I am very very happy and grateful. I walked in with my iPhone 11 screen broken, they fixed it and just a couple minutes at a very reasonable price. Definitely five stars !!!

John and Brandon have been very helpful and kind, going above and beyond with customer service several times for me. I find I am not the only one. They treat their customers like friends and family.I recommend this franchised store, as it is open (and friendly) in a time when all the Verizon corporate store are either closed, open limited hours, or by appointment only.Customer service is what brought me to Verizon in the beginning, more than a decade ago. I find that the customer service policies at Verizon have decreased greatly, and become an opportunity to bill (and gouge) customers for what used to be free. Verizon is no longer the leader in the the industry in this area, but follows along, just like everyone else.So it is a great relief to find a store that gives what used to be expected, and no longer is.Thank you, gentlemen.

I LOVE this little store. We went to see about having a screen repaired. We were greeted by the friendly family dog and a SUPER helpful couple that run the store. They were wonderful and ended up helping me discover that, on this particular phone, it was cheaper to use my phone insurance. They helped me set up my claim and everything! No pressure to buy. We happened to be in Payson for a little weekend trip from Mesa. The next time I need a phone, Ill take a little trip again do upgrade at this perfect little shop!!!

I order a new charge port for my iPhone 6s and was told 2 weeks tops and been waiting over a month with no replay from them at all. I have called a few time and they say it’s still not in yet. I feel that don’t care about there customers at all

Great place. Great service.Hope you love smelly dogs. My eyes start to bleed if i spend more than 5 minutes there.If you drop off your phone to have the screen replaced make sure you show the guy that everything works when you drop it off and then when you pick it up make sure everything works before you leave the store.

Both of the “premium” Verizon retailers wanted more than a hundred dollars, counting my phone insurance, and I had to “call” the out of town company they use for repairs. “Don’t go to the mom and pop repair shop, I’ve heard nothing but bad things,” their grizzly female manager told me. I thought it was worth checking out and I’m glad I did. This shop’s owner and staff were personable, they fixed the phone in front of me, and gave me deal. It doesn’t get any better.

Ive gotten all my familys phones from John over 5+ years. Always busy, and still makes time for my questions, finds the best price, does all the upgrading and doesnt make me feel dumb for asking tech questions. Ive been to the other Verizon stores in town, and frankly, theyre staffed by sales folks who lack customer service skills. John is the only place Ill go to get my phones, service and support.

I have had numerous occasions to visit Payson Wireless and must say, Johnand his staff have always been helpful and knowledgeable about my issues! Johnalways goes the extra mile, even as far as to make a site visit to correct anissue I once had. Kudos to Payson Wireless.! I would recommend them to anyone wanting great cellphone service. At my age technology is black magic. I have a blind friend that I gave a phone to. The staff at this magic store set it up so she could place calls, text, access the web... They brightened her life you and I cant imagine being blind. And they didnt charge a thing? They have my business.

Everyone at this location was so friendly, welcoming and helpful, but James was really the one that was able to assist me, he was extremely patient and was able to fix me up and send me on my way! I will not go anywhere else! After a couple bad experiences with the other stores in town. They solved my problems, they didnt want to charge me for thier time and has never tried to sell me a upgrade w/ 2 yr contract!Very relaxing to work with them when you are on your last nerve over a smart phone that makes you feel dumb as a rock!

Steer clear of this location, YIKES!!! NOT A VERIZON LOCATION

Beyond unprofessional!!! Owner lost over a decade of information off phone telling me itd Sync, which it didnt duh and cost me more than money. Then he could not handle a refund after 5 trys one day and several more during the next few weeks until finally someone else refunded me first try. Owner John also went through my contacts asking me about people until I asked what he was doing looking through my Contacts??!! He said he was looking for Phone Reset? I told him Ive always found Phone Reset in Settings then watched him find Reset and do before leaving. Just the fact he knew what he was doing and did it anyway and has not cared or even bothered a simple apology after Six Months tells me everything I need to know. No thank you on this place.

Took my Samsung tablet here to have the screen repaired after a cracked, they repaired the screen, but when I got the tablet back it had damage to the Back case where he tried to pry it open. The screen and the LED underneath that he replaced, did not work after I picked it up, I went home and turned on the tablet and began reinstalling applications and all the sudden the screen stopped working, when I took it back in he said that once the tablet leaves the store he is not responsible if were not happy.From the store whenever you open the door of very strong smell of marijuana throughout. All in all terrible service will not ever go back there.

Horrible service. They cheat you out of your money. Brought a dsi in to get fixed 2 weeks before Christmas and was told 2 days before Christmas that they couldnt fix it and refused to give a full refund. Paid for a service that wasnt even done. Will never be going back here again and will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Have dealt with this business for four years. Keep going back as I have always been more than satisfied with service and price.

I was visiting Payson for a short time and my phone screen had cracked I paid about $130 to replace the screen and the screen protector they were very nice people but a few days after my phone was fixed but phone screen did not work anymore my face camera stopped working and whenever I would used my phone it would just be a mess, trying to type a message and it would delete my message or a word at all these different spellings that I didn’t even push so unfortunately I would not recommend this place to anybody.

John is, as always, very helpful.
