The manager does not care about the residents of Green Park South, they destroyed properties and never returned to fix it, the rent bill increases every time with the passage of time, there are several streets that need to be fixed even when it rains there are mobile homes that affect them the water flood.

Love the place, friendly neighbors, calm atmosphere, great place to settle.

Giving it a one star since I cant give GPS zero stars and leave a review. Managers dont care about the residents, they cut the water off without warning most of the time. I understand that repairs are necessary. They destroy property and never come back to fix it when working on repairs.The workers are too lazy to actually check the water and electricity usage of each resident, so they just take a wild guess and charge us for that amount, most of the time being way more. Our monthly bills are never delivered on time and they get mad at us for not paying the specific amount, and if they do deliver it they just throw it on the porch, SOMETIMES theyll tape it to our door. But if they do itll be a few days late.The repairs call for breaking the road, and the road repairs can take up to months to be fixed. Ill be adding pictures of the roads later.Edit: 7 months later and surprise surprise!! They havent fixed the roads! All management has been doing is refilling it in with gravel that goes everywhere and makes the place look worse!

Nice place to live. Not expensive, close to stores, schools, highways. A lot better than the city of Birmingham.

It is a nice place to live the office manager Nayeli is a really kind person every time I have a complaint or anything she makes the service right away. Great place to live since it is located in Pelham near everything only bad thing is the nosey and ratchet people who have nasty homes but other than that service is great :)

Rent is to high and keeps going up. Keeps flooding in the middle of the park and they wont fix it. Then yhey wont pay to repair our cars after the flooding damages them. The flooding is caused by a broken strom drain, but yet nothing gets done.

Rent keeps going and and nothing is done to fix the flooding issues, due to the fact that we flood because the storm drain is busted and they will not fix it, no matter how much or how many complain.
