I am putting one star because I have too, But in all honesty It doesnt even deserve a star! Steven Munro made my experience horrible !! I went in for a test drive finished the process got approved for a loan. The last step was for Steven to send over purchase sales and agreement. I was waiting on Steve to contact me back as he said and that same day- I NEVER received a call. I gave him 24 hrs and called back the next day several times and couldnt get a hold of him. I called Marc Limage to speak to him about the car and it was told to me that Steven Munro sold the car that same day early in the morning. I was devastated he never communicated, He ignored my calls HE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I had an AMAZING experience at this dealership. I was buying my first car, had a price point in mind, and Vito Foti took care of me. He found the perfect car for me, made me feel confident in my choice, and went above and beyond to make sure the car was perfect for me! He made sure to car was checked over two and three times, even taking it to the manufacturers dealership to have a simple door handle fixed. He stayed in touch with me and even on his day off took time to check on the car and inform me of updates. Vito is great and I highly recommend him if you are looking to buy a car! I am so so happy with my new used car!!

Working with Flagship Motorcars was amazing! I purchased a car through the internet all the way from where I live in Bountiful, Utah, and Daniel Fava was most impressive to work with. His communication was clear, and his response time was lightning fast. I was reminded of my hard charging days as an aviator in the military and the attention to detail was second to none.Overall, the process was surprisingly smooth; I would most certainly buy a car from them again. This is the worst dealership I have had to deal with. They value money over all and will screw you over if it has the smallest bit of personal gain for them. I had the misfortune of dealing with Michael Ogakwu, and I must say he isnt just a bad salesman, hes dishonest too. I test drove the car and made plans to return 3 days later (due to bank issues) with a check in hand to finish the papers. I spoke to Michael on the day before I was to close on the car and he told me he would be able to come in to close on the car. When I called him to confirm on the day of, he never answered his phone. I sent an email and left a voicemail and he never chose to call me back. When I drove 2 hours into the dealership to finish the deal (I had left with a dealer agreement prior) I was informed they sold the car and never told me. When I called Michael he told me he definitely at least called me and texted me, but I suppose both of those mysteriously didnt come through. He never apologized or made any attempt to rectify the situation. He made his buck and was done with me. **DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. OTHER DEALERSHIPS WILL RESPECT YOUR BUSINESS, THIS ONE WILL NOT**

This dealer is by far the most professional and honest place I have ever dealt with. I live in PA and decided to make a 5 hour drive to MA to look at a used Escalade they were selling. From the moment I walked into this place, they were extremely kind, professional, and caring. In addition to the aforementioned, they got me in my new truck! I was skeptical I would even be approved, but they assured me from the start they will do their best to find a company to finance my purchase, and they held true to their word. More importantly, they did not use any of the typical saleman tactics that you hear about, which I cant tell you how many dealers Ive dealt with over the last month (and posted my experience to Google reviews) who were extremely shady, misleading with their advertised prices, and not upfront whatsoever about the overall purchase price, so it really meant a lot to find a dealer who valued your business, despite me living paycheck-to-paycheck and not having an abundance of wealth. Therefore, I would absolutely take another 5 hour ride to give them my business in the future. This dealer met and exceeded my expectations! I highly and strongly recommend buying your next vehicle from them; they are totally worth it!!

Never been so screwed over by a dealership! I put $500 down on a vehicle to be held, to be told that they didnt have the title yet and it would be there at the beginning of the week. 2 weeks pass and I call telling them nevermind I want my money back . So he tells me hell give me rental at no charge, so of course I accepted. A week goes by and I tell him I no longer want to buy the vehicle cuz its been almost a month. Now Im stuck with no car and a $468 bill! Thanks Aurthor 👍
