Don’t go there, they don’t know what the spit they are doing. Went several times just to buy a phone and got nothing but problems. Still don’t have a phone!
They were very busy but the employees were doing their best to help as fast as they could. Which is all you can ask. They helped us with all of our business and did well. Small store but there for convenience.
My Experience today was highly frustrating. Not with this location but with the company itself. The Employee here who helped me was a nice patient young man who did his utmost to help us with the tools and information he had at hand.I went in to trade in my phone and left without the ability to trade or buy a new phone. As well as my brothers service in danger of being shut off.Im addressing sprint and or t-mobile cooperate. There are highly questionable policys in place here and you have tide the hands of your employees.makeing it impossible for them to provide proper accomidating service.Due to this experience a mobile service change is very near.
These guys were super amazing last night Abbey and her co worker stayed until they got everything done I had asked for... Shout out for amazing customer service you guys went above and beyond for me!!!
Customer service is horrible and they didn’t help me at all told me that they couldn’t help and I needed to call customer service, when I called them the customer service representative told me there is no reason they couldn’t have helped me in the store. The people that work at the Payson location are no help and very lazy people.

Staff is amazing and helpful. Very attentive and great customer service. Answered all my questions/concerns and resolved the issues I Had. And there was no waiting time. Great experience and will definitely make the drive to have this quality of service
Really bad customer service. Basically just wanted to get me out of the store so she could go back to sitting on her phone. Had earbuds in the whole time. Didnt give me the right phone and lied about it. Didnt help her training coworker. Overall really bad experience.
Couldnt copy pictures from phones to computer. Spent considerable time fixing it and teaching me how all at no charge. Cant get that from Microsoft or Dell.
Customer service is not great. Wait times are always high and they don’t know what they are doing. I was here for an hour to then have the tech tell me he doesn’t know what to do.
The accociates were very knowledgeable and patient and helpful.

Super lazy employees. We walked in and they were instantly rude. Their music was so loud that we had to shout our question 3 times. They didn’t wear name tags and when we asked their names, one replied “why?” And then asked what our names were. Apparently they actually get a ton of complaints, which makes me really surprised with the review I see here. I don’t recommend this location, go to Spanish fork. The Spanish fork location is soooo much better!
Was very friendly and courteous had only 1 galaxy g7 in stock, 0 elsewhere. Needed 3, had to mail order them, 5-7 business days!! Really??😳😳😳😳😳😳
This team is well experienced, and eager to help, with just about anything. They helped set me up with one of the best devices, transferred my contacts and hooked me up with a plan that satisfied my needs.

Blic service announcement: T-Mobile is terrible!I switched from Verizon to save some money. They told me they would pay any early termination fees with Verizon (Carrier Freedom) and set me up with an iPhone 8 BOGO. As I tried to redeem rebates, they told me that I could not combine the 2 promotions. They didn’t care one bit about the sales rep lying to me. I heard a different story from every rep I talked to. They offered me a one time $50 slap in the face bill credit. Without them honoring what I was promised, I would pay $15 more per month for what turned out to be inferior service. I have canceled and will not be back. T-Mobile is the worst!!

WOW!!!! this Store was soooooo Clean!!!!! the reps there are super nice!!!! they are ready to help you as soon as you walk in the door. they didnt even pressure me with phones or deals they had going. they asked me what i was looking for gave me options, and info and let me decide.
