Caleb at the pekin att store was very helpful getting me set up with my new phone and very knowledgeable about the products and getting me everything I needed to get set up.

My experience today was so Wonderful! The employee Caleb Helped me so much. I had just switched over to AT&T and he helped me set a few new programs into the new Apple iPhone! He was so patient and kind with an older customer! He assisted me with a new case and protecter and even put them on for me.The other employee Tyler, also was so kind,, helped me send the old phone back.Packing and addressing it! A big help!Caleb is the nicest technician, courteous, friendly, helpful and so very kind!I’m handicapped and have some physical difficulties and he showed such patience!I am in such appreciation of his helpfulness!A very satisfied and happy new AT&T customer!

Lily is a troubled girl she called another at&t employee at another store on Allen Road his name is Corbin he said I made some threatening remarks about him I did not call Corbin Corbin said he made a report for Peoria police officers I called Peoria police office and he did not make a report he has to come in and make good physically so I am very upset do you have employees acting like you’re in third grade very disturbing I want to lawyer and I’m going to take a class action lawsuit for slander between your two employees Lily and Pekin and Corbin at AT&T on Allen Road this is very serious and something needs to be done about it

Everyone I have dealt with and there have been at least 4 people, Maurice being the best, has been absolutely great. I will be back

Tyler was absolutely amazing!! I’m an older customer and he took the time to get my information moved to my new phone. He should me how to operate my phone and was so pleasant. The customer service was outstanding.

Helpful personable staff - explained the complex and rather irritating billing process of a “free” iPhone 12 step by step (I’m still skeptical that the phone is actually provided with no charge) but the manager and assistant were very helpful in setting up new phones and data transfer - they were excellent representatives of ATT
