I stopped here for Sunday lunch on my way to Arkansas and am so glad I did! The place is a casual, family friendly restaurant with amazing food. Everything was fresh, delicious and fast even though they were very busy (the staff were great, friendly and attentive). I had the chicken fajitas and they were so good! This is the kind of place I would go back too weekly and try everything on the menu if I lived nearby. Unfortunately I will only get to stop in as I travel through, but I will be back.
Always delicious, great service, and kind staff. You can not go wrong there if love great Mexican dishes.
Pretty much the best food I’ve ever eaten. The customer service was amazing and the food was even better. I come here every Thursday and will continue for the foreseeable future. Great Job La Fiesta !!
Chucken fried steak at a mexican restaurant....no way....waŷ!!!
Delicious food, great waitresses but the true delight was the modelo red beer they make, with this chili salt on the brim of a 24oz ice cold glass. After working hard in 110° heat of west Texas this hit the spot.
From the outside it looked rather nondescript and I didnt know if I really wanted to go inside, but when I did I was surprised about the pleasant ambience. The service was friendly and competent. The food was really good.BUT ... we were absolutely shocked that we even had to pay for chips and salsa. So far, weve ALWAYS been served those for free, without even having had to ask for them, the moment we sat down. And there was another BUT. We were really flabbergasted that they served our appetizer, a queso dip, WITHOUT CHIPS!!! Did they expect us to just dip our fingers in? It took a lot of persuasion on our side before our waitress reluctantly agreed to at least see if she could do anything about that. Well, finally we did get chips, but it still was a ridiculous thing.
Salsa and caso were great. Enchiladas were ok. Service good, prices good, service good.
The food and service here is great, whether youre in the drive-thru or the dining room. We love it here!
Not a good experience. Chips were stale and got two different batches of salsa, one good and one not so good. When we asked the waitress about the difference she stated they were made by 2 different people. We started off ordering drinks, my co-worker was brought an iced tea instead of the Dr Pepper he ordered. There were only about 6 tables with people during lunch, leaving lots of open tables but the food service was really slow. I ordered beef enchiladas with red sauce and a side taco, the rice and beans seemed old but the enchiladas and taco was ok, just ok. My co-worker order chili rellano with red sauce (they brought them out with green sauce!) he decided not to send back. The rellanos batter tasted sweet which we thought was weird. All in all this place was pretty bad.
Good food but spicy spicy salsa........ Caliente lol
Service and food was good. But it is way overpriced. I had the huevo con machacado plate. The food tasted great, but $21.00 for a plate of machacado and a coffee plus tip. Too much for breakfast. I definitely wil not be back.
Menudo had 10 pieces of homony and tripe was cut thicker than a snicker. Service was good.
Delicious. Servers were prompt and friendly. Ill be going again...
Food and service was excellent! Homemade tortillas! Salsa is fantastic and Chile con queso is so good. Food was out quick! Definitely will be back and recommend!
Great food and great experience, the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because they were extremely understaffed. So our lunch took almost 2 hours to get... other than that the food is delicious and the staff are friendly.
Ok this is actually for the food Truck next that is from the same restaurant. I ordered a bistek quesadilla. Not bad flavor, but the 3 stars is because of the price. I know its Pecos, but 11 dollars for a meat quesadilla. Come on now!
I went there for breakfast one morning and right off, the waitress wasnt too attentive about minding your drinks. The hash browns werent edible & were lukewarm. Theyd been cooked in LARD, if you can believe that! Which most anyone knows, you DONT DO!The eggs were watery too! Being a cook before, breakfast is the easiest meal to cook. I even offered to show the cook the correct way to cook hash browns. But to no avail.
Excellent service and very good food thanks for the service
Food great, delivery charges on pick up orders, no so much.
The sign on the street says they sell Baria tacos but Ive came 3 times trying to get them and they always tell me tomorrow. 1/10 would not recommend the other food. After being disappointed the first two visits I won’t be back. The tortas are terrible and the street tacos are average at best.
Really good Mexican food, will definitely go back next time Im In Pecos.
This is my favorite place to eat in Pecos. I eat here several times a week. Food is great, and the staff is friendly.
Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for a pint of cheese dip.
Very good food. Will definitely go back!!
Great customer service and good fresh food
Very good potato and ground meat gorditas.
Good Food and Friendly Service as well
The food was good and the waitress was checkinh up on us every 10 minutes
Very delicious sweet tea and good chicken flautas staff was very attentive and nice
Sauce was terrible plus there was 4 of us and they only brought 2 sauces have they ever heard of Covid,!!!!
