Mark Davidson at Ms Ag is hands down the best sales associate they have in the entire company. I run car dealerships and farms. I know what it takes to keep consumers happy and coming back. Mark goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy and taken care of. Never has he blamed anyone else or passed the buck he gets things handled quickly and makes doing business easy. Mark is the one you need to see if you want someone you can trust.

These folks are super nice. I want to thank the young man on the parts counter at the Pearl location for staying open after closing time so I could get my oil filters yesterday. I was running behind from work so I called & was told they were about to close but would stay anyway. Not sure of his name but the initials on the ticket are CKS. Thanks man!! This is what doing business with a local company gets you.

These guys are my go to Stihl dealer in the area. Ive dealt with Cody each time Ive went in and hes helped me and my neighbor in purchasing the right stuff. This place also costs less than the other Stihl dealer. The service was better for maintenance as well.

I had my my lawn tractorservice by Mississippi AG this week I called Tuesday they pick it up Tuesday afternoon and delivered it back to me Thursday afternoon. Lee to pick it up is very friendly and knowledgeable and the young man, Kirkland, that delivered it told me exactly what they had done and they have done a very good job.

They are the official John Deere dealer in Metro Jackson area. These are very friendly customer service personnel and very helpful with what you need.

I called my order in from my vehicle, associate Cody took my order and brought it to my vehicle, he s amazing and so courteous

Only rated 2 stars because thier service is good. Took the time to open an account with JD credit to buy riding mower. Called several times left message, no call back. Called third time and spoke with salesperson about mowers, asked a question about width of mower with mulching attachment, he said hed check and give me a call right back, never heard a peep from him. I grew up in a family owned JD dealership and am disappointed by the followup.

These guys are the nicest guys in the business.
