Overall good experience at this store. I have to say I was expecting a lot more than what I saw and experienced. The commercials depect rows and rows of colorful bright items, and when I arrived I found a dark and dingy store that had rows and rows of empty shelves. Mostly their products were geared towards the masses, and had nothing really unique. Mostly mass produced items.

Beautiful store. Clean bathroom, under construction. Great home furnishings. Truly great deals. Purchased 2 couches, a rug, and chairs for under $1000. Decent check out procedure.

1st time. If youre looking for anything relating to Christmas, go there. Low on some household items like all stores. Good place to wander, look and shop - big store, wide variety of items

Great shopping experience until I had questions and I couldnt find any staff to help us. But we finally walked into John and he was perfect he assisted us in every way needed. He walked from the front of the store to the middle to pull cabins down from the shelves, he helped us figure out how to open them, located the price tags (locked inside the cabinets), he got a flatbed cart for us and helped my husband load the cabinets and rolled them to the checkout. After we paid for a buggy full of items he met us at the door and loaded the cabinets. Thank you John!! He went the mile with us.

Ive been a fan of At Home while living in San Antonio, TX when it was called Garden Ridge Pottery! It was really nice coming to this At Home store in Peoria, AZ.I like that the layout of the stores are all the same or similar so if you know where things are located in one place, youll feel right at home going to an At Home in a different location. It has great prices for all things home decor, excellent seasonal selections (esp. during Christmas), and tons of wall art, storage items, many sizes/types of rugs with affordable pricing that you can touch and see in-store rather than doing guesswork on-line.Its a very large store with everything you need for your house, including pillows, barstools, and furniture. They have excellent clearance prices if you have time to look through it all, you will find treasures or things that are a little banged up that you can re-purpose, paint, or DIY!

They have good variety of items for your home. Wether you are looking for outdoor furniture, rugs, items for the bathroom, and pictures and mirrors they have a good selection of everything and you won’t be disappointed.

At Home is an enormous store that carries most everything you would need to furnish a home, with an emphasis on decorative knick knacks, framed art, lamps, and rugs. The quality of the goods is pretty much on par with what you would find at Walmart or Target, but in greater quantity. Dont expect to find anything too unique or special in terms of design. Everything is mass produced in China. I bought stuff there but didnt enjoy the experience the way I do enjoy a trip to Home Goods. If you go, I suggest you avoid the restrooms which are small, malodorous, and in need of cleaning/maintenance.

We made our way to the At Home Store in the Yountown, AZ area to purchase the finishing touches on a bedroom window treatment need. We were able to get exactly what we needed as the decor department which is huge had plenty of options. The store is amazing and you can spend hours shopping in a relaxed atmosphere. The At Home representative we worked with was very helpful and made our experience shopping a pleasure. If you havent already been to At Home Store, give it a try!

Gigantic place without a aisle map. Ha ha ha stocked like Big Lots, randomly 1 item on a long shelf and 10 on a small one. All I all you cant have a time limit tho shop and see it all.

At Home is a large home goods store in Peoria AZ which specializes in any and all home decorating items that you could possibly want. On our visit, we bought some lamp shades, picture frames and some miscellaneous knick knacks. It is a very large store with all new items and inexpensive prices. Worth a visit just to get some fresh ideas.

What a great experience. My sister and I were helping our parents move into a new home in Youngstown. We found so many wonderful items at great prices; however, by far the best part of the store was the young man who assisted us -- I believe he was the manager, he helped direct us in the store, answer questions, loaded our items in our car, and gave us a discount on a damaged item. I highly recommend this store, and especially this location!

A cashier named Alex wore his mask with his nose exposed. I politely asked him to pull it up, and he looked at me, dumbfounded. I specified over his nose and he barely covered his nostrils.This is unacceptable, especially since the store services Sun City. Seniors and fellow high risk people, beware.

At this At Home location, there was several marked down items and clearance items. But there were also lots of empty shelves. I like that the store is color coded by-product. There a many things to see and lots of idea gathering. The associates or friendly. And minimal wait time to checkout.

Love the store but enployees need to work on customer service. I paid for my items and I had to ask her for a bag to put my 3 pillows and 2 large vases in. She handed me the bag then took the next customer. Is that the new process? Customers have to bag their own items?

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I been to many At home locations in az, and this is by far the worst! First off, they close at 10! According to Google maps, website, ect. I even asked what time they close, and the female cashier said 10. I saw 3 employees right away as I came in, neither of them greeted me, just gave me a rude face because it was 9:30. This store is huge! After 5 mins of looking for what i needed and needed help, there was NO ONE to help me. Every time I came across an employee they didnt even ask me if I needed help, and they didnt even acknowledge me at all. So I just went walking around the whole store myself, eventually found what I was looking for towards the end. It was 9:50 when they kept announcing that the store is closed. Uuummm..10 mins still left which is alot of time! 9:52 i went to pay, the female cashier had already closed out her cash register. She even made a comment that she has to log back in. She even said they just want customers out early when I told her its not 10 yet, its 9:53. To top it off, all there employees (teenagers) as i was paying, were at the front of the store in a group by the entrance. hanging out and laughing and giggling, chit chatting, on their phones. Desperately waiting for me to pay, so they can leave before 10!! Once I left at 9:55 they locked the entrance doors right behind me! Myself coming from retail and customer service, this is very UNPROFESSIONAL. You are always gonna get a last minute customer. I had just got off work at the hospital, and thought 30 minutes before they close is a good amount of time to find 1 thing. But they will make you feel like you taking up there time, and you are a bother for buying something from a store that pays their paychecks. From my 10 years of customer service, that is #1 priority, and should never have a good paying customer unsatisfied. If these employees dont want to be there then let them go, or retrain them. During these times, there is soooo many people needing jobs. Learn to appreciate yours.
