I recently had my Jeep in for multiple issues. I had a previous shop do some work on it and when I got it back from the other shop, it wasnt any better then when I dropped it off! I called Trails West a couple of weeks ago after a recommendation from a friend and they said they are busy and it would be a little bit before they had time to get me in. That is understandable with what is going on in the world right now and I am happy to wait for good work!!! When I dropped it off at Trails West, I had new shocks, new control arms, new steering parts and tires installed. My Jeep drives great and pricing was very fair. Highly recommended and will be back for anything else I need. 5 Stars!

I had my Jeep brought in for an alignment and tire rotation. They fixed everything good as new. They got me back in my Jeep within a few hours. Definitely worth the wait in the schedule. 10/10 recommend.

The men and women at Trails did the best truck job that I have ever seen for my father. For only $65 an hour. At least that is what I was told. I will be coming here when I get a truck to geter fixed up

First good customer service and happy with the price of the nerf bars I bought. But I had called in advance and was quoted $60 for install and when I got there I was told $75. So I said I will install myself no biggie. But it keeps snowing so I called to have them install them. The person that answered told me it was $95 and he couldn’t get me in for a month. Is there no set pricing? Or do you charge different rates per day? I would give 5 stars except for the different prices for install.

Hi!! I Bought a new truck in Columbus a couple of months ago. I was almost talked into buying one of the already lifted rocky ridge trucks on the lot (almost 18k upcharge!) and decided to shop around. My husband told me about this place and I went to Trails West instead. I paid much less to get exactly what I wanted instead of buying a dealer rocky ridge or whatever its called truck that I now I see everywhere. I saved alot of money going here and would suggest looking into this place first.

Amazing customer service! Due to the holiday season we had a delay in the shipping ( No there fault) and Ryan kept in touch with me everyday. Once the wheels arrive he got me in and had them done in an hour. Ryan and his team did an amazing job. Defiantly well be working with them again!

Great place to have quality work done. Dropped the truck off at 9am Friday morning for a level install along with a new UCA, some new rear shocks and spacer, and had it back by 5 the same day. It would have been sooner but they had an issue with the rear spacer I provided (No wrongdoing on their end, just needed trimmed to get it to fit. I appreciate the transparency/honesty that they ran into an issue instead of just saying oh yeah its going fine no issues at all) Super happy with the work, everything looks to be installed well and I havent had any issues. They offer a free torque check at 500 miles for all the installed parts, which is nice. Friendly, humorous staff, and nice waiting area to hang out in. Pricing was super fair as well, much better than a huge chain store that would probably jack something up or install the shocks upside down (seen it happen) These guys know lifted vehicles and would highly recommend!

The staff was very helpful explaining what I needed and getting me set up with everything, you could tell they were very knowledgeable about their profession. Took my 14 super crew F-150 to the best... Ryan hooked me up with some Fuel Off-Road Crush 20x10 wheels wrapped in 33x12x20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers, a leveling kit and some new NFab nerfs. Knocked it clean out of the park. If youre in the market to upgrade your truck, look nowhere else than Trails West and Ryan Peggs team. Customer service is second to none as well. Everyone there is really friendly and interested in making sure you are well taken care of. I gave 5 stars but they deserve 10+.

I am correcting my previous review as a year after the service more information has come to light. Trails West actually did a good job on the lift, and my issues were with my Local Shop who was blaming Trails West. This was not the case as i have had the Truck re-evaluated by a 3rd 4x4 shop.I apologize for any inconvenience my previous review may have caused, as it is hard to discern who to believe until the actual issues eventually surface. With that said, i would still continue to have my vehicle serviced here, understanding the nature that not all things are perfect in the Automotive world.

These guys are great! Ryan and team helped me out on my new JL Unlimited lift kit and 35’s, pricing was very competitive and advice was priceless. Having this caliber of shop this close to home is not taken lightly here!

