Service was quick and easy. Went in for a upgrade for my son and Nicole was very friendly as well as Jeremy. They both were awesome with customer service and their knowledge of the phones

A friend of mine purchased an IPhone for me as a surprise gift and the customer service I received from Anthony was absolutely amazing. He made sure to explain all the policies and pricing very clearly to both my friend and myself to ensure clarity. He had a positive attitude and even joked about how me and my friend are like brother and sister which made the experience feel more personal which is a plus from me! Very patient also being my friend and I we’re probably not exactly the quietest people in the store at the time. (Lol) I told him, I’d write him a super nice review because he definitely deserved it being people my age usually don’t take their jobs as seriously as he did!

Rushed service. The reps just try to sell you things you dont want or need. Sometimes they have no idea what theyre talking about and seem very uninterested in actually helping you out. This one fat girl was very self righteous and spent most of the time helping me on her apple watch. Do not recoend this store at all they will try to rob you.

Customer service really sucks. 1 no sense of urgency having people wait an hour to even talk to a worker. i ordered a ipad in person and was told it was going to be shipped in the next 2 to 5 days without even giving a definite answer. charged me for the ipad and activation fee upfront without the device in hand. i felt that the person just wanted to get me to open the line so he can collect a commission on me. i perfer the third party tmoblie store that was there before then this corporate store.

Went today to upgrade my mans line the girl and guy that were there were extremely welcoming and friendly. I definitely will be returning soon to upgrade my device next. They have a child’s area which is great I have a toddler and that would be perfect to keep him occupied while I do my upgrade.

Great customer service, fast service. Located conveniently at the center of Main Ave in Passaic is a big space with a seating area. The employees are bilingual just in case you need service in English or in Spanish.

The employee wasnt willing to help us out. We wanted to pay the phone lease but he rejected us saying the only option to do so is over the phone, by calling the customer service number. The we asked if we can pay the regular he said yes.After, we went ahead and called the customer service number. They told us that you can in fact pay your lease in the store or over the phone. The guy most definitely doesnt deserve a job. We all know most of us will be replaced by robots ..but in a meanwhile do your job while you still have it!

Does anyone work here? No one answers the phone. The owner needs to higher new people. FYI I work for a Samsung repair center and we provide the best customer service.

Weynde the store manager provided nothing less then excellent service. Emely the sales Rep got me a great deal and the environment was great. Will refer to friends and Daive was super cool and he was not even helping me. Very friendly group of people. Thanks a lot!!!

The most horrible place. I went in there for an upgrade on iphone the first time was great supposedly i got an awesome deal. But now i got my first bill it was over $300, I spoke to a manager named George he simply said if you dont like us just move to a different carrier horrible customer service. I ended up calling sprint customer support they helped me so much better they fixed my bill etc. I personally think 1 star is alot dont evere come here