Trying to eat in pecos at a reasonable cost is hard to do. It just got harder with the chips and salsa charge. And supposed to tip the waitress too. Guys this isnt cool and I wont be back until you fix that. Youll have to respond to this before I change it or come back to eat. Surprised me with the chips n salsa charge last time... NOT COOL
Best asado west of the pecos river
Good real Mexican food n hot.👍👍
1st off the food was actually really good, like impressively good, but as other reviews state they do charge for chips and salsa without informing you. On top of that they charge of convience fee of 3.99% to debit and credit cards. Id recommand paying with cash if you eat here. For those reasons alone I give a bad review, what a shame for good quality food.
Great food and decent prices.
It was a great place to eat.
Terrible service waited 30 minutes for my food.the food was terrible the second worst enchiladas I ever had the first worse was Laredo tacos if you have lots of time to waste go there and if you have no taste buds eat there food
Always a hit with me for local cuisine
THIS PLACE SUCKS ESPECIALLY MANAGEMENT . NEEDS A NEW ONE TO FEEL WELCOMED AT LEAST . THERE STAFF IS RUDE.
Really good food
Best Chili Verde in Texas.
Rude workers dont know how to talk English yall need to send the border patrol over there check their papers which i dont think they have any probably getting paid under the table
Stick with the Burrito plate order chicken. Pretty good spot for pecos if this place is closed go to artis pizza place second.
Foods overpriced for the portions they serve .. who even charges for chips and salsa ?
Great sized breakfast tacos!
Great taco
Food is good but I recommend reviewing the bill before payment and paying with cash or you risk your receipt saying one amount and your bank account saying differently!
Yesterday my first time a La Fiesta but it was highly recommended by the Fairfield Inn desk clerk. This place looks like an old drive-in and is not real impressive inside or out. It is clean and homey looking though.Dont let the looks deceive you though. The food and service are both fantastic. The portions are huge. My chilis rellenos were probably the best I have ever eaten. We ordered the large queso as a starter. The bowl looked quite small for a large order but it was more than enough for two of us. The chips were crisp and tasty. The queso had what I thought was the perfect amount of spicy. It was delicious. For $12.99 I got two huge poblano peppers perfectly battered and served atop a bed of nicely seasoned ground beef. The basic chili is stuffed with cheese but I ordered it with beef. Interesting way to serve it but it was delicious. All in all, a great meal. We will definitely return the next time we are in Pecos.
The best food in Pecos !
This place has recently took a rapid decline. They now charge you for the chips and salsa they give you...that you didnt order. The waitress messed up majority of our orders. This was one of my favorite restaurants in this town but will not be going back.
Delicious and friendly!
Good food
Good food !
Always yummy.
Great food!! You have to try the Elote en Vaso. Never quite had a flavor like that so rich and flavorful.
Authentic Mexican food place, love the food highly recommended.
Service and food sucks
I have had a girl serve me named viviana always gets my order wrong or will try to over charge me. I understand that mistakes happen but this is every time I go. She added me on Facebook and always messages me. She found out where I lived and now constantly going to my house and asks to see me. Now I can’t even go eat here, ever again.
I love eating there all the time of course I am a local and I love all their Mexican dishes they also serve burritos
Hashbrowns are raw on the inside and burned on the outside. Not a very good restaurant to eat.
Great food and cold beer good place to eat
Good food and good service 👌
Good food
Good food and friendly staff...
Over priced. I was charged $7 dollars for a hand full of chips with cheese
Very good service, clean, good food!
This place is horrible starting with the food and the employees dont care I ordered menudo it was discussing I did not eat it and still got charged with it
Waited 15 mins to get service
Best in this town i promise
Love it!
Nastiest food Ive ever had the rice was hard the cheese was also hard and the tea tasted weird never again will I go there.
Very rich Food and very good service
I like to come to get food here because they serve well they serve fast The food is good and almost does not cost and the people are very friendly and when I need something the first place I want to go is here and as long as they continue to treat me well Here I will come to spend my money that I work is so hard to have it
The food is not good the tortillas all stiff will point it out very badly
No good beef broth
Excellent very well taken care of
Good food and excellent treatment
Excellent service very clean and good meals
It took more than 1 hour, and apart from that they first attended to 3 families who arrived after us, I never go back
Good taste
Plate of fajitas rather it is plate of onion with tomato I never saw fajitas. And they charge the toast and sauce
Terrible service, they do not treat you well and apart they do it reluctantly
