I have worked in customer service for 10+ year and this is the first customer service review I have spent time to leave. Maelyn REALLY stood out to me tonight! She is amazing! I went tonight with my MIL having issues with charging in her car. Maelyns associate came out to help us test the battery. She knew I wasnt going to purchase and with other customers in line, made me feel like I was her priority. Gave me a quote on parts. The other customers got the same treatment! OUTSTANDING!

Excellent visit here today! Bought a battery and they were kind enough to install it for me. Injured shoulders dont go well with battery installation. Chad and his team always take care of me at the Pataskala AutoZone! You should try them out! You wont be disappointed!

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Even when Im not being exactly clear or have called them numerous times a day they are still willing to help me with a smile.

The workers here are great! Always willing to help me with my questions about car repair even if I don’t end up buying anything. Sure, the don’t always have parts in stock. But they can usually have them in by the next day.

Put a sign up that says we dont take cash after 8:30pm..very inconvenient and was a bit of a drive for nothing.

I had an issue with a battery I bought from this Autozone location. I called them and they got the batter replaced free of charge and Chris took great care of me again. This is why I will be getting my car parts from Autozone! They stand by their products with a good warranty and take care of you when there is an issue! Thanks again Chris!

Stopped in to see if they had a brake master cylinder bleed kit. They did not, but neither did any of the other auto parts stores. Ordered it from Amazon.

The staff was knowledgeable and helped us right away. The young man who cashed us out was so polite when it came to him recgonizing my husband for his service to our country. Also, there was a lady staff member who was rolling around reorganizing their merchandise and cleaning. She was so funny and made the start to a bad day I was having... much better.. thanks girl for that laughter. More people need to be like her! Highly recommend this location!

The people at AutoZone in South Zanesville honor their warranty on parts and have great customer service was recently at Advance Auto Parts they did not honor their warranty and blamed it on something else which I had just bought brand new at AutoZone the brake pads that I had from advanced auto parts had gotten hot and exploded and ruined the rotors that I bought from AutoZone took the brake pads back they was under lifetime warranty took me 60 Minutes talkin to get them exchanged took rotors back to AutoZone walked in laid them on the counter no questions asked exchanged thank you AutoZone

Manager Chad, cant find a better guy. He is awesome. If youre having s bad day go in and chat with Chad, hell make your day better. They better not loose him because Ill hire him.

Went in for a headlight bulb replacement and before I knew it, they had the headlight out and replaced bulb, even fixed broken clip, covered it all under warranty and were just the most helpful delightful people i have dealt with in a long time . Thank you Brian and Rich especially but I have never had a bad experience at this auto zone, if you live close by then your best bet is to come here !

On December 2nd, my car broke down on a trip from Pittsburgh, PA to Louisville, KY. My car had to be towed to an automotive center near this AutoZone. Being a Sunday, the auto center was closed. My son drove 3 1/2 hours to assist me. He found a broken belt. We went to this AutoZone where Chad Wilson found the appropriate belt and then very kindly lent my son his tools to use for the repair. Unfortunately, there was another issue, resulting in us having to leave the car in Patalaska. Although the issue couldn’t be resolved, the kindness, generosity, and willingness to help that we received from Chad certainly made a difficult day a little brighter. Thank you.

I hand purchased a large bottle of shell rotella t6 at another retailer. My mistake I assumed it was a 5qt bottle like other manufactures it was 4 so I needed to purchase another bottle. When I saw their price it was $5 more than the previous I bought. Asked guy if they would come down said no. Went down the road to advanced auto. They already had a rebate on it but I didn’t want to deal with that so they came down on the price to meet the other retailer.I’ve been burned enough by autozone I don’t know why I still keep giving them chances. They sell cheap Chinese knockoffs at Napa prices.

Another customer and I were left waiting to check out for several minutes. Manager finally came out and checked us outWhile waiting, noticed several employees on their cell phones as I had to walk to the office area to even be noticed and that seemed to be the hang out spot. Manager noticed me and then came over to wait on us, rest of the employees just stayed on their phones.

Didnt know what the self-tapping oil plug was. Didnt know if they had the part. Claimed to know both, originally. Found part at the competition, but in autozones defense, they also didnt know they had it, and I had to look up the item number for that store.