Normally I do not write reviews but in this case I felt the need. My friend referred me to Trails West to buy my husband an anniversary gift. This place is really cool and has a HUGE selection. The guys that work there were really nice. One guy in particular, named Ryan, went above and beyond and spent almost an hour helping me find what I needed. I have been to a similar place before but definitely didnt get the same kind of patience. This was really great since Im not the best with truck accessory knowledge and had a thousand questions. I ended up buying my husband a set of wheels, which he feels is the best gift hes ever had. Trails West did an awesome job on his truck. Wish I could upload the photo to show it off!

I had an issue with intermittent noise coming from the right rear of my truck. Thought it was a rear axle or brake issue. I like others dont write reviews, but these guys made is very easy to get my lift installed. I told them what model jeep I had, what my intentions were, and they quoted me over the phone. They didnt take a deposit, and when I picked up my jeep (THE SAME DAY BY THE WAY) the quote had not changed. Love their service, and will be going back for future suspension mods.

I really enjoyed my first experience at Trails West today. Brandon was more than helpful with all of my questions and the service was fast and friendly. I plan to be a regular there from now on :)

My husband had a lift kit installed on his truck about 5 months ago. The service was excellent! And he was completely happy! 5 months later and his power steering started to go out. He took it to the Toyota dealership who told him that it was due to the modifications he made to his truck. They wanted to charge him $3,200 for a new rack and pinion. They told him it was due to having to pull the engine block. So my husband decided to take it back to Trails West to get a second opinion. They lifted the tuck, and actually showed (not just told) him what was going on. Showed him another Toyota tuck that was getting to ready to be lifted. Showed him that the lift kit was NOT the cause. But, better yet- They offered to take care of the problem. They ordered him in a a better rack for the power steering, one with a warranty (the dealership one didnt have a parts warranty with it - who knew?) and installed it for less then half the cost the dealership would have charged. They had the truck one day. These guys are amazing and we will recommend them to everyone we know. Amazing job and amazing customer service! Thank you!!

Its best to know what you want when you go in there. We had trouble getting help. Seemed like they focus more on phones than walk in customers....be consistent

I walked into this spacious truck accessory store about 4:30 PM and drove away about 4:42 PM with a new tonneau cover installed. I knew what I wanted but had questions about brand, durability, etc and the gentleman that helped me, showed me what they had, explained the quality differences and installed it for me within minutes so I didnt even have to climb in the bed of my truck. Great service, knowledge, and the price was lower than what I would have paid back home in Michigan. Ordering online was not an option at the time and this location was recommended to me by one of my trade school instructors; Im glad I stopped!

We visited Trails West on Friday September 30th between the hours of 2:30-3:45. We were interested in purchasing front and rear Smittybuilt bumpers and spare tire swivel rack for our 2017 JK. We were prepared to spend more than $2,000.00 today. When we first arrived the gentleman (grey hair middle aged heavy set) seemed less than enthused about helping us. He did look up numerous things for us on the computer and things seemed to be going well, in spite of his less than welcoming greeting. The items were not in stock so they offered the display items, which we were agreeable to. One of the boxes was found and we were shown the contents that went along with the rear bumper. The next step was to get the box for the front bumper. This is where things fell apart. The gentleman who was originally helping us told another team member to get the box. His response was I did not take it out of the box, so I do not know where the box is. That team member went on to help another customer and the gentleman originally helping us started answering phone calls. There were 2 other people working in the showroom area also helping others. 30 minutes went by and nothing.....we were not even addressed. Our one box continued to sit there and new customers continued to come in and be assisted. We walked out and I doubt if they even knew we were gone. This was terrible service that cost your company the loss of a large sale and what I suspect will be the loss of many future sales as word of mouth has a great impact.

Called to check on a lift for my truck. They were very helpful on the phone and when I went to pickup the lift they were very helpful as well. Their installation fee was pretty expensive so I did the instal myselfl but their price on the lift kit itself was better than I could find even online.
