Employee wouldnt even look at my phone. Even though it was not acting up in the store. He wouldnt even check the settings. If ya ask me he doesnt want anything to do with customers. Bad customer service! I know the other location on 35th Avenue and glendale would have actually looked at my phone. He needs some training. Now I have to drive to the reliable store.

I went in today with only one goal...to get a new phone. And even though it wasnt an iPhone, Im thankful for the wonderful customer service Alex provided. He took the time to listen to what I needed & showed me how to access the apps & use my new phone. Thanks again for the wonderful service. Ive been a customer of MetroPCS for 8 years now and Im very satisfied with the service!

I got a charger from that location today and I went to my car to try it out but was not working at all. So I went back and try to return it and they said theres no return and he was so ruined and I told him I just got it its not my fault that your charger is not working. He told me he will take it but give me a used one that he already been using. That was so ruined. Never going back to that store again

They overcharge you with you not knowing, Also saying the receipt printer isn’t working when it does.... horrible experience.

I go here to ask questions about why my phones voicemail wasnt working. This girl had no clue what she was doing when looking at my phone.She was more interested in some of the apps I had on it. She tried telling me that some of the apps I had on it were bad. Like my Walgreens, Frys and Chase bank apps. I asked if that had anything to do with the voicemail, she said no. But then she just starts uninstalling a bunch of my apps, without asking. I grabbed my phone out of her hands and walked out. How rude and very unprofessional! She never helped me with the problem that brought me in there for.

They were out if everything. Was told to come back at 4. Came back and still nothing. They got restocked at 730 and when I asked at 10 minutes prior to closing if I could come and get the phone I was told only if you make it here in time cause I lock the doors at 8. 2 new contracts they lost out on cause of that. Poor customer service.

Bad. They only had cheap crappy phones and super top of the line. No middle ground. On top of that they didnt actually even have any of the phones in stock. This place was was a major joke.

I got fed up with all the big names especially since they own the little companies.i dont regret going to metro PCs...2 phone unlimited for 80 bucks
