire and babies in the car. Called On-Time Mobile because I got a nail in my tire while traveling through Moss Point on the 4th of July. I was so surprised when they pulled up 5 min later and repaired my tire. The best choice I could have made on a sunday .i got a two for one I was towed and fixed on the spot ..any other towing company would have changed me just to tow me, in I would still have to find a shop to fix me on the weekend...(good luck with that right )
